Too Slow service. Ordered fries that took 25 minutes. People before me still waiting.

Decided to try this place out with my boyfriend the other day and we both left disappointed. Its overpriced, we paid 24$ for two burgers and fries with one drink, and the food is mediocre. I ordered the cheeseburger and they didn't add jalepenos or bbq sauce that I asked for. They also messed up my boyfriends order, he orders a BACON cheeseburger and they forgot the BACON and his burger was undercooked. How do you mess that up. Plus the buns were soggy and fell apart. Also its written on the receipts about what to put on the burgers. Plain and simple beside for the cool soda dispensers, we wont be returning. read more

We paid $17.00 for two regular hamburgers (not cheese burgers) one small fries and one bottled water. The burgers were small and tasteless. The fries were soggy and tasted like motor oil. The meal was way over priced. You could find a much better burger at any fast food, Nations or Squeezes and at a lower price. The noise level inside is so loud you can not talk to people you came in with. Will not be back! read more

I have never been to a fast food restaurant where the people were so nice. Literally every person working was friendly, patient, and smiling. One lady came out from behind the counter and over to where we were eating to look at our baby and coo at him. So impressed. read more

So I'm a big fan. We have been several times always for take out. Food is good lots of fries and burgers have flavor. What we like most is ordering through the app. It dosent matter how busy they are you just walk in tell them your name they give cups for your drinks by time you fill them your food is ready to go, no matter how busy the place is. It's nice that you can pay through the app as well. It is possible to save your credit card info but I never do. The staff has always be nice. I have complaints what so every. So, I saw some bad reviews and wasn't quite sure if I wanted to try this place out. Sooo glad I did! Excellent food, free peanuts (also very tasty), very tidy environment, and super friendly service. My wife and I were helped by Jonathan. He was funny, friendly, and I can guarantee we will see the entire again soon. read more

I LOVE Five Guys and have been eating here for years in the Midwest. Be warned - the prices are a bit higher at the Tracy and probably all CA locations, which is to be expected. However, my biggest complaint is that they rip you off at this location when it comes to fries. At any other Five Guys in the country a regular sized French fry can easily serve up to three or four adults, but at the Tracy location a regular fry costs more and you get 1/4 of the amount you would get anywhere else in the country - barely enough to share between two people. We went to the counter because we literally thought we had received a smaller size by mistake and they told us that's just how they do it. No my friends, we are loyal Five Guys customers and you are doing it WRONG. It's a cup of fries PLUS an extra scoop into the bag - everybody knows this EXCEPT the Tracy, CA location. Hands down my favorite burger joint ever regardless. read more

I have been here several times and I have had excellent service and my burger is never dry but extra juicy. I order the Cajun fries and they are delicious. Bottom line I love this place. I am never full when I order an In and out burger. I don't have to worry about that when I order here. read more

Stopped by for a meal right as they were closing. Most places would've tried to rush us out the door. But Shawn, Joe, & Caleb were awesome! They totally made us feel comfortable and in no rush. The double cheeseburger was good. The French fries were good. The coke was good, but $16.03 for a burger and fries with coke???? For this money I could have enjoyed a T-Bone steak with sides at Applebee's. I was in a time crunch when I ordered so I paid and ate. Never again. It's A Hamburger People. read more

Great food horrible staff , went to get about 30 mins before closing time and the young girl with glasses that works there first told me i couldnt pay with my card if i didnt have an id which is understandable but after when i came back with cash she purposely mest up my order and put everything i requested off on my burger ! We have been waiting for over a month to eat here and was so excited to see it packed full of people with a grand opening sign out front while we were out running errands the other day. I kept promising my family we would stop by as soon as we were done shopping. We pull up to find it was invitation only and not really open yet. This would have been fine had it not been for the "Grand Opening" sign you see from the street to pull up and see the invitation only under it that you can't see from the street. If you had the invite, the sign wasn't needed. It was clear the sign was put there so people would pull off the road, pull up to the shop and then see the "invitation only" part of the sign. Cheap advertising and a dirty trick that wasn't needed. The name is enough to bring people in, no tricks are needed. My husband now refuses to go back. I'd rather give my money to a company that doesn't need to trick people and turn them away for not being a VIP. Way to make someone willing to pay feel crappy! read more

I'm a huge fan of five guys and my husband and I were very excited to hear it was coming to tracy. We've eaten at the one in stockton and Dublin. We first came to the Tracy one the week they opened. We both ordered bacon and got hardly any. We let it go and thought maybe because they just opened and were busy. The second time I ordered online two bacon cheeseburgers...my husband picked the food up and we opened our burgers and there was NO bacon...none the less we were irritated because we were charged for it of course .... I called to talk to the manager but only got a busy signal.... I don't think it's that hard to read a order and get it correct. Than tonite the third time in a row we thought it would be better if we went in person to order to make sure they got our order right. My husband ordered again two bacon cheeseburgers and explained to the cashier that the last two times we hardly got any bacon and once received no bacon so to please make sure we get bacon this time. The cashier said "no problem I'll make sure you get it" sure enough we should have looked at our food and not taken their word for it. When he got home and opened our food we AGAIN had NO bacon and he had no jalapeños in his burger. We have been trying to call for 45 minutes and all we get is a busy signal. This place is not like the other chains like we've been to. And I read a comment on here that said they were out of bacon once. So what, are they charging you for bacon and don't have any????? This place has horrible customer service!!! I don't mind the prices but when I pay for something specific I expect it. I don't suggest this place in Tracy. I'll go out of tow. When I want to eat Five Guys again. read more
