6pc Chickenjoy Meal Deal with mashed potatoes $20 with 2 drinks and 2 sides to share. Chicken always comes with gravy
    Salma S.

Yes I gave them 5 stars (it's fast food guys) By far the best fast food spicy fried chicken. Beware that they are occasionally out of spicy! Ive had the tenders, sandwich and regular just to try them but 100% if I'm going it's for the spicy fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. Staff is usually very nice and I know it's a fast food place so my expectations are in check for the service and place. It's always clean and they are always polite. Hands down best fast food spicy fried chicken

The gravy was too watery and the biscuits were dry and flavorless. At least the chicken was juicy and tender. I didn't get to taste much of the spiciness however, but Jollibee didn't live up to the hype I once remember it to be. I don't usually like sweet spaghetti, but it was probably my favorite thing this visit.

Greasy and not crispy. Oil temperature was not right at all.

I've been to all of the Jollibee's and while I love them this location was absolutely horrible. The ice machine was broken and the sodas were almost all out. The hardest part to stomach was that the chicken itself and the start of the show was cold and greasy. Management was present but the whole staff were no energy. The location was not really cleaned to what you would come to expect. I would avoid this location if at all possible. It's worth the extra drive to main or westheimer

    Katseye Collab Chicken Combo

Jollibee is an overall great fried chicken place. It somehow feels lighter than Popeyes, and personally we think the chicken is more tender here too. Jollibee has it's oven unique chicken flavor that we can't quite put our finger on, but it makes it unique compared to other fried chicken places. Their regular and spicy chickens come with gravy, which is on the thinner side. They pair amazingly together- the gravy is not too salty. The sides are solid too! The inside of the restaurant is fairly clean, but we usually get take out most of the time. (Ry) Katseye Chicken Sandwich Rating 8/10 As fans of Katseye we had to try the collaboration between them and Jollibee. Their collab consisted of a sauced up version of their already yummy chicken and a new chicken sandwich in that same sauce with additions of onion, cucumber, and cilantro. The chicken on the sandwich was juicy, flavorful, and crispy always. The sauce was thick, spicy, tangy, sweet, and smoky (like a combination of wingstops hickory smoked bbq flavor with their Korean bbq if that helps). The sauce was very rich, but the addition of the cucumbers, onion, and ESPECIALLY the cilantro, made for a good balance. The cilantro REALLY comes through and gives the sandwich a flair that you don't get from any other chicken sandwich widely available right now. Jollibee is always a good choice when craving fried chicken, and this new flavor choice is a great addition! Highly recommend trying it out

This was my first time at Jollibee. Heard their chicken is a level above most fast food places. I'd recommend checking out their menu before you hit their driver thru as it's not your normal entrees and sides, so you may need more time to think over your selections so you aren't feeling rushed. The girl working there drive thru wasn't the best as reading back your order so make sure to double check to avoid getting the wrong stuff. I was super hungry when I stopped by, so that may affect my opinion...but I felt their chicken was legit. I would definitely swing by here over most other fast food chicken spots. Doesn't even need that much sauce. The chicken stands on its own. A buddy told me I should have gotten gravy as he felt that's the MVP. I didn't notice that on the menu so that's my bad. I will get that on the side next time.

First of all, they do fried chicken and their sandwiches right. Piping hot, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Staff was friendly, but my only complaint is they stake so long to get an order ready (and it hasn't been just this location too). Came in at a non-busy time, the staff said 7 minutes for the order to be ready, ended up being 20 minutes. Dined in, typical fast food decor and seating.

Not too bad, it was good enough when you're hungry. The pineapple quencher is my favorite, 10 out of 10. Palabok was my next favorite, 9/10. I'm not use to eating sweet spaghetti especially with weiners in it so it was OK. Chicken was hot and crispy, needed more seasoning and the gravy was a miss. Fries were hot and good. The end.

If you've eaten here over the years you'll definitely notice the decline in quality. This place is a fast food place I understand but other places already had tarnished food that you "get what you pay for" and the price to quality ratio is not good. I'd rather spend my money at Popeyes or even kfc for these prices for the quality. I can actually feel the percentage of quality go down, chicken went down 10%, the spaghetti went down 18%, the mash potatoes, which used to be my favorite, went down 90% in quality. It is made from those packets of instant potatoes that you microwave. Yes it's a fast food place, but the problem? They didn't even have the patience to actually mix the potato correctly. When I scooped it, the spoon was somehow dry and I noticed the "dust" which was made of half the portion. Disgusting.

