We came here on a Tuesday, it actually happened to be the day of their anniversary so they were running a promotion of buy one get one free - my assumption as to why people decided to double park in the parking lot the place was packed and, though we put our order in at 5:11, we didn't get it until 630. They have a lot of seating, but they don't really take care of cleaning the tables or the floors so it wasn't the best ambience. The food was OK. Such awful reviews has me kind of concerned but I had a great experience. Ordered to-go 3 burgers, fries (no salt) and an Oreo milkshake. The team did their best to move quickly and the quality was very good. Sure i did have to wait a little but I didn't mind. I also noticed some people waiting seemed impatient and kind of rude.. Honestly i love five guys, and i keep coming back to this location but im constantly disappointed, the employees sweep right under your chairs, managers using cell phones wearing gloves and serving food, managers in black shirts that are generally just unfriendly and seem constantly annoyed. And the other day i ordered a burger and a hot dog and fries and waited about 15 minutes for my order, and the place was empty! Ive been to five guys that are super welcoming and really care, and this one has just never given that vibe. The only redeeming factor is that the food is typically the standard youd expect, but this place lacks in just about everything else, consistently at that. read more

Five Guys delivers exactly what you'd expect from a fast food joint. Personally, I like my fries soft with just a bit of crunch--though to be honest, that "crunch" was a bit of a stretch. The food is definitely on the greasy side, so if you're wearing something nice, be careful! The service was great, though. My friend thought the people behind the counter looked a little suspicious, but I think it was just because she said thank you, and things got a bit awkward afterward. Placed an online order for delivery through their website. The order never arrived but was marked as delivered on my confirmation. I checked my ring camera, the driver was never here. I called the store, they told me they fulfilled their part and uber failed to deliver so I should call them. I told them I don't have an uber account which is why I ordered through their website. They told me to call uber. I made an uber account just to see if they'd help. I gave them the store id number and order id number and they said because it wasn't and uber order they couldn't do anything about it.. so basically, I paid $50 for the delivery driver's dinner. Best of all, now the store won't take my calls. Don't ever order from here. read more

This is a solid Five Guys location, customer service and quality of food is always consistent. Yummy burgers, fries and milkshakes. I'm a regular here and would frequently choose this Five Guys over the other burger joints in the area. There are never any really long wait times, staff is always pretty reserved and focuses on order accuracy. I only took away one star because I feel like they can be more generous with the bag fries. My boyfriend and I both ordered burgers and split a Cajun fry, the burgers were juicy and flavorful and the fries were crispy and seasoned great. The staff was fantastic and super helpful. This is also BY FAR the cleanest Five Guys I have ever been in and they were constantly walking around tidying up the floor, tables and counter tops. We hadn't been here since before Covid so we were looking forward to eating at our favorite "go to" burger & fries joint. The place was empty at 6:00PM. As we approached the register we were shocked at the price increase of $9.09 for a cheeseburger, $6.59 for a little hamburger & $4.19 for a small fries. The ketchup dispenser was crusted, It was hard to find a clean table, the floor was strewn with food wrappers & crumbs. While there were 4 employees behind the counter (with no customers) there were no attempts to clean tables or sweep the floor during our stay. While the hamburger & luke warm fries still had good flavor it was not worth the price. Unfortunately we won't be back. read more

The staff works really hard to get the orders right but with so much going on, the online orders tend to get screwed up. NEVER have them deliver. The Grubhub and Yelp delivery guys just take the food and never deliver it, so you wait and wait and it never arrives. read more

Never heard of this place before I started doing Door Dash...after delivering Five Guys a few times 2 customers, I decided to try it myself. The burgers R great. They're fresh (cooked on the spot right before your eyes), not 2 salty, & they have a million toppings 4 you 2 choose from (which R free)... they'll even wrap ur burger in lettuce instead of putting it on a bun if u prefer. I typically won't write a review, but this place is note worthy. Filthy. Garbage cans overflowing. Tables not cleaned. Floor a mess. Something a Health Inspector would love to see. Which, I'll be making a call to. As for the food. Well she put a fresh burger on the grill for my order. But that's not what ended up on my roll. The fresh burger went to one of the employees. I ended up with something that had to be several hours old. It was cold, flat and dried out. The fries were reheated, and soggy. I ended up tossing out the food. I've been craving a cheese burger from this chain but the one by house closed down. I just happened to be in a store in the plaza and was excited to see there was a five guys. As I walked towards the store I noticed a huge banner stating open 11am-7pm. I checked my watch, it was 11am and opened the door and it was unlock so I head in. An employee from across the rooms yell we're not open. I asked what time will you be opening and he walks towards me saying 11am and proceeds to chase me out of the store. I checked my watch and phone both showing 1101am. He kicks me out of the store and locks the door. I'm writing this complaint as I literally stood outside directly in-front of the door in total shock how rudely I was just treated. 5 minutes later I hear the door unlock and he doesn't even greet me back in or apologize. It's unfortunate that employees such as the one I encounter ruins the vibe of a store. Don't open a store if you don't have any basic customer service skills to deal with the public. If there was way to give no stars in this review it would be better. read more
