I placed an order thru Uber Eats and it was a simple thing I forgot to ask for cheese on a burger so I called to try to get it corrected: the person who first answered the phone passed me on to a rude unprofessional little girl who proceeded to tell me that "she remember my voice from prank calling and to "cut the bull shit" I said " excuse me what did you just say to me? How dare you. I am a 35 year old grown ass woman how dare you speak to a customer like that and accuse me of making prank calls. So I said I wanted to speak to the manager and of course this little bitch says she's the manager. She was probably lying. I am not letting this go. I am beyond livid at her automatically jumping on the phone not trying to help me AT ALL but to proceed to curse at me and accuse me of something as childish as crank calls. I will NEVER go to this place again and I hope you don't either. I work in customer service and this was the most unprofessional display of awful customer service and little girl w a chip on her shoulder because she's supposedly the manager. Well you can't be the only manager "hunny" which was what you wanted to call me when you were trying to be patronizing to me. trust me "sweetie" I'll be speaking to your boss VERY SOON, you can take that straight to the bank. And I didn't have an order? Here's a copy of my receipt so obviously you don't have to exactly be a brain trust to work there since no one could find my order. Whoever the GM of this location is should really consider how rude this person is and how confrontational, accusatory and just plain. Disrespectful. The only thing I ish I had got was her name so if anyone knows her name please I'd you could reach out to me and let me know. OMFG THEN THE FOOD JUST GETS HERE AND ITS WRONG!!!!! So I have to pay again if I want T still. This is crazy. I can't wait until tomorrow when I can hopefully speak to an adult.

Delicious! I'm always happy when a chain makes it into the area, so when the Swampscott location opened, I had to make a visit. The burger, while not very original, was tasty, but it's the fries that made the meal. A regular portion was huge and so good! I could eat them every day. Of course, they are so greasy, I'd probably die, but I'd die happy. The boy, who doesn't do hamburgers, had a grilled cheese with bacon and a hot dog. The grilled cheese was meh, but he said he'd order the hot dog again. It was definitely worth the 25 minute commute from Everett, I'll be back soon!

Best burgers around! I always get a burger, the cajun fries and a drink and it never disappoints. A bit pricy but definitely worth it.

(They clearly saw me there; we made eye contact and the one guy wasn't even doing anything.) After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting with no service, we were about to leave when a server finally came to our table. Since they were obviously busy and weren't keeping up with the crowd that night, we tried to order two drinks each so they could save a little of their time and we could relax without worrying about if a server was going to take our order again before the end of the week. The server very sharply said that he was NOT going to give us two drinks at a time, CERTAINLY not with drinks of this high alcohol content. We ordered one drink each, cashed out and bounced. The cocktail I got was fine; I could make a slightly worse version at home at a fraction of the price (or even two at once!). We we were told later by a friendlier Salemite at a bar with a better vibe that there is a Massachusetts state law that prohibits having two drinks at once at a bar. Fair enough. Had our server told us that, unfortunately, he wasn't allowed to give us two drinks at once -- instead of making us feel like idiots/degenerates for daring to ask -- we probably would have dropped a lot of vacation money there that night. Oh well; we had a great time at the other places we went.

Kayem originated in Mass btw. I always appreciate loyalty to in state makers. The classic George's dog is mustard, meat sauce and chopped onions. Standard white bun. I've seen mixed messages online about how you're supposed to order that dog. I've seen "All the Way." (Which is also how they say it in Providence). I've seen "Three Up", which is a new one for me. But the Menu actually says that a Coney is mustard, meat sauce and onions. So I ordered two coneys and everything worked out fine. The hot dogs were good, both in terms of the components, and in the sum of their parts. My dogs were not particularly snappy. I could see a grill mark. So perhaps it just needed a bit more turning so that it was more well done. Kayem is a good hot dog in terms of flavor. I prefer some other New England brands though. The meat sauce is good, but the seasoning didn't pop for me in the way that my favorite meat sauces do. I'm sure part of this is what you grew up with though. George's is a cool, old school, hot dog joint, that I imagine still does it like it always has. If that's how you like your hot dog spots, I suspect you'll love George's. 4.25 Stars

It came out to $15. It took a little while to get my order. I was there ordering with the cashier before some guy came after to order by kiosk which got his order first. My hotdog was loaded and tasted amazing. After finishing, I wish I had another because I wasn't full even after the fries. But I could never pay $20 for 2 hotdogs. Shop was clean and cute inside.
