The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super tender and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of flavor. How do they get the meat inside to be evenly spicy?! The peach mango pie is a must, honestly one of the best desserts they have. I could easily eat a bunch of those in one sitting. Their sweet spaghetti is also a hit with the kids, both in portion and flavor. The vibe is casual, bright, and family-friendly, nothing fancy, just a comfortable spot to enjoy a quick meal. I picked up from this Jollibee location for a family gathering. Walked in around 11:15am and there were two people ahead of me. It took almost 10 minutes to finally get to the counter because after each person placed their order, the employee behind the counter said he'd come right back. I'm not sure if they were trying to catch up on other orders, or why it took so long to place an order. There were three screens displaying the menu. The most important one, displaying their Jolly Classics and the Pies & Sides, kept flipping between that and a promo ad. Slightly annoying, so I ended up taking a picture of the menu so that I could view it without the time pressure. Once I placed my order, I was given a pager. Even though I had a pager, they yelled out my number once my food was ready about 5 minutes later. It was fairly quiet inside - there were a few other people dining in, which appeared to be mostly contractors taking a lunch break. The Chickenjoy itself was very good. While not the best fried chicken in my book, Jollibee is certainly up there. We got one 10-piece bucket of original and one 10-piece bucket of spicy. Their spicy flavor actually packs some spice. The breading is very crispy and the chicken itself is always juicy on the inside. I always like to dip the chicken in the included gravy. The spaghetti is on the sweeter side, as I believe it's made with banana ketchup. The adobo rice was actually good and made a nice side accompaniment for our chicken. We had a huge order for 14 people. Ordered online from the parking lot since this is the easiest way to navigate the menu, then went in to wait. Everything was complete in about 20 minutes with no mistakes. This isn't the first time they have accomplished this either. Food was hot when we got home, and was fantastic as always. Been to this location multiple times at this point and the food is always hot and fresh. We always get the peach mango pie, mashed potato and gravy, & the spicy fried chicken! We've tried other things and they are all pretty fresh tasting. Service is the only thing that's hit and miss / questionable. I always preorder through the app and drive thru pick up.... still yet have to wait over 20 minutes pre-ordering. This past week, they told me to pull to the parked spot and parked waited for over 15 minutes before I walked inside. There my order was just sitting on the counter. The gravy was too watery and the biscuits were dry and flavorless. At least the chicken was juicy and tender. I didn't get to taste much of the spiciness however, but Jollibee didn't live up to the hype I once remember it to be. I've been to all of the Jollibee's and while I love them this location was absolutely horrible. The ice machine was broken and the sodas were almost all out. The hardest part to stomach was that the chicken itself and the start of the show was cold and greasy. Management was present but the whole staff were no energy. The sauce was thick, spicy, tangy, sweet, and smoky (like a combination of wingstops hickory smoked bbq flavor with their Korean bbq if that helps). The sauce was very rich, but the addition of the cucumbers, onion, and ESPECIALLY the cilantro, made for a good balance. The cilantro REALLY comes through and gives the sandwich a flair that you don't get from any other chicken sandwich widely available right now. This was my first time at Jollibee. Heard their chicken is a level above most fast food places. I'd recommend checking out their menu before you hit their driver thru as it's not your normal entrees and sides, so you may need more time to think over your selections so you aren't feeling rushed. The girl working there drive thru wasn't the best as reading back your order so make sure to double check to avoid getting the wrong stuff. I was super hungry when I stopped by, so that may affect my opinion...but I felt their chicken was legit. I would definitely swing by here over most other fast food chicken spots. Doesn't even need that much sauce. The chicken stands on its own. A buddy told me I should have gotten gravy as he felt that's the MVP. I didn't notice that on the menu so that's my bad. We came by yesterday to try their Angus burger and my favorite Palabok through the drive thru. Ordered the Angus burger deluxe and when we got home there was no lettuce on it. If you've eaten here over the years you'll definitely notice the decline in quality. This place is a fast food place I understand but other places already had tarnished food that you "get what you pay for" and the price to quality ratio is not good. I'd rather spend my money at Popeyes or even kfc for these prices for the quality. I can actually feel the percentage of quality go down, chicken went down 10%, the spaghetti went down 18%, the mash potatoes, which used to be my favorite, went down 90% in quality. It is made from those packets of instant potatoes that you microwave. Yes it's a fast food place, but the problem? They didn't even have the patience to actually mix the potato correctly. I had ordered the 2 piece combo but they gave we me only 1 piece. It's already overpriced fried chicken, but missing a piece is like paying extra for half my main meal. The piece I was given was very small already. My husband really wanted to try Jollibee so we decided to go today. He ordered a 3 piece chicken combo and waited over 20 minutes for the rest of the order to come out. We received the chicken, which he said was delicious, hot and fresh. They told him to pull up to wait for the fries. 20 minutes after receiving the chicken, and after the vehicle behind us received his order, our fries finally arrived! I was expecting hot fries since they had us wait an additional 20 minutes, but the fries were lukewarm and not crispy...they were pretty soggy. Failed.... Tried this place out to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, yes the wait was incredibly long. The reason for the 4 stars was primarily because of the manager on duty. I'm sorry but I was not impressed by the food. I had been told so much about the chicken and seen so many people like the Peach Mango pie but it was underwhelming at best. The Spicy chicken wasn't spicy although juicy but had no real flavor. It tasted like chicken from Church's. The Palabok had no flavor whatsoever but with a hint of shrimpyness and not in a good way. The Aloha burger only had the flavor of the pineapple and I was disappointed to find that the burger was their Salisbury steak that they use for their "steak" option. It wasn't good. And the peach mango pie that I had been looking forward to just tasted like a peach pie from the grocery store. I didn't taste any mango. Again, underwhelming. My son and I were in Houston for the weekend, and on the way out, I promised him Jollibee for lunch. This place is always nostalgic and it's tasty. We had a long drive back to Austin, so we ate inside. I had no clue that they had chicken tenders. My son was in San Diego for spring break, and he ate Jollibe there and had tenders. I got the two-piece chicken joy with my favorite, the palabok, aka fiesta noodles. I treated myself to the pineapple quencher. I was afraid it would be too sweet, but it wasn't too bad. I usually don't drink sodas or super sweet drinks so this was a treat. The food was piping hot when we got it. I had to cut up the tenders for my son so they could cool off a bit. Both of our chickens were served with brown gravy. My son is a huge fan of gravy with chicken and fries. The only downside I have to bring up was that it was hot in the restaurant. Their AC must have been very weak or broken. My son and I had to hurry our lunch because we were getting hot. Before we left, I ordered a bucket of chicken and spaghetti to bring home to my husband.
