I come here often and it's always such a pleasant experience! The people who work here, but especially Darrius, are all so friendly and helpful with the ordering process. I have never seen a crew that work so well together! Especially in fast food. Usually you get people who hate their jobs but these guys seem to love it and I think that's great because it's so rare to see it. Honestly, I'd give them 4 stars but I think their overall rating is too low and not indicative of the quality of food and service we've received at this location. I mean seriously you specialize in selling hamburgers but you don't know how to build a proper burger? July 5 was my first time ever getting a five guys burger. All I got was a burger with lettuce tomato onion and pickles mayonnaise and mustard. I got it to go so that I can bring it home and work while having my lunch. You put lettuce on the bottom roll then you put the meat that way when the person goes to eat it the grease from the meat doesn't make the bottom roll soggy and end up falling apart!!! Why order online when it's not going to be ready when you get there?!? I don't normally place the order online but this time I was in a rush and I wanted it to be ready when I got there. I got there a minute after the time it was scheduled to be done. The food was not done it didn't get put on the grill until I got up to the register. Why lie and say it will be ready? At an earlier time when my son called, and MALE manager HUNG THE PHONE UP in his face! The systems they have in place being a franchise are unorganized! The owner needs to fire their management and hire more professional people and put systems in place if you plan for customers to order online. If a customer does not receive their food when they order online, they will not get a refund. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORSE IN GEORGIA! Next best thing to In-n-Out... Five Guys has some pretty decent burgers going on, and it's kinda rad how you can go crazy with the toppings. The fries are greasy and horrible and thoroughly delightful (try the cajun fries!), and they give you an obscene amount of them. You'll tell yourself you won't eat them all but then you will. And it will be worth it. Oh and I've never had bad service or hairy food here. It can take a little while to get your food (since they really and truly don't make it 'til you order it), so if that's a problem use the handy dandy online ordering and place your order ahead of time. Plus if you do that enough times you'll walk in the door and they'll say "[Your name] is here" and hand you your food as if you're a celebrity. read more

Mylast experience was terrible!!! I placed an online order and I arrived there about 15 min after I ordered. Once I got there, the guy on staff ask for my name, and he said that my order would be right out. 30min later, I'm still waiting. Then he ask for my name again, and my order had been up there the entire time, so he apologized and made my fries but he didn't remake the burger which was cool. In addition, he told me that my next order would be on them and for me to tell them that the "GM Stan..." said this. I thought I could trust his word, but of course I was wrong. The food is always better than other burger places. But the last two visits I experienced something odd. A female employees was, I suppose, on a dinner break. She had a plate of sushi and was eating at the counter where customers are given their food. She was loud and joking with the other employees who were working. Her keys were thrown on the counter as well as a jacket. The time before that a male employee was on what seemed like a break. He had come in from outside and took off a sweatshirt right at the same counter where food is given to customers. I have always been a huge fan of Five Guys, but this location always manages to disappoint. They drench your burger in mayo, so the bread is super soggy (hope you're not planning to take it to go). The cajun fries are so heavy on the seasoning they are inedible. At our last visit they charged us for an extra drink, and when we pointed out the error, the cashier was extremely sarcastic in her apology. She started pouting and talking like a baby to us. It was way weird, and she never even offered to refund us for the drink or take it off our bill! You're kidding, right? That was pretty much the last straw. I love Five Guys! I've been a fan for years, but since switching back to keto I've been avoiding this place because their fries are way too tempting. We came here tonight for a late bite, and I got my usual: a Little Bacon Cheeseburger w/mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce & pickles. To keep it keto, I just don't eat the bread, and don't order fries, which kills me because their Cajun fries are so delicious. Their burgers are always good, and the service here is always friendly. They recently renovated (not sure what changed, the inside looks the same) but someone mentioned they now offer milkshakes. I did hear someone order one, so I guess that's what they added? Not sure. Inside was clean, parking lot was empty. I recommend coming here later in the evening during the week, because this strip has limited parking and it fills up quick. I do wish their prices weren't so high, our bill for two burgers, one fry (for hubby) and two regular drinks was almost 30 bucks. If it was a bit cheaper, we'd probably come a lot more, but it won't stop us for an occasional visit. read more

This review has nothing to do with the quality of the food or the service. The employees are always friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. My complaint is with the online ordering system. Twice I've attempted to use the service and both times it has been a disaster. Both times the system indicated my transaction was complete and accepted my credit card info. However, when I arrived at five guys to pick up my order, I was told that they had no record of it. I paid at the counter. When I checked my credit card a couple of days later, lo and behold I had been charged. I caught this in the 2nd transaction, now I have to research to make sure I wasn't fraudulently charged the first time this happened. I also have to go thru the hassle of disputing the charge. Needless to say, I am very annoyed and put out by this. I doubt I am the only customer this has happened to. The question now becomes if this is an intentional scheme to defraud customers. I have been here a couple of times with family. The burger was perfectly seasoned the first time then lacking salt the second visit. Other than that great experiences overall. We get the large fry order for 4 of us and everyone gets their fill. I get my burger with all the free toppings. You pay more than at your typical burger fast food place but the burger toppings, quality and larger french fry portion make up for it. I also like the open kitchen concept. The employees working there seem to enjoy working together. Service is good. read more

Went with some colleagues. Restraint was well packed for lunch. Was a bit messy but most likely due to the huge rush which had them focused on serving people. Staff was friendly and food was great.
