My go to place for when I want good quality fast food. The service is always great and fries are generous portions. I eat a lot and the little fry is more than enough for one person. Burgers have the choice of 1 or 2 patties and plenty of options for toppings. And for the picky kid who wont eat a burger hotdogs are on the menu too. So why not the full five stars? Because unfortunately beer is not on the menu so I always have to take it home to enjoy it the way a good burger is meant to be. Just went there the other night with a group of friends because we had heard such great things about it. My group of friends had mixed reviews about it. Everyone was pretty unanimous in saying that the burgers were excellent. It was the fries that we all disagreed on. Personally...I liked the fries. The are freshly cut and fried...and being that they are legit fries and not some processed garbage (sorry every fast food establishment in the US) they tend to get a little more "burnt" when you make them. Now when I say "burnt" I mean that they were a medium shade of brown..which in my book isn't burnt' However my girlfriend said she didn't like the way they tasted. Don't let that discourage you though, it is a place that you should try if you want to get a good burger and get away from the copious amounts of fast food joints out there. read more

YAY! Five Guys Burger and Fires! I love coming to this place. Even though it doesn't not have much room for seating areas compared to the other locations, but I wouldn't say it was small compared to the smallest locations. The people working there are really nice and do give their opinion if you do ask them about something. They will not be rude to you unless you're asking for it. I don't really get it ... these burgers are OK, nothing special at all. They cook all their burgers well-done ... and to me that just doesn't make for a good burger no matter what. The toppings are just classic toppings - nothing special there either and they don't even have sauerkraut for their hot dogs. The spicy fries are good. I don't compare this to other fast food burgers - I compare it to other burger places, since that is what it is, a place that serves burgers, hot dogs, and fries ONLY and it just doesn't hold up. Yeah it's cheap and fast - maybe if they delivered I would add a star. But since its pretty much take-out only (if I ate there I would have a panic attack for sure) and Publix is equidistant away from my house - I would much rather go there and buy the ingredients to make my own burger - that kicks Five Guy's burgers ass. Don't get me wrong, there are moments throughout the month where I crave something unhealthy, but this place I believe takes the cake. When I walked in, I could smell the grease if thats even possible, the food was greasey the burger looked like a heart attack waiting to happen, and the fries are saltier and greasier than I can imagine, im suprised I couldn't see my own reflection. As much as I love Five Guys, I have to say that I've witnessed the most unprofessional and rudest customer service at this location. The last three times I ordered from here, the employees are too distracted speaking among each other and giving free food to their drunk friends to even take care about their customers! You can tell management isn't doing their job here, and these employees do whatever they want and invite friends over to give away food. Makes me wonder about the hygiene and quality of the food I'm ordering if they don't even care about their job! Very disappointing and worst location I've ever been to, it used to be good. read more

This was my first time trying Five Guys and I was not impressed at all. I'm not sure of it was just this location or not because this is the only one I've ever tried, but the food was awful and the service was terrible as well. The burgers were bland and the buns were soggy. Everything was soaked in grease, and I expect a burger and fries to be greasy, but this was way beyond that. The price was also crazy for the amount of food we ordered. I wouldn't have minded the price as much if the food had been good but it was pretty much the worst burger I'd ever had. As far as the service goes, the guy at the cash register was not paying attention at all when we were trying to order, he was too busy talking to another employee behind him. We had to repeatedly keep trying to get his attention just to finish placing our order. While waiting for our food we also watched a female employee drop a stack of milk shake lids all over the floor and then pick the dirty lids back up and put the back with the clean ones to be used which was disgusting. Like I said, I'm not sure if its just this location or not that's so bad, but after coming here I'm not sure I'd ever want to give Five Guys another shot. read more

The previous staff that worked there was so pleasant today I felt like I was dealing with the rudest, no idea what customer service is type of people. This FGBF is pretty much in line with all the others. The double cheeseburger, they call it the cheeseburger go figure but dfI'm not complaining, was loaded, the way I like it. Fresh ingredients as always. Fries, tasty and addicting as hell, as always. We came here after hearing about it from Miami natives claiming that it was "the best burgers you'll ever eat." Coming from Chicago, we were skeptical, but gave it a shot. We both ordered burgers, but were unaware of the different sizes, and felt completely rushed and confused by the whole ordering process since we had never been there. It was PACKED on a Sunday night, so we just followed the crowd. Once we got our food, we sat down to see what we got.. We pulled them out of the bag and inspected to see who's was who's. What's the point of ordering and paying online when you still have to wait in line to get receipt before you get your food?

I've been coming here for years now and I think they are great. Not only is the staff friendly and will get your order to you in a timely manner but the food is delicious as well. I've tried just about everything from the hot dogs to the burgers to burgers with condiments and ingredients I wouldn't ever think of doing. When I order for my office we usually get one large fries since they're always so generous and give you a extra fries but those extra fries are enough for three of us to eat and still leave some. I would highly recommend this store in particular. read more

Went and a had a early dinner/late lunch or whatever you would like to call. Staff was friendly, food was great as usually burger is delicious as always is, but do have to say giving them a 2 star rating only because seems like they let it go, tables were dirty chairs all out of place, dirty napkins and trash on tables floor was sticky, the soda machines were dirty, you could see the spill marks that had never been wiped down look as it just dryer where it spilled and cabinet with the napkins and essentials was just the same very dirty and very poorly maintained place, hopefully they get on it and clean and make it look presentable again cause that was a bad atmosphere in there yesterday, really don't know if or when I will visit this location again, cause now it makes think if the front of the house looks like this imagine what the back of the house looks like. read more

I'm giving this place a 1 star because the people who work there are inconsiderate. I walked in not noticing it was 2 minutes to close. I stood there looking at the menu trying to figure out what I wanted since I was really craving Five Guys. I walk up to the counter and noticed right away they were cleaning up and shut down for the night. I asked the guy behind the counter if they were closed even though he saw me standing there staring at the menu he didn't say anything till I approached the counter. After I walked out there were two employees that had seen the whole thing and snickered at my mistake of not realizing the time and trying to order. Just OK. We started going there when they opened and it was pretty good but as time has gone by, the prices have soared. $15+ for 2 burgers and one fries, no drinks. Fries are killer but burgers are small and expensive. A step above fast food but pricey. This location has a problem with the loud music. You cannot carry on a conversation. I asked corporate about it (and the profane content, don't let your children listen) and they replied it is a 5 Guys rule for ambiance and cannot be turned down. Staff is very friendly and orders are correct. Now with Fuddrucker's and Hole in the Wall nearby, we can get better quality for our money.
