The food is always good. Wish we had made a to go order and not dine in. They have appropriately spaced their tables the six foot distance and have placed some tables outside. Plenty of tables were unoccupied. However, table sanitation was lacking. All tables inside and out needed to be cleaned. Even the pick up counter was messy. I really love Five Guys because you CAN have it your way and they don't mess your order up. Plus, they don't charge an exorbitant amount of money for your customization (in fact they don't charge a cent for it). They also have super delicious fries that are actually real - their Cajun fries are where it's at. There's the perfect amount of spice and they're nice and crispy. The small is a HUGE serving, but if you want to share with (several) friends, get the large! Today I ordered the large bacon cheeseburger and added the usual condiments, grilled mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños, lettuce, and tomato. Aside from the bun being a little soggy because I didn't eat it right away (I ordered online and brought it home), it was PERFECT. I especially love that the beef patties are actually a little larger than the bun so you aren't getting mouthfuls of bread and ketchup. ALSO they have online ordering. read more

Thought I would give them a try, we ordered 2 cheese dogs, a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger, with an order of each fries. The hot dogs were fine the burgers were deathly over cooked and my napkin was crisper than my fries. Not a fan, will not return. read more

We took my brother-in-law for his first time last night and I'm sorry to say that the quality was pretty bad. The burgers ranged from undercooked to overly charred and they looked carelessly thrown together. The young guys working there were playing what I assume they consider to be music, but is actually just a collection of noise. They forgot to add bacon to my burger so I was offered some on the side. Minutes later I was given a crumpled up aluminum ball with dried out pieces of what appeared to be bacon, but could have been dog treats. I didn't feel like complaining was going to get me anywhere with these two in charge so I peacefully left. Not sure if we'll be back even through we've had many positive experiences in the past. read more

Food is always good. The service is great and your food comes fast. I love that they have peanuts for a snack. I get the double-double with fries. The fries are always good and the meat is always juicy and it is a good sized burger. I like the inside of the restaurant with the tiles. It's not to loud or always busy. I will continue to go here and I hope you do too. read more

Always amazing and appreciative when the service and the food cresendo. Great food, like all Five Guys, but the service was with a smile and I am always appreciatve of that fact. They also have a gentleman with disabilities working there and his cheery attitude and service made the experience more heart felt. I know, right? First time visit. I have been unimpressed with other burger places that use compressed frozen patties. This burger was fresher and meatier. The bacon was better too. When I asked for pickles, they said they ran out! How do you run out of pickles at a hamburger joint with unlimited toppings??? Anyway, I love pickles on my burgers but I didn't miss it on this one because the grilled onions, bacon, lettuce, and sauces made it delicious without. I'm a new fan. read more

Possibly the worst experience I've had in a restaurant and definitely the worst I've had in a long time. Went in with my dad on Saturday night and they were pretty busy as to be expected but we were there later in the night and there was no line ordering before us. We ordered to burgers and some fries, and found a seat in the packed restaurant. We waited for our food and started to get a little impatient as we had been there for a while. We pulled out our receipt and it had been half an hour since we had ordered. We looked at the grill and prep station and it was very obvious that our order had not even been started! I work in a restaurant myself and weekend rushes can be difficult but by no means is it acceptable for our food to not even have been started half an hour after we ordered. We asked for a refund and left very disappointed, I had high hopes for five guys as I had heard how good their food is but I never even got to try it. read more

We just returned from Five Guys feeling discouraged and stupid. I took one of the paper cups that are stacked on the counter and filled it with water. The burger man told my daughter off when she went up to pick up our burgers and said we had to pay two dollars for the water. I came up because I could see he was angry at her and he rudely told me we had to pay two dollars for our water because we put it in the wrong cup. I told him I would pay two dollars for the water, but we would never come back, even though we are regular customers. Customer service is much to be desired at Five Guys. And now that I think of it, so is the menu. I won't return. read more

I love this place. Always great food and friendly staff. My wife has celiac and they always do a great job keeping it allergy free!
