Today was my treat day and I ordered the Big Kahuna Steak online with mushrooms, onions, and peppers on the side. When my husband got home with the sandwich I noticed the mushrooms were missing and there were no peppers. Disappointing, especially since the mushrooms are honestly one of my favorite parts of that sandwich. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I was connected with Humberto and I have to say -- he was wonderful. I explained the situation calmly, let him know this was more of a teaching moment than a complaint, and he handled it with such genuine kindness and professionalism. He looked up my order, acknowledged what happened, apologized sincerely and offered to remake my sandwich with the mushrooms included. That kind of customer service is rare and it means a lot. I never had a bad experience at this location prior to today and honestly the way it was handled just reinforced why I keep coming back. Thank you Humberto and the team. You've got a loyal customer.

I switched it up a bit and made mine custom. Whole sandwich with the works as a combo chips, drink and you get a cookie. They have multiple tables to sit at or order online for to go Pickup. Great choices, good meats and fresh veggies.

This location is tucked away in a tiny corner in a shopping center beside an Indian Grocery store…read more It can be hard to find at first if you're not familiar, and you'll just end up going to the Costco nearby. If you've had Sourdough & Co. before, then you know what to expect. Decent sandwiches on pretty good sourdough bread Service was pretty good. I was rung up by a Cashier in training, but they were polite. Their internet went down so all their credit card transactions were a bit delayed, but it wasn't a big deal. The price is higher than what you're looking at for some sandwich places, especially Subway, but the quality matches for the most part. The sandwiches, of course, won't ever appear as stuffed as their photos advertise. But they're still pretty tasty. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, feeling casual, and just want a sandwich, this should satisfy your cravings. It's not the best I've ever had, but I would complain if anyone treated me.

This with the very low expectations that if there were any offerings, anything remotely similar to Texas Barbecue would be a miracle. Thank heaven for miracles! It's all in the name - Taste of Texas Barbecue puts the flavor and quality where its name is. I was pleasantly surprised when I unwrapped the brisket and pulled pork on my 3-meat plate and found that everything was moist and smoked just right. At first, I was taken aback that the meats were wrapped in paper and rather luke/room-temp warm. Then I thought that is very smart to keep the steam created in the take-out container from overcooking the meat during delivery (similar to when I use butcher paper to complete my smoking process to keep the flavor and moisture). Having Texas roots, I am very persnickety about brisket in particular. I usually have to have a flat shipped to me when I have the time smoke my own to get that amazing Texas bark. One of the markers of great Texas-style brisket done right is that it has the trifecta - (1) perfect layer of bark, (2) tender/moist, and (3) the smoke flavor comes through so you don't need sauce except to complement the flavor. TTB has taken this Texas girl on a flavor journey back to Dallas!!! For the sides, I chose potato salad and coleslaw, but potato salad is not an option anymore, but is still listed on DoorDash. TTB gave me a call when they received my order to let me know and listed other options - I chose the Mac. I loved the coleslaw. The Mac was good, but I would have liked it more if it arrived hot, so it may have been creamier. The barbecue sauce is perfect - not overly sweet - a great compliment to the brisket. The only thing I added was sliced onions that I marinate in fresh lemon juice. It complements the flavor of the brisket and bbq sauce. Thank you, TTB - I will definitely be a frequent flyer coming back for more and more when I don't feel like ordering and smoking my own! :0)

Shocked to see that the strips were made of processed meat when I'd ordered them specifically because strips are typically made of unprocessed or less processed chicken. Disappointed and would not recommend. The texture was just funky. Might come back to try their other items though - maybe I just came on an off day?

They brought out two salsas (one creamy, one with heat) that took it to another level. And that green juice? Fresh-pressed, ice-cold, and not watered down like other places. You can literally see the ingredients in their fridge right behind the counter -- everything is clean, organized, and fresh. This most recent time we stopped in just for their fresh juices, looking for something healthy and refreshing. Love that their juices are made to order and you can watch them making them. I ordered a custom mix with carrot, pineapple, ginger, and orange -- super tasty and perfectly balanced. My husband got their green juice, as-is, and enjoyed it too. They had made an oops on my drink but fixed it right away! and even gave me the little extra on the side. The service was super friendly on our very first visit -- the girls working that evening were warm and welcoming. These last couple of times though, it's been a guy helping us, and while he's efficient, he comes off more serious and not as personable, which changes the vibe. If you're in Tracy on a Saturday, you can hit up the farmer's market downtown and stop by La Bolsita, it's smack middle of the farmer's market :) I do wish they'd itemize the receipts instead of just showing the total -- it'd be nice to see the breakdown. Still, love having a spot like this in downtown Tracy.

Her name is Anna and she is pleasantly cleaning and making certain the cafe looks appealing to the patrons. What she does that is extraordinary is she offers to clear your plates, she notices if you appear to be waiting for your order and checks on it for you. She then brings it to you. She even offered to refill my coffee. In a world where customer service is lacking and in a franchise like Panera that is primarily self service by design, Anna stands out by how she goes about the performance of her duties. Well done Anna!!!