Stopped by here when downtown usually the location at Westheimer. It's a Filipino burger, fried chicken and spaghetti fast food place it's a weird combination but not bad. They also have chicken tenders, Korean style chicken too. Mango peach pies for desert. Be adventurous, my pick was the Aloha burger. It had nice beef patty, thin and I mean thin slice of bacon, slice of pineapple, lettuce and thousand island type spread, wife had 2piece chicken with rice, gravy and a biscuit. Be adventurous and drop by for lunch!

I love that this location is bright and cheery with a clean exterior and interior, as it is in a newly built area. Parking is aplenty in this plaza. The drive thru is also much welcomed, as the times I've driven thru the service is fast. Being a fast casual concept, they have plenty of seating inside and counter service. I typically take my order to-go and ordering in-app or at the counter have been good experiences. I like that you can order anything from a single scoop of chicken salad to a full meal and even tubs of your favorite flavor. I've tried almost every single flavor on the menu, and have come to a conclusion that my favorites are the Cranberry Kelli (with cranberries and almonds), the Fruity Fran (with apples, grapes, and pineapples), and the Classic Carol (with celery and secret seasoning). I can't say I didn't enjoy some of their savory flavors like Barbie Q (sweet yet smoky) or Sassy Scotty (ranch, bacon, cheddar), but do find them a bit too salty. They always include a nice amount of crackers to go with all the food so that's a plus. As for their quick chicks (tubs of chicken salad), they have been great for making meals out of it at home or for work. However, I've noticed that they have quite a short refrigerator life and have gone sour multiple times, over the course of just a few days. I also have seen bits of chicken that have a lot of off-putting texture (stringy, chewy, inedible, stretchy, white). So yes, you'll know its real chicken and it is fresh made/packed, but too much gristle or cartilage is gross. There are also bones in the mixture that are roughly an inch long...ouch. If you're serving some to your kids, be careful! Service at this location is super friendly and efficient! Great customer service and they'll have your order ready in minutes.

The ratio of the chicken salad was also very minimal that I got. The free mini cookie also was too sweet for me. I know a lot of people enjoy it here so maybe I'm just not the clientele for this- worth a try though! Oh, this location does have a drive thru which is a plus!

MO City Eatz -- A St. Louis Love Letter with Italian Soul and Black Flavor…read more Being from St. Louis, you grow up with a very specific food compass. You know good Italian--real Italian--from The Hill, and you know soulful, seasoned Black American cooking that feeds more than just your stomach. MO City Eatz somehow manages to bring both worlds together, and it feels natural, not forced--like something that's always belonged here. From the first bite, the food carries that St. Louis confidence: bold, comforting, and made with intention. Shrimp Po' Boy & Fries The Shrimp Po' Boy hits that perfect balance between crispy and tender. The shrimp are seasoned deep--not just on the surface--and fried just right, giving you that crunch without drowning out the freshness of the seafood. The bread is soft but sturdy, holding everything together like it's supposed to. It's Southern-inspired, but the flavor profile is elevated--almost like a coastal dish filtered through Midwest soul. The fries? Golden, hot, and properly seasoned. No afterthoughts here. Hot Lemon Peppa Wings & Fries These wings are a standout. The Hot Lemon Peppa flavor punches you first with heat, then pulls you back in with that citrusy tang that keeps you reaching for another wing. They're juicy on the inside with a crisp skin that actually holds the sauce--no soggy business. This is where that Black American influence really shines. Bold, unapologetic flavor that feels like it came straight from the community--done right, with pride. St. Louis Toasted Ravioli If you're from St. Louis, you don't play about toasted ravioli--and MO City Eatz clearly understands the assignment. These ravs are crispy, well-seasoned, and taste like something you'd proudly serve next to any Hill classic. The filling is rich, the breading is light but crunchy, and every bite feels like a nod to the city's deep Italian roots--fresh, comforting, and familiar. It tastes like Italy took a stop in St. Louis and decided to stay. House Drinks The drinks deserve their own moment. Muddy Water Tea is smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced--not too sweet, not watered down. Zaria's Lemonade tastes homemade in the best way: bright, tart, and refreshing, like summertime in the city. Tropical Punch Kool-Aid is pure nostalgia. Sweet, vibrant, and exactly how Kool-Aid should taste--no corners cut. Final Thoughts MO City Eatz feels like St. Louis on a plate. It respects the city's Italian legacy while embracing the seasoning, creativity, and heart of Black American cuisine. The food tastes fresh, intentional, and rooted--like it knows where it comes from. This isn't just a meal; it's a cultural blend that makes sense for St. Louis. If you're looking for flavor that feels like home but still surprises you, MO City Eatz is absolutely worth the stop.

Seasoning was not that flavorful. Fries were meh. The restaurant is decorated nicely, but it's all style, no substance. There's so many other spots with delicious catfish, I will not have it again here. I may try another dish and hopefully be able to update this review with.
