After being turned away from Aqua (one hour wait and no option for a reservation) and prepping ourselves for the usual hike to Shanks, we stumbled across this spot, and honestly, what a win. There was no line, no wait, and plenty of open tables right by the dock. Everyone was posted up with drinks in hand, and since it's BYOB, the vibe was relaxed and personal, like a backyard party with waterfront views. We grabbed a seat and were helped quickly by a super friendly staff. The energy was low key in the best way. The food surprised us in all the right ways. I started with the clam chowder, which was a little salty, but still really good: thick, creamy, and satisfying. My friend ordered the salmon sandwich, and we both agreed it was excellent. The fish was fresh, flaky, and seasoned well, served on a soft bun that held up perfectly. The chicken tenders, turned out to be real cuts of chicken, not the frozen kind, which made a big difference. The sweet potato fries were crisp, hot, and the perfect side. We had a great time without any of the stress that usually comes with trying to eat out on a summer Saturday night. Fast service, good food, friendly people, and no wait? That's rare on the shoreline. I'll absolutely be back, and next time I'm bringing my own bottle of rose too.

The menu has something for everybody: breakfast all day, salads, fish, and an assortment of burgers and sandwiches. They take cards and cash, have a nice selection of beverages, and offer waterfront seating (picnic tables-nothing fancy). Hot dog lovers, take note: they serve all beef dogs here (my husband says that's an important detail). If you're in the mood for a casual bite with good views, this is the place. It is adjacent to Aqua but past Shanks and Lobster Landing. Look for the little hut right next to the town boat launch.

It's definitely a little more expensive than some of the other lobster spots we tried, but I honestly liked the food here the most. The lobster meat is lightly seasoned with what tasted like butter and lemon, and it all worked perfectly together without overpowering the lobster. The bun was incredibly soft and loaded with so much meat that it was practically falling apart in the middle. We got the half-pound lobster roll both times and would absolutely order it again, but it is $60. The clam chowder was also excellent. It's creamy without being too thick, and you can really taste all the ingredients. The hot dogs seem to be really popular -- almost everyone was ordering a lobster roll and a hot dog combo. My son loved them so much he had two the first visit! The outdoor seating and water views make it such a relaxing place to sit and eat, and there's also a market on-site where you can buy lobster and shellfish. Definitely one of our favorite stops and somewhere we'd happily return to.

After ordering, our food was bagged and ready to go in no time. The lobster roll was very meaty and buttery-- probably one of the best I had on my weekend trip through CT/RI/MA. The surprisingly tasty item was the sausage and peppers sandwich. For a place known for lobster, this sausage sandwich was very flavorful and loaded with peppers and
