Double Cheeseburger, Little Fries (more in the bag), small drink
Eric N.

1/20/25 I found a discount code on Upside app so decided to give them a try again. Food - for a fast casual burger, not bad. I would give the nod to Hi-point nearby overall, but this was better than fast food. Fries are natural cut, and were surprisingly crispy for natural. I seasoned everything with a little extra salt. Coca-cola freestyle machine for soft drinks. Price - For a double Cheeseburger combo (small fry and small drink), was $17. Upside app had 26% off code. So came out to around $13. Service was quick and pleasant. Did not take long to get my food. Ambiance - they have plenty of seating and suitable for families. The radio was playing a mix of pop and rock tunes. They were grooving.

The sweetest person I've met since I been delivering food!!

This is the first restaurant I've been to in a long time to pick up a delivery where the workers were nice, hospitable, and genuinely welcoming. It was a great change from what I usually experience at most fast food restaurants. The restaurant was nice and clean, and everything was in order. The bathroom was also nice and clean. I think this place might be hard to get to, which is why a lot of people don't frequent it, but it has a great atmosphere and the workers are awesome. On a sad note, the nuts I got were all stale. This makes me believe that not many people go there to eat, as the whole batch was stale.

I usually don't review fast food places and I wouldn't quite consider 5 Guys to be fast food, but as soon as I walked in and saw the cleanliness of the place, I figured some cheers and kind words were on the menu! We come here a lot...great service, friendly faces and one heck of a good burger. I can't ever recall where we regretted coming here....always a great burger and fresh cut fries! Kudos to the crew and the cleanliness, especially the condiments station....spotless (it's the little things that matter)and stocked! Also, there wasn't a dirty table to be found or peanut shells on the deck....just a clean place overall. Thanks 5 Guys in sunset hills....you get 5 stars and we will be back! Did I say the burger was delicious?!!!

Little cheeseburger ...yikes

Stopped in for a solo lunch at the Kirkwood location today. I've had several of their burgers and…read morechicken sandwiches in the past, but this was my first time trying their take on a classic Chopped Cheese. The Food: * Chopped Cheese: This sandwich really delivered on flavor. It was incredibly rich, largely thanks to the adobo seasoning and the creamy American cheese melted throughout. The beef quality was evident, and they got a great char on it from smashing it on the griddle. It came on a plentiful baguette that held up well, nicely dressed with LTOP, mayo, and ketchup. If you usually go for the burgers here, this is a worthy switch-up. * Fries: These came out fresh, hot, and nicely salted. They were solid, though I personally would prefer a fresh hand-cut potato over the hand-cut frozen style they seem to use here. The Vibe & Service: The staff was great right off the bat--super friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions about the menu. The space itself is casual with plenty of seating, making it easy to grab a table even during a busy lunch. They also have a self-serve soda station, which is always a plus. Verdict: Solid lunch spot with great service. The Chopped Cheese is a winner if you want something savory and rich!

I chose the Ash Wednesday special since it's a Friday during Lent and I couldn't have meat today. I added Mac n cheese too. The cod fish burger and Mac n cheese were good! I definitely want to come back again and try a beef burger and milkshake! The service was pretty average, nothing special or bad.

I got a classic ShackBurger, bacon cheese fries, and a chocolate and vanilla shake. I was able to redeem a free regular fries reward by using my phone number at checkout. Keep an eye out for coupons or rewards through the app! My mom enjoyed those fries at home! Service was fairly quick, and I was happy to just sit for a while in a clean atmosphere. Thanks!

The location is easy to get to from Manchester rd. and they offer plenty of parking spots for customers. When we got inside, they have 4 kiosks for ordering so you can review the menu and then order when you are ready. During the ordering process, you can choose if it's a dine in or take out order and then you grab a number and type that in so they can find you when the order is ready. Of course, before paying, they have an option for tipping so do with that what you will. After paying for my order the kiosk told me that when my order was ready, a team member would bring my order out to me so I went and sat down at a table after picking up napkins, a fork and some ketchup. They also have a self serve drink station with a tap just for water, but the cups are really small so I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle if you have one. After a few minutes, I received a text to let me know my order was ready and that it would be brought out shortly. After about 10 minutes, my friend already had her order delivered to the table, but mine was still missing. I decided to go up to the counter to ask about it. The workers were busy, but one of them did ask me what I needed and I let them know my order was missing. They could not find the order and so I had to show them my receipt (thankfully, I had it emailed to me because you could always decline a receipt). I showed my receipt and the text that my order was ready and so they told me they would start a new order for me since they didn't have mine. All I ordered was a coffee milkshake and some cheese fries so it shouldn't take too long. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for my drink/food and after about 5ish minutes, they were handing it to me. I was shocked that they didn't apologize or acknowledge their mistake and they did not even say anything to me either when handing me my tray. The customer service could use some work in my opinion. The cheese fries were good as usual and since I was trying the coffee shake for the first time, I was not overly impressed, but it did taste fine. However, there are other places with much better coffee shakes so I probably won't order it again. I am not someone who frequents Shake Shack so I don't know when or if I will be back.

They weren't busy or crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be completed. The food was hot, fresh, and had the right amount of spice. I ordered the #3, which came with one tender, one chicken sandwich, and fries. I opted to go hot. The spice was there but no to over powering on the chicken tender. The sandwich for some reason was hotter than expected. The fries were cooked perfectly, and the pickles are always so delicious. There's plenty of seating inside, very clean, and staff was very friendly and ensured all the orders were correct!

This location was sure busy and wasn't sure if we would be able to dine in but right after we placed our order on the kiosk a table had just opened up. Few things to point out before I get to the food. You can order at the counter, but they also have two kiosks that you can order which made it nice bc there was a line for counter orders so we walked right in, placed our order at the kiosk. The only issue that it's so tricky when ordering from the kiosk bc you have to make sure you click each item per chicken. It's not per order so really pay attention if you need to modify. My daughter and I both did meal #1 which comes with two tenders set on top of bread, pickles and fries. I got the lightly mild bc I don't like spicy food and no pickles. You have to make sure you say no pickles for chicken 1 and chicken 2. It's really weird. And bc it was our first time there it took us a while to make sure the order was exactly as we wanted it. My daughter got medium for her level with no bread and no pickles. Again click no bread, no pickle for each tender. My daughter loves spicy foods and she said the medium level is actually the perfect amount of heat. The seasoning they use on the chicken and the fries is what makes it good. I thought the lightly mild was perfect bc it had that tiny kick to where I could enjoy it. Now you also have few choices for sauces like ketchup, honey and it also automatically came with a sauce and not really sure what kind of sauce it was, but it just wasn't for me. I really wished they had a house made ranch or honey mustard bc sometimes you just want to dip your tenders in lol. So I was really disappointed that those weren't an option. Lastly, we have the crinkle fries. I've never been a fan of crinkle fries.....but these crinkle fries are the only crinkle fries I'll ever eat. Absolutely loved them! They were crispy and the seasoning....muah . Overall, my daughter and I thought they were okay and next time her and I will share one order bc neither of us were able to finish the two giant tenders plus the fries. Which makes ordering kinda cool bc you can do different levels per tender .
