I'm a Doordash driver, whenever i get an order to deliver from this five guys they keep me waiting for around 30 minutes while I am getting paid only 5 bucks for that delivery. So unsatisfied!

This location like so many other locations are consistent in their service and food service. Always a yes

I used to LOVE Five Guys...always full when I left without spending a fortune. The last few times I've gone, I've left disappointed. Last time I noticed the prices had gone up, and my burger bun felt and tasted rather stale. Also, we were told they had no hotdog buns for my mother's hotdog. Seriously? You are in the same shopping center as a Big Y Supermarket! Walk the 60 yards and buy some rolls to appease your customers! This week when I brought my niece and nephew there, I was appalled at the price of lunch! My niece had a plain burger with no bun and NOTHING on it, and I was charged 8.19! Are you people for real? Such a shame because I used to love going to Five Guys. The food always tasted good, service was fast, and I felt like the price was right. Those days are sadly over.

I rarely eat beef. Rarer is when I eat beef that I don't prepare myself. We were shopping and realized that we hadn't eaten all day. A Five Guys was right down the street, so we said "Why not?" and stepped in. First - it reminded me of one of the old hamburger stands that used to be in the town in which I grew up. Right away, I felt comfortable and knew what I was going to get. Sure enough, the bacon cheeseburger "all the way" took me back to my misspent youth. I savored every juicy bite. The high-tech soda machines were the main attraction. I could have spent the rest of the afternoon trying to create my own flavor combinations, but my burger was ready and I wanted to eat it while it was hot. We decided against fries - we just wanted to put something in our stomachs, and we had an hour ride ahead of us. Fries would have filled us up and not left room for dinner I spent the previous day preparing. Maybe another time we'll try them. As a side note, this outlet was very clean and bright. That was a big plus for us.

Holy price increases! $14.00 for burger, "little fries" and drink. Burger was good as always, but the fries had an insane amount of salt.

I'm a big wing fan and a big hot dog fan. The Wing Addicts recommend Jack Rabbits for wings, and a…read morerestaurant I love recommended them for hot dogs too. I recently planned an errand in the general Old Saybrook area so I could try both at Jack Rabbits. I had the vague impression that there may be more than one part to Jack Rabbits. I went to the part that's more of a bar. It was crowded. There was one table open, but I opted for one of the last seats at the bar. If Jack Rabbits isn't quite a dive bar, it's dive-bar-adjacent. There were clearly a lot of area regulars there. The bartenders were all friendly and helpful. They knew the names of a lot of customers. Always a good sign. The thing about trying both the hot dog and wing part of the menu when you're alone, you can't really do a deep dive into either part of the menu. And the depth of the menu, definitely warranted a deep dive. I'll return to try more of the menu with reinforcements next time. I ordered a New York style hot dog, which was served with a split and grilled Hummel as the base. The toppings included sweet pepper relish, mustard, bacon pieces, kraut and onions. There was a lot going on in a way that I enjoyed. The dog was well cooked. They had a number of specialty dogs I'd like to try. I also ordered 8 Sriracha Lime Cilantro wings, and ate four there and brought the rest home for my son. Good flavor. Good texture. Meaty wings at a goods price. My son liked them too. Wing Addicts had another good call. I'll definitely return. 4.5 Stars

GO HERE! Wow! One of the best meals I've ever had. I asked the owner what his favorite was-veal…read morewith eggplant, tomato, and cheese on top. I very rarely eat veal, but I've never heard of this before, and I went with his recommendation. It was also over what was clearly homemade pasta (though they don't even note this on the menu!). You can't imagine how delicious this was from the description. This was a large portion which also came with a big bowl of salad with delicious house dressing and a bowl of "garlic knots"-again, you will not understand what these are like from the description. Fabulous! My husband got pasta carbonara which he always gets. This was different from anywhere-the "bacon" was like a maple Canadian bacon which added a unique, delicious flavor to the homemade "Alfredo" sauce. Maybe the most amazing thing is that my fabulous meal was $28 and my husband's was $20. Oh, you can also bring your own wine with no corking fee. I left a 40% tip which still felt like I was robbing them. I told the owner he really should consider raising his prices by 50%. We may very well go back for the next two nights we're in town. See you there!
