I'm a Doordash driver, whenever i get an order to deliver from this five guys they keep me waiting for around 30 minutes while I am getting paid only 5 bucks for that delivery. So unsatisfied!

This location like so many other locations are consistent in their service and food service. Always a yes

I used to LOVE Five Guys...always full when I left without spending a fortune. The last few times I've gone, I've left disappointed. Last time I noticed the prices had gone up, and my burger bun felt and tasted rather stale. Also, we were told they had no hotdog buns for my mother's hotdog. Seriously? You are in the same shopping center as a Big Y Supermarket! Walk the 60 yards and buy some rolls to appease your customers! This week when I brought my niece and nephew there, I was appalled at the price of lunch! My niece had a plain burger with no bun and NOTHING on it, and I was charged 8.19! Are you people for real? Such a shame because I used to love going to Five Guys. The food always tasted good, service was fast, and I felt like the price was right. Those days are sadly over.

This place made me rethink my fast food burger needs. No longer can I run to McD"s or Burger King for my quick burger fix. Although I do still miss the White Castle on East Tremont Ave. in the Bronx, I can only eat the obviously higher quality product you get at this chain. I've eaten at this location many times and the food always tastes fresher and more flavorful than the other fast food choices on the shoreline. The free peanuts make the wait for your food easily tolerable. Also, try the shakes. They are much better than average.

I rarely eat beef. Rarer is when I eat beef that I don't prepare myself. We were shopping and realized that we hadn't eaten all day. A Five Guys was right down the street, so we said "Why not?" and stepped in. First - it reminded me of one of the old hamburger stands that used to be in the town in which I grew up. Right away, I felt comfortable and knew what I was going to get. Sure enough, the bacon cheeseburger "all the way" took me back to my misspent youth. I savored every juicy bite. The high-tech soda machines were the main attraction. I could have spent the rest of the afternoon trying to create my own flavor combinations, but my burger was ready and I wanted to eat it while it was hot. We decided against fries - we just wanted to put something in our stomachs, and we had an hour ride ahead of us. Fries would have filled us up and not left room for dinner I spent the previous day preparing. Maybe another time we'll try them. As a side note, this outlet was very clean and bright. That was a big plus for us.

Large dining area.

The fries were over salted but I chalked that up to new staff. Still love this place and it's nice to have one near by.

Holy price increases! $14.00 for burger, "little fries" and drink. Burger was good as always, but the fries had an insane amount of salt.

Jack Rabbits - TUNA BURGER! - FANTASTIC

I'm a big wing fan and a big hot dog fan. The Wing Addicts recommend Jack Rabbits for wings, and a…read morerestaurant I love recommended them for hot dogs too. I recently planned an errand in the general Old Saybrook area so I could try both at Jack Rabbits. I had the vague impression that there may be more than one part to Jack Rabbits. I went to the part that's more of a bar. It was crowded. There was one table open, but I opted for one of the last seats at the bar. If Jack Rabbits isn't quite a dive bar, it's dive-bar-adjacent. There were clearly a lot of area regulars there. The bartenders were all friendly and helpful. They knew the names of a lot of customers. Always a good sign. The thing about trying both the hot dog and wing part of the menu when you're alone, you can't really do a deep dive into either part of the menu. And the depth of the menu, definitely warranted a deep dive. I'll return to try more of the menu with reinforcements next time. I ordered a New York style hot dog, which was served with a split and grilled Hummel as the base. The toppings included sweet pepper relish, mustard, bacon pieces, kraut and onions. There was a lot going on in a way that I enjoyed. The dog was well cooked. They had a number of specialty dogs I'd like to try. I also ordered 8 Sriracha Lime Cilantro wings, and ate four there and brought the rest home for my son. Good flavor. Good texture. Meaty wings at a goods price. My son liked them too. Wing Addicts had another good call. I'll definitely return. 4.5 Stars

You order from a giant menu at the front before grabbing a seat at one of many picnic tables. The atmosphere is casual and a couple of bees made it difficult to eat as they chased me. The chicken tenders were hot and crispy, and the lobster roll was buttery and fresh. The clam chowder was very good. While everything tasted great, I felt the portions were quite small for the price, which left us looking for more food somewhere else.

I should have went somewhere else because the lobster roll wasn't that great. The Food: 1/4lb Hot Buttered Lobster Roll- Where do I begin, first the lobster itself didn't offer a lot of flavor, second there was this weird artificial butter flavor like how you get butter from the movie theater, it was so strange it almost tasted like a weird cheese sauce which I wasn't a fan of, third I didn't care for the bread. It was toasted but it was toasted with so much butter, I feel if i squeezed the roll, butter would of oozed out like if I squeezed a sponge. The sauce covering the lobster was a thick white sauce, it almost looked like they tossed the lobster meat with the chowder then added to the bun. The lobster roll came off incredibly rich and heavy, after eating it, I felt I needed soda or a pickle to cut the richness. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=bwm5DvpNdSEKtNiD24hT-g New England Clam Chowder- This was excellent. I thought the chowder had so much flavor and good amount of clams, I really enjoy this a lot but $8 was kind of a lot. Fried Cheese Curds- Fried Wisconsin squeaky cheese with chipotle aioli. I really liked these, these would go perfect with beer, these were fried well, had an awesome chew and flavor, the chipotle aioli was excellent with these. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=l1vGrABsKxpXqbEQPHWYXw
