We decided to do the Hwy 63 scenic drive (up to Rainbow Point) at Bryce before leaving, and stumbled upon the sign pointing toward a food truck at Fairview Point. Dawg House is at Fairview Point Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm serving up hot dogs, mini pretzels/french toast. Food options in/around Bryce Canyon City are fairly limited so it was pretty exciting to have a hot snack inside the park. After taking in the views, we got some corn dog bites ($6) - full dogs are around the same price point but we wanted something a little more driving-friendly.
