Seems like an In and Out burger joint; however, they offer somewhat well cooked burger meat and altogether, a better place to eat than at McDonalds. Also, this place has very disgusting vegetarian burgers though, so if your vegetarian, try to avoid buying from here. read more

Passing through Tracy on business and saw five guys. I knew if I came in the food was going to be awesome, which it was. Love the quality and consistency of the food. Bonus for the Tracy location is the staff. The two gentlemen working when I came in were friendly and you could tell they cared about the quality of the food and the customers experience. This is one of the few eating places I like in Tracy. They do take a long time with the food, but it's soooo good. They give you tons of fries. I love their soda machine. I think there's like hundreds of sodas packed in one machine. It was cool to see Rasberry coke and weird flavors of Ginger Ale. Anyway love this place and glad it's in Tracy! read more

Great tasting hamburgers! I love hamburgers. Unfortunately for me, lots of hamburgers bother my old tummy these days, but not these. Last few times they have gotten our toppings orders wrong, but they always make it right one way or another. Offering to fix it and/or return our money. Today, for example, my wife's toppings were wrong. A worker cleaning tables nearby overheard us talking and came up offering to get her a new one fixed right. My wife was too hungry to wait, so she just asked for the toppings which the girl brought out right away. Then a manager came over to make sure we were happy. TRANSACTION CLOSED! This was my first time at this location and I have to say, I had an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in, they treated me like a SUPERSTAR from start to finish. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drank (about 15.00 EUROS or 17.00 american dollars). It was pretty pricey compared to In-N-Out, but it was an unforgettable experience to say the least. Not sure if I will come back anytime soon, since I feel like In-N-Out truly has more BANG for my buck. This is the worst Five Guys I've been to (I love other locations I've tried though). I've been here twice, once on their opening weekend and the other time being over a year after. I can get why they sucked on their opening. It was really crowded. However, as time goes by, it seems like they barely get customers anymore, so I wanted to try again to see if the food/service would be better, but it was the same as the first. Service is really slow, and the burger always come out cold. I don't get it. Other Five Guys aren't like that. I'm surprise they're still in business. read more

Our first glance at the pricey menu almost sent us out the door, but a friend in Oregon had told me they were very good burgers. Being our first visit, Robert explained the menu to us and was very helpful with his suggestions. Food was wonderful. Burgers were cooked to perfection.... yum! Grilled mushrooms are part of the normal burger toppings and you aren't charged extra to have them. The same with grilled onions. I'll be back - I love a good hamburger! The burger was tasty and has been on my other visits but today my fries were "well done" aka a bit charred- not cool.......the wait was ok...but to be honest I would have preferred In -N-Out - this place is just too price for what you get IMHO read more

I made an online order through yelps "website" tab on the top of the page... long story short, I was charged 3x for my order and the order never went through the Five Guys system. I arrived to pick up my order and was informed that my order was non existent. The individual Shawn who assisted me was fantastic! He made a quick call to his manager, put my order in with a smile, instructed me to contact the 1800 number the next day if my bank was still showing 3 charges and even gave me a free drink. He took care of the situation with ease and extremely great customer. I called the number on their website, the individuals there taking calls are extremely rude. About a week later, Chris the Division Manager (I believe that was his title) contacted me and apologized and took care of the extra charges. Overall, it took a week to get this figured out, but Shawn and Chris were great and I will continue to go to Five Guys because their customer service was great and they resolved this issue of the extra charges. Just don't order their the Yelp tab-it doesn't really work. read more

It was ok but it wasn't worth the money. I have to say in my own opinion I will stay with in n out. Five guys wasn't very tasty the burgers were a little bland. My husband and I USE to eat here all the time but today was the last of that. He ordered his burger and fries half way through he had a shock look on his face as he was looking at the ground. There was a cockroach on the floor. We told the girl that was coming out of the kitchen area and she kind of just blow it off. To say the least we will not be eating there ever again. First time we have ever left a meal on the table and walked out!! Cashier was extremely rude and inattentive. Ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers that took over 20 minutes! Only received 1 and the staff felt the need to argue even though our receipt clearly showed we ordered 2 burgers. Once we FINALLY got the 2nd burger & were able to eat, the burger had NO cheese and piled with overcooked inedible mushrooms & onions that made the burger fall apart. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
