After that, I could clearly hear employees in the back laughing about the situation instead of addressing it or communicating with me. When I was finally interviewed, the interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than having a respectful conversation about the position, I felt that I was being treated unfairly and discriminated against. I completely understand that businesses can be understaffed and busy, but that does not excuse the way I was treated. The lack of communication, the hour-long wait, the employees laughing about my situation, and the disrespectful interview process were all completely unacceptable. Honestly, after experiencing this firsthand, I can understand why they seem to be constantly hiring if this is how they treat potential employees.
