Cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Hands down. I know, surprising right? Also burgers and fries are delish.

I love to eat burgers from Five Guys but damn, this place can be loud. Between the music being way louder than it needs to be and the cooks yelling just about as loud as it, it can be really hard to have a conversation. Everyone tends to be really nice here, which is common through all Five Guys' locations. I love having the option of so many toppings, and this place does the best job of keeping me from making a mess of myself. I love that they use nice big slices of raw jalapeno instead of pickled slices. They don't overdo it on the iceberg lettuce, which is a plus, because I always hate having it fall off all over the place. The fries are always wonderful too, except they can burn your hand off when you're trying to get down to your burgers in the bag. Oh, and they have Coke Freestyle machines so you can come up with some weird strawberry lemonade-Sprite combination. Going here before a trip to Trader Joe's is always a good thing. 5 guys could be as big as in-n-out and whataburger the reason they are not is because the prices are ridiculous. The food tastes great but a cheeseburger fries and a drink comes to about $15!!!!! I personally won't return to this location again. Just had lunch there. Lots of workers but they don't really seem to know what they're doing. They called my number & I went to the counter. The man handing out orders looked at me & asked if the one in his hand was mine. He was actually holding the bag of the next order which hadn't even been called yet. I said "no, that's mine" and pointed to the large bag behind him on the counter. He turned away from me & just kept standing there holding the other bag & waited for another worker to call it out. Finally that other female worker looked over at me (after she called my # for the 3rd time) & I said "that's my bag, I've been waiting here for it". She seemed irritated & just shoved it towards me. To add to the fun experience, 2 of our 3 burgers had the wrong toppings. Completely screwed up between the 2 burgers so that I had to rearrange most of the toppings btwn the 2 burgers. And both Coke machines were having issues that none of the workers seemed concerned about. Add to all this that they have now way out-priced themselves (IMO) and I'm more than happy to take my burger cravings elsewhere. Sadly this seems to be typical of many chain restaurants. When I ordered the guy added an extra burger onto the order and didn't make the other burger I wanted a lettuce wrap. He did the same thing to the order behind me. The lady that I needed to give me a refund was extremely rude. When I went up for a second time to get my receipt fixed she said, "I'll be with you in a moment homie!" She continued making food instead of fixing the error. When I final got my refund and had them correct the other burger to a lettuce wrap it was a horrible wrap. Only the bottom was wrapped leaving the top open. I've always left generous tips in the jar as well, however that will stop and well as going to this bad location. read more

If you're craving a burger, come here, unless you're a locovore. If you're a locovore or craving fries, go to Boardwalk down the street. Both do a fine job, but they trade spots for "good" and "great" on each item. The infinite variable Coke fountain is cool, as are the free peanuts. Ultimately, it's as good a burger at a sit down or a bar, but faster and a couple bucks cheaper. read more

Ordered food from here via UberEats so I cannot speak to the actual location, parking, or customer service. The food itself was very good and arrived hot and fresh. There was more fries in the bag than we could ever manage to eat. The fries were not soggy or cold. They were perfectly seasoned. The entree items were well cooked as well. This is the closest Five Guys to my home location. This location seems to be a bit more noisy than other locations, and it's simply because they keep the music up a little too loud when they're on a roll cooking up a storm. No real worries, it's 80's music!!! Staff are friendly and attentive here, and they have yet to fret over a special request for cooking the onions a bit extra or giving me crunchy peppers. I ordered food. Other people who had ordered after me got their food while I stood and waited. When I finally asked where my food was, I was told that they were waiting on fries. Then, they gave someone fries. Again, I asked where my food was. Now, I was told that they were waiting on my burger. So, apparently, they didn't make my fries or my burger before they made the food for people who ordered after me. I received a free drink for my troubles. It took 17 minutes for me to get my food. Sometimes a girl just wants a burger for lunch. With fries. And a soda. This five guys location is super convenient for anyone working in the Sandy Springs area. There's always parking and I've never had a long wait for my food. The trader joe's is right next door, making quick stops to pick up last minute groceries on your lunch break a breeze. My favorite part of this Five Guys is the ginormous Coca-Cola machine (there's two of them!) with the multitude of flavors (rasberry, orange, vanilla, diet, regular and everything in between). read more

This location is HORRIBLE......They serve burgers that are RAW in the inside and when you call their location, either they hang up on you or leave you on hold. The staff is playing behind the counter and extremely unprofessional. Management is HORRIFIC and completely supports the staff with their lack of professionalism and rude mannerism. I ordered five guys on DoorDash and they got everything correct. The food was amazing and it only took like 15 minutes to arrive!

