Tried this for the second time. I still don't understand…read morethe hype and I'm not sure if it was because I hadn't ate all day and was starving but I enjoyed my chicken tenders this time. But they don't stand up to the hype. It was very crowded on Sunday night both inside and the drive thru mostly high school kids. The service seemed nice and attentive. The place inside was a little dirty but nothing crazy. We ordered through the screen and got our order in about 15-20 min so not too bad. The chicken tenders do taste good with quality. They come out warm, soft but still with the crisp. The Cane sauce is good but the chicken tenders honestly don't need it because the chicken is good itself. I had their coleslaw which also taste fresh. Their fries were not as crispy as I'd like them to be but still had enough of the crisp and weren't all soggy. I had a bite of the chicken sandwich and that tasted pretty good but again I don't know if it was because I really hungry. They have a lot of combos to choose from and come off as a little overpriced. I don't mind coming back but really gotta be craving them to spend almost $20 for one meal.

We came here when they first opened when the line for the drive-thru was wrapped around the block. Now, it's easy to see why there's never a line. Look at the reviews. Look at my last review. ATTN: Todd G., I tried. Instead of your pathetic attempt at damage control, I'll do it for you: "We never want to disappoint and we regret to learn of your recent experience. It's not that hard to double check what you're packing and read the receipt correctly so you get order correct. Imagine if I would have left the Popeyes and this happened, I would be 10Xs more upset because gas is so expensive to go back!! Advice to the female who was rude to me. Next time be careful how you treat others. It's all recorded on my dash cam how you behaved and I have a witness who was present. Your manager will be contacted and headquarters. I visited the Jack in the Box in Reseda on 2/18/26 expecting a quick and simple drive-thru experience. Instead, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. When I arrived at the window, both female employees were rude and dismissive. The employee who took my order spoke in an annoyed tone and appeared bothered from the start. I was polite and clear with my order, yet she acted confused and irritated. What was most concerning was that both employees were laughing, gossiping, and making mocking facial gestures while I was at the window. It was obvious they were talking about me and my order. I did absolutely nothing except order food respectfully. No customer should feel uncomfortable or ridiculed for simply purchasing a meal. Food safety and professionalism matter. Watching employees handle food while behaving in a mocking and careless manner is not reassuring. Customers are paying more than ever for fast food, and basic courtesy and respect should be standard. I will be contacting Jack in the Box Customer Relations directly regarding this experience. I have also enclosed a photo of the employee who took my order. Thank you, Yelp, for allowing customers to share their experiences. I hope management addresses this behavior seriously.

The carnitas were extremely dry and had no flavor, despite drowning it in whatever sauces were available. My husband's plate is what he normally gets too, carne asada plate. Dry and no flavor. A nearby table received their order and they also ordered a tostada that came with the shell. I asked the waitress (who was the same lady to took our order) what they ordered and she said tostada. When I told them mine came out the way it did, she said that was my fault for ordering corn. I felt that it was misleading despite me asking questions. She said she will bring out a flour tostada. I was fine up until this point because it was a simple mistake on both our ends. However, another waitress who brought out the flour tostada started speaking to me in Spanish, then repeated in English "this is flour, this is corn (while pointing at my plate)" in the most condescending manner. I will never go back here and I understand why the ratings have gone down significantly. They opened another location in Chatsworth, with worse ratings and I can confidently say I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone!
