NEVER COME HERE. I first went here expectign something good..No I did not know this wasn't a good place since this is only my 5th time in the US and I do not live here. I was on my way home and I needed to get something quick to eat since its 9pm and I had work in the morning. So I looked on my phone for the nearest fast food place and to my surprise there was a arbys 2 minutes away, so I imminently went there. I went inside and looked at the menu, and quickly ordered. I got chitlins and a super meat surprise burger with curly fries. I Waited about 1 minute and the worker already gave me my food. I had high expectations since it was made so fast, but maybe that shouldlve gaven me lower expectations because when I sat down and started to eat the super meat sandwich burger, I threw up all over the floor. It was DISGUSTING. The chitlins looked raw, and thats how I noticed there was throw up from other people on the floor that was unclean. NOT SANITARY AT ALL. Never COME here AGAIN. read more

food was incredibly fresh with the exception of the lettuce on the chicken sandwich but i just took it off. the restaurant was very clean including the bathroom but the staff was less than desirable. the woman at the counter said she would give me mayo for my sandwich on the side, which was fine but then didn't give me any mayo. so i went back inside to ask for the mayo and was met with the worse eye roll. i'm not from the area so won't be returning anyway but still disappointed in the service read more

Being from the Midwest, I am a strong Arby advocate. Arby's has fed us many many times so it doesn't come as a surprise that they came through during a global pandemic. They're only operating through drive-thru and do not offer online orders for pick up which kind of sucks. The whole drive-thru process didn't take long ~10 minutes. OK, I have come to terms with the fact that now a "value" meal at a fast food joint cost $10 or close to it. I could obviously get a better meal at any one of a number of sit down establishments. What I CAN'T GET OVER IS SPENDING $10.00 ON A SANDWICH, SOME CURLY FRIES AND A SODA AND HAVE THE FRY CONTAINER FILLED 1/2 WAY. Sorry about caps, not re-typing. Beyond that, I have been reduced to asking for all sauces and condiments on the side from this location as they tend to slather the stuff on so thick that I can't taste whether I ordered ham or beef. When Jon Stewart blasted Arby's on his show, I was surprised because my experience had always been fair or better. We like their fish sandwiches and I often swap out the curly fries (not a fan) for onion rings. The roast beef sandwiches are not great, although it is what they claim to do better than anyone else. The tag line, "we have the meats" promises more than their products deliver. Yesterday, I had the French dip with a soda and onion rings. Cost about $9. The onion rings were fine. The sandwich was unsatisfying with beef that had an odd texture, almost rubbery. On the plus side, the workers are all friendly and take good care of me and my wife when we show up. In fact, I usually ring the "good service" bell when we leave. Really! My head says this is a 2 star eatery based on the beef products that I've had. However, the fish sandwich offerings are our favorites and worthy of 4 stars. The curly fries don't light my fire but the onion rings are always crispy and hot. Jekyll and Hyde fast food? Twenty Five Years Ago! I visited an Arby's in Bonita Springs FL. WORST ROAST BEEF SANDWICH I HAD EVER BEEN SERVED; up until that day! This past week I said to the wife, "Stop at The Arby's here in Rockaway and get us some dinner". She did! Nothing changed in those 25 years! Onion Rings and French Fries were actually quite good. The Brownish Gray Roast Beef 1/2 Pounder was without taste to go along with it's odd color. This is the review of a man who undertook his butcher's apprenticeship some years ago. However, I do still know what roast beef is and how it should look and taste. Sadly, I probably don't have twenty five more years here on earth to wait to see if Arby's improves! I'm actually disgusted with the attitude from this location. My friend and I went to get fries at 2:30 on a sunday, and upon pulling up to the drive thru window, we were IMMEDIATELY turned away for no reason. The worker spoke in a nasty tone and told us that they weren't taking any more customers today, even though the website says they are clearly open. After we pulled away we noticed that 3 different cars were served after we left! They turned us away for NO reason and I am disgusted with the customer service. Disappointed. read more