Customer service here always sucks. The people who work here always have smug attitudes for some reason. I asked one person why it was so cold in there in a nice time, which she took offense to and smuggly said I don't know I'm working. Ok. But it's 60 degrees and you all have the a/c on full blast like it's 90 out. I couldn't stand to eat in there, so I took my food back to the office. Plus less attitudes. I belized the hype about Five Guys and came back a bit disappointed. I got a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled mushrooms, and jalapenos. The burger was good, but not great. The fries were mediocre and flaccid. The free peanuts were cool, but I am generally ambivalent towards peanuts. What really bothered me was the hubris of the place, displaying all of their approbations along the walls. That just built the hype more leading to a greater disappointment in the end. Staff is always super nice. Gast. I stop by weekly. Sometimes calling my order in and sometimes ording at the register. Its always spot on.

I went back to Five Guys today. I still feel the same as I did when I wrote my original review. Everything was good, but Boardwalk Fries makes better fries. I ordered a regular burger instead of a little burger today. It was way too much food for me, and I'm a girl who can EAT. The next time I visit, I'll order the little burger and bring a friend to share my fries with. read more

Worst run Five Guys I've every experienced!! Ordered the usual the receipt time was 6:21pm and the number was 41. It was a beautiful evening so we went outside to wait for our order and kept an eye on the couple in front of us. After 10 minutes I went inside as they called number 35. Waited outside a while and came back in and watched someone fill an order for 6 large fries as my burgers sat waiting to be bagged. By now there were three sets of burgers waiting to be bagged but no fries were ready. I asked for the burgers and said I'd be back for the fries. The burgers were so over cooked the bun under my wife's burger was dry when she took the burger off to eat it plain. My was crusty and dry. What a poor large order of fries, i noticed the cook fussing with the cup and when i started on my fries the ones in the bag were long. Got to the cup and found they were mostly scraps of fries up to 2 inches long and overcooked. The walls are covered with kudos and awards that must have been written by management. They have pallets of potatoes that are advertised to be fresh from the grower, what a shame to see how they cheat on the portions and quality. Noisy! The place was clean and neat. Excellent food, fries, and coke freestyle! What more can I say about Five Guys, there food is exceptional! I had a bacon cheeseburger with onions, mushrooms, tomato, lettuce, and Cajun fries on the side. Best lunch after a day of fishing or hiking! New to the area & kept hearing about 5Guys Burgers. Ordered a Bacon cheese burger because I haven't had bacon in years but, was craving it today. Decided to have a cheat day so I purchased it. My total was $14.10. Arrived home to find NO bacon on my burger at all, salted fries, mushroom that I did not order on my burger. This place has great customer service & great reviews but I'm just a little un-happy since I did not get what I ordered. For $14.10 just for a combo, I could have gone across the street to Wendy's & paid less. Not happy but; I may try them again since they have great customer service. I've been to this location three times so far and each time has been a huge hit! Not sure what the crummy reviews are about. The staff has been fun to chat with while waiting. The burgers are REALLY good. Mason is a STUD (sexy white guy with scruff/beard) and is very personable. Love chatting with him. I usually go not too long before closing as that's the only time I can make it out there. So when I'm there it's just before closing. Always have a blast! Food is great, staff is fun and funny (and Mason again is HOT). Fry servings are HUGE! Seasoning is great! Shakes are fun, love all the custom combos you can request. Hot dogs are great as well! Had lunch at this location. I asked for grilled onions on my burger and husbands. Both burgers onions were pretty raw. I didn't care for my burger here. I had a better tasting burger at the dawsonville location. The burger and fries were.. meh. Pretty bland and the toppings were not cooked long enough. Had a burger and fries here, and the free peanuts. The burger seemed "healthy", for a burger, not greasy, and it had a good texture. Even with the standard condiments, it didn't have that much flavor though. I guess next time, I'll try some of the additional toppings, like onions and barbecue sauce.
