This was the most well run subway we've ever been in. Extremely clean with efficient friendly service by a nice gentleman named John. Definitely the place to grab some sandwiches before heading to the beach. read more

The best subway on the shoreline!! Cookies and subs are always fresh, the customer service is amazing, they are very fast, and the facility is always clean with easy parking! Ran how you hope all subways are run! read more

Went to pick up a mobile order for a footlong steak and cheese on flatbread. I grabbed the order and it was clearly not a footlong. Asked them to correct it and they said it is a footlong just rolled differently. I asked why they wouldn't make it the same way, they just shrugged. I got in my car, my footlong flatbread with 50% extra meat had less than a regular footlong worth of meat in it and it was rolled long way like a pita. Was very clearly a strategy they have to get away with skimping on portions, bordering on a scam, but I was on my lunch and didn't have time to go back and argue. read more

The sandwich was fine but they run a scam on you. The posted price is NOT what they rang up. The big board said my sandwich -a 6" sub" was $6.49 and they charged $6.99. When I called them on it they became very argumentative. They said they meant to change the price but forgot, that it was only 50cents difference. I said if it's only 50cents give me my money, state law says you have to charge the posted price. If you don't want to just take the sandwich back and give me all of my money. Well after more back and forth they finally gave me the 50 cents but didn't refund the tax on the new correct price. Message to Subway customer care got zero response. Go to McDonald's or DUNKIN OR somewhere else where they charge posted price. Even Stop and Shop has a policy that will give you the item FREE if the computer over charges read more

Subway - Big Board Oricing - Sandwiches Near Me - Clinton, Connecticut

Subway has the $6.99 foot long deal that is optional to each franchise. The first time I ordered I got half the meat I should have gotten on my sandwich. Today the owner berated me when I picked up my sub using the same deal because I didn't tip online. He tries to guilt trip me, saying that he's losing money on this order. Will never order there again. read more

This is one of the better subways on the shoreline. Not that many subways over here are very good. But this one is different. The service is on point. With the workers being very polite. Food is always a hit. With it having a beautiful taste. As the building itself is where it lacks a little bit. With it having some miss painting jobs, and a couple of dents in the walls. But besides that I love this place. WOULD RECOMMEND! read more

Dirty! Worker wash touching everything around the store and cashing people out, then tried to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Looked at me dirty and had attitude when told him to change gloves. Place is dirty and looked like it hasn't been clean in a while. read more

I would probably never write a review for fast food typically but this needs to be said. Was just passing through from Boston to DC and Asif was an OUTSTANDING manager! Best service at Fast Food I've ever encountered. By far. And he's got great charisma! Thanks again for the excellent service. Tell Corporate you need to be running the operation, because most Subways SUCK! You guys rock. Thanks! read more

This subway branch has been consistent for over 20 years. All good. The manager,or owner the same one for over 20 years is truly the most friendly caring man you will ever meet. His franchise is well established so no need to fake being nice for business. Always asks about your family and he always remembers there names. Unbelievable . read more

Let me start by saying that I always hated subway because I felt they would rip you off on the portions. I remember paying $5 for a slice of cheese, three strands of lettuce and a sliver of tomato at the UConn campus subway. After repeat performances at many of the franchises I wrote off these stores forever. BUT after Subway brought us some sandwiches for some event, I was pleasantly surprised and I decided to go again. The prices in the Clinton store seem reasonable, the service friendly and the portions are generous. I am definitely a fan again!!! read more

Terrible - Subway shouldn't even consider this one a franchise. All Subway sandwiches should pretty much taste the same, right? This one was NOT fresh, had half the amount of meat they usually put on and I don't consider 3 pieces of spinach sufficient for an entire sandwich. Will NOT be back. Guilford one is 100x better. read more

Great service every time. Always clean and a delight to go in and the employee and kind a happy to serve all who come in.

I am used to terrible service at subway and wasn't expecting much when I walked into this one. I was pleasantly surprised when I was cheerily greeted with "Hello! I am so glad to see you!" John (I believe was his name) then proceeded to take my order while asking me how my day was, and being very personable. Best Subway experience I've had! Great guy! read more