I had, by far, one of the worst experiences with a fast food restaurant in my life this afternoon. To start, the drive-thru is notoriously slow at this location. However, I would be willing to let it slide if the quality of service made up for the lack of speed. I placed an order for a sandwich and sides in the drive-thru. When I approached the window, I handed the gentleman at the window my debit card. A few moments later, he told me that the card had been declined. I had a positive balance in the account- more than enough to cover the bill. I assumed that, as it had happened previously at the same location, my bank put a temporary block on my card. So, I called the bank. No block. At this point, I went inside the building to pay for the food that I was handed BEFORE he took my card. There was no block on my card, I had more than enough money, and my bank hadn't informed me that the card was swiped and declined like usual. At this point, seeing that there was NOTHING wrong with my card that would have caused the issue, I was a little annoyed. The man who was at the drive-thru window showed his true colors. He screamed at me, accusing the bank of causing the issue after I told him that the card was fine and the issue must be with their system. He insisted he tried the card seven times. Since I'm not going to take food I didn't pay for, I pushed the bag towards the other end of the counter. Unfortunately, the bag slid and fell on the floor. In response, the drive thru man THREW my debit card at me. He then told me to "Get the f**k out." Despite the fact that I never cursed at him, he accused me of needing to watch my language. [At this point, I did scream a few expletives at him as I stormed out of the building.] In the parking lot, I decided to call my bank again and speak to a representative. The woman I spoke to assured me that the card was active, had a positive balance, and there was no block on the card. She also informed me that there was NO activity on the card for today. Had the card been swiped 7 times, it would have shown on the bank system. While I sat in my car calling the bank, the drive-thru man took out his iPhone and, presumably started taking photographs/video. Since I was on hold, I requested he stop. He yelled at me some more: accusing me of threatening him and claimed he was calling the police. At this point, I decided to leave because I didn't want to deal with this headache. I did not threaten the staff of this location in any way, and I walked in and refused to take home food that I was unable to pay for due to THEIR system error. I could have easily seen that the card was NOT processed and taken the food anyway, but I tried to do the right thing by paying for my purchase. I am not sure what they were doing with my card because they obviously NEVER swiped it, but I'm hoping that it is safe today since I have purchases to make and cannot cancel it until tomorrow when I can go to my local bank to receive a temporary issue card. [I am manually locking the card when I am not actively using it and unlocking ONLY to make purchases.] TLDR; Cashier claimed my card was declined, but it was never swiped. Cashier then screamed at me, threw my debit card at me, and took photographs/threatened to call the police under false pretenses. read more

Not many Arby's in the area which is why this one is so special. I usually get a roast beef on a Hawaiian roll which is a great alternative to the other fast food choices in the area. If you do not like roast beef they have lots of other options. Just whatever you do don't forget the 'Horsey Sauce'. read more

I am very impressed with my experience at arby's. I know this is only a fast-food type place, but the employees were all super friendly. I almost forgot that I was at Arby's with the service I got! They asked for my name after I ordered and when the food is ready they called out by names rather than numbers like most other fast food places. They even say "Enjoy your meal" when they hand you the food. I"m already a fan of arby's for a long time and the one by my house doesn't have service like this one! I haven't been here in awhile. I remember it being nicer. It's dirtier, half the soda fountains are shot. The lemonade was gross and I heard someone else complain about the iced tea, though they did take it behind the counter right afterwards. The lady behind the counter wasn't very pleasant. They didn't have the gyros shown anywhere, so we supposed they didn't have it at this location. She must've heard us talking about it, as we were the only ones there and standing right in front of her. She didn't say anything. I just heard them call it out as an order, so they must be here! I'd say this place is decelerating quickly, but at least being the only one in the area will keep them going for awhile. It's a terrible shame. The food is good though! Can't beat that! read more
