Not so good, price too high as well. Food tastes basic like a burger I could whip up at home.

Took my mom here for dinner tonight. Never disappointed with this location at five guys. My mom actually ate her entire burger. We love this place. So delicious. They make the best burgers ever. Highly recommend this place especially this location.

I don't eat red meat, but I've heard about the 5 guys fries for a while now. So, I went for a light lunch of a grilled cheese and fries. The cashier was super nice and suggested I add some things into my grilled cheese. I was happy to see a whole list of items you can add to your burger or grilled cheese. So, I ended up with a grilled cheese with grilled onions. It was very good. My husband got a bacon cheese hot dog. He enjoyed it. The french fries were just thrown in the bag. I actually watched the guy behind the counter shovel a bunch of fries directly into the bag, ugh. The fries were pretty good but nothing special. I guess compared to burger king, they are great, but really they aren't so special. They are hand cut, which means you have a variety of sizes, shapes, and some burned ones as well. The music was dreadful. The speakers were tinny, and who wants to listen to Alice cooper and Jethro Tull while eating lunch? So strange. The grilled cheese was decent, but all the signs inside the restaurant that extol the virtues of the fries are just hype. So, keep your expectations low and you'll be fine with this place.

Paid my first ever visit to a Five Guys Burgers and Fries and I must say it was pretty good and a great option for lunch. This particular location is the first in Sugar Land, and from the looks of it, the beginning of a new influx of out-of-town burger chains like Smashburger into the greater Houston area. There are locations also in Rosenberg, Montgomery, and a few around Houston proper. The burgers were pretty tasty. I had a "Little Bacon Cheeseburger" with BBQ sauce, grilled mushrooms, and grilled onions. It was pretty awesome and it hit the spot. They have an assortment of other toppings that you can choose from (like jalapenos, green peppers, A-1 sauce, hot sauce, relish, etc etc) and they re all FREEEEEEEEEEEE which is good - except for the cheese and meat of course. I asked what was the difference between the regular and the little burgers... the regular has two patties of about 1/2 a pound... that was too much for me so I opted to go with the little and I was more than satisfied. We also got the cajun fries... they gave us a LOT of fries - so much that I took it back with me to the office and I still couldn't finish them. They also have Mello Yello and Cherry Coke on the fountain machine... I haven't seen Mello Yello since I was at the Coke museum in Atlanta. Oh and also while you wait you can have free peanuts in a shell... quirky but cool. Overall, a great place to eat and I wouldn't mind eating here or at any other location again in the future!

This is not in the Museum District! The address is correct but the map location is not. Be advised.

I asked what they had, and he said burgers... which doesn't help me since I don't eat beef. I told him if they had chicken sandwiches, we could go. Not only did they have chicken sandwiches... they had SPICY chicken sandwiches. And whatever that sauce is? Delicious. This is one of those places where you can order at the kiosk or with the staff behind the counter... we went with the staff. Customer service from everyone was top tier. I loved how the whole team was engaged and actually providing real customer service. The vibe gives classic bar-and-grill energy, and the food? Really good. I didn't expect it to hit like that, but it did. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a Dr. Pepper... and yes, the Dr. Pepper was on point too. Overall, the experience was great. I told my friend if I ended up liking this place, I was going to resent him... Well... resentment felt. P.S. The bathrooms could've used a little attention. They weren't the cleanest, but that was my only issue.

The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of flavor. How do they get the meat inside to be evenly spicy?! The peach mango pie is a must, honestly one of the best desserts they have. I could easily eat a bunch of those in one sitting. Their sweet spaghetti is also a hit with the kids, both in portion and flavor. The vibe is casual, bright, and family-friendly, nothing fancy, just a comfortable spot to enjoy a quick meal. The staff are consistently some of the friendliest around, which always makes the experience better. Only complaint is that irregardless of day or time, there seems to always be a long wait. Even if you order online to pick up at a specific time.

It took almost 10 minutes to finally get to the counter because after each person placed their order, the employee behind the counter said he'd come right back. I'm not sure if they were trying to catch up on other orders, or why it took so long to place an order. There were three screens displaying the menu. The most important one, displaying their Jolly Classics and the Pies & Sides, kept flipping between that and a promo ad. Slightly annoying, so I ended up taking a picture of the menu so that I could view it without the time pressure. Once I placed my order, I was given a pager. Even though I had a pager, they yelled out my number once my food was ready about 5 minutes later. It was fairly quiet inside - there were a few other people dining in, which appeared to be mostly contractors taking a lunch break. The Chickenjoy itself was very good. While not the best fried chicken in my book, Jollibee is certainly up there. We got one 10-piece bucket of original and one 10-piece bucket of spicy. Their spicy flavor actually packs some spice. The breading is very crispy and the chicken itself is always juicy on the inside. I always like to dip the chicken in the included gravy. The spaghetti is on the sweeter side, as I believe it's made with banana ketchup. The adobo rice was actually good and made a nice side accompaniment for our chicken. Jollibee is always a solid choice for fried chicken. While this location was a bit slow, other experiences I've had are usually fairly efficient.

At the drive-thru, the interaction felt rushed and somewhat dismissive. There was no greeting at the window, and when I requested an extra honey mustard for my 5-count chicken tenders (since only one is typically provided), I was told there would be an additional charge. I didn't mind paying because I wanted enough sauce for my meal, but the tone felt a bit irritated. After placing my order, I pulled forward to wait. A different employee brought my food and was very pleasant and courteous, which I appreciated. However, when I checked my order, the extra sauce I paid for was not included. I had to go back through the line to address it. The original employee did provide the missing sauce at that point, and her demeanor was more positive during that interaction. The main issue came at the end of my meal, when I found a hair in the bottom of my fry basket. That completely ruined my experience. Overall, I've had better visits in the past, but based on this experience, I'm hesitant about returning.
