I presume it was meant to be eaten...

Honestly, I had to sit down and really consider what I was going to say that was positive here at this Broadway location. Yep, not much. This place just doesn't get it; or maybe it's the business model in general..? From the pics, you can clearly see Five Guys literally is a slop-fest. One cheeseburger One small drink One regular fries = $16.27! $16.27 for a burger meal?? I'm not even in New York?! This is Tucson people! Absolutely ridiculous on top of waiting approximately another 13 minutes just to get it in a bag. This business model of a fast food joint is a complete $hit-$how. The hamburger falls apart in minutes and the taste is entirely un-memorable. Just not worth it. No pride in their product and a ticked off attendant when requesting more than ONE napkin... Never again. If I managed this place; I'd do a gut check and consider what I'm putting out to the public; I dare say; the corporate office wouldn't like what they're currently doing.

    Peanuts!

Peanuts, peanuts, peanuts! Not that's out of the way, I got the veggie sandwich, I don't like the grilled mushrooms or onions so I passed on those. You can pretty much add any toppings you choose. I always go for the jalapenos. They are raw so they kick a little more punch that you might expect. The large fries are definitely enough for 2-3 people so consider that when ordering. Free peanuts, totally customizable veggie sandwich, Coke Zero and a bag of fries...Sounds like a good place to me.

Who doesn't like a great burger the only downfall is that they don't have combo meals so I purchased a burger and a small fry and a shake and it was well over $16 went for fast food chain is a bit pricey I could've went to someplace like Zen burger and had a real sitdown meal and paid maybe a couple of dollars more but there quick and efficient & fresh which I love. The french fries are amazing fresh cut from potatoes right on site hot and they give you an extreme amount so if you purchase one fry that's going to be plenty for you and a friend to share. Happy to see that they're not serving shakes I got the salted caramel and it was delicious

    Fries- very generous portions!

Not a sit-down but not throw it in a bag fast food either. The burgers are very customizable (with LOTS of potential toppings/sauces) and the "little cheeseburger" is more than enough. That's especially true if you also get their "little" fries. Add to that the fact that they have milkshakes...it's a decent burger meal. You can eat peanuts in the shell while you wait for your meal (but aren't allowed to take the peanuts out of the building which seems like something their lawyers made them say). The restaurant is always clean and the staff helpful and kind. There is an outside eating area where I think you are allowed to have your pooch, but we've never eaten there since it opens onto Broadway(busy street).

This was my first time to a Five Guys. First, the food. I ordered the single patty burger with basic stuff: pickles, lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup, and relish. I also ordered the regular size cajun fries and a regular soda. This came to nine dollars. The burger certainly tasted better than the larger chains, and seemed a bit more "real" than In-N-Out. The cajun fries had a kick, and the regular size were certainly more than I could eat, coming in a 16 oz. drink cup and overflowing at that. Was it worth the nine dollars? I thought the patty was a bit small for the price, and why pay for a single size serving of fries you can't eat. Now for the atmosphere. The place is extremely clean. The decor is kinda retro burger joint. The stacked potato bags are a nice touch. But the place is small for the size crowds they are hoping to draw. I went at lunch time. The way the place is arranged right now, the tables are crowded next to one another, with little room to move. The music level was bit high and somewhat annoying. The bathroom accomodates one person. I'll go back, but not often. If you want a chain burger, I think you can get a better value and a decent burger at What-A-Burger or Carl's Jr. If I'm going to spend nine or ten dollars for a burger meal, I'd rather eat at a local place that has atmosphere to match.

Instead of telling us about the best burger, how about making one?

Three to three-1/2 stars. Sometimes you want a greasy fast-food burger, this is one of the best. The fries are strong, yet greasy.

I absolutely love Graze. It's my go-to spot for when I want a burger meal that doesn't leave me…read morefeeling heavy and over-fed. They have options for grass-fed beef on your burger as well as veggie and turkey burger options. They also have the best sweet potato tots and I feel like that's kind of rare -- some places have fries but tots aren't always found in sweet potato form. Also, the sauces are plentiful and the toppings for the burgers are generous, with unique free additions like jalapeños and mushrooms and onions. Most places will charge you extra for those kinds of toppings. Their shakes are delicious as well, and they often have seasonal shakes with special flavors. They sometimes have special prices for things but even when they don't they have really good prices in general compared to everyone else. Oh and if you want something smaller, they even have a hot dog on the menu.

I have finally had a burger from Graze and regret not trying it sooner. Everything was super fresh…read moreand the 1/4 lb beef patty was grilled well. In addition to the usual toppings, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and Graze sauce, I added grilled jalapeños, spicy mustard and cheddar cheese. I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.

I had been wondering about Truland for quite a while now and am very happy that I finally made it…read more I arrived a few minutes after opening and there was only one other party there. There's some outdoor seating; the bar is right by the entrance and the rest is a fairly spacious dining room. The host and my server were very nice and attentive. The burger was super juicy and I was surprised by how well the bun held up, nothing disintegrated and the burger toppings did not fall out with each bite. The garlic fries were covered in garlic, the potatoes were fried well and were not oily or soggy. I did order the cookie butter banana pie to go and should have taken a picture of it prior to driving off because when I got home, the pie had fallen and melted a bit. The flavors of caramel and butter were a little bit stronger than the banana, but it wasn't too rich and I paired it with some coffee, it was all really good. I would order all of this again and can see why Truland is popular.

I wish I had better things to say, but today's visit to Truland felt a bit underwhelming overall…read more We chose Truland since it's the closer option to Oro Valley compared to Graze. Our waiter was kind, but the service was a bit inconsistent throughout the meal. The outdoor seating is a nice option, especially on a beautiful evening, though the cushions could definitely use some refreshing and cleaning. Now, food-wise, it was a mixed experience. My husband ordered the Baja Shrimp Sandwich, which felt more like an appetizer than a full entrée. I had a salad with added salmon--it was fresh and well-prepared, and the salmon itself was cooked perfectly, but the portion of salmon was tiny and didn't feel worth the added cost. My teenager enjoyed the Early Riser burger with a side salad. The truffle fries were solid, but the side salad felt overpriced for what it was. Overall, the experience just didn't quite match the price point. I really wanted to like it more, and it's honestly surprising to me that, with the same ownership as Graze, the experience felt so different.

Time to go back and review. I like to revisit places after a few years and see what is different…read more Smoky Mo didn't disappoint. Places are successful because they stay the course and do what they do best. Today we went with the four meat platter, perfect amount for two people, brisket, pulled pork, turkey and sausage. With four side of coleslaw, mac and cheese, potato salad and cornbread. All meats are still sauced unless requested "on the side", but not so much to overwhelm the meat taste. Juicy flavorful pulled pork. Delicious smoked turkey. Brisket was just slightly dry but the sauce and nice bark made it enjoyable. The sausage was AMAZING, juicy and packed with flavor. Coleslaw in my opinion, could use a little more "wetness" but it was still delicious. What can I say about the mac and cheese and potato salad, people from the south, Texas to the Carolina's just know how to get it done. The "Texas Sweet Tea", if you are a diabetic do not drink, however this is a true southern tea, it's done the same all across the south, sugar with some tea thrown in. Four meats, four sides and two drinks with tip $50, not bad for two people, I've definitely spent more for food that didn't even come close to this. Once again Smoky Mo you did not disappoint. If you are a BBQ person this is STILL the best of Tucson. Get out and support this small local business!
