We decided to use their drive-thru. Brianna was the server at the window and was friendly and helpful in answering our questions about their menu. We decided to order two of the 4 Chicken Tenders meal with waffle fries, a shake, and a Sprite. We took our order home to eat. Unfortunately, the meals did not live up to our expectations. The tenders were dry, unseasoned, and overcooked instead of being juicy and tender. Luckily, we bought the Honey Butter sauce to dip it in and that helped it a little but not enough. Their PDQ sauce did not taste good to either one of us so that was of no help. The garlic bread was way too garlicky! The waffle fries were just ok. My daughter ordered the Smores Shake and she said it didn't taste very good. We were so disappointed. Our dogs had a good lunch though. Sorry to say but we doubt that we will be returning here. I really felt that the meal was 2 stars but the service was good so I gave it 3 stars. We will stick to Raising Cane's, who is hard to beat.

I LOVE the Five Guys franchise, however, this location is no bueno. I went in today to order lunch for the go. Two Bacon Cheese Dogs.... keywords here are bacon and cheese, which these dogs were lacking the cheese. I wasn't greeted when i walked in the door like you usually get when entering a Five Guys, and they all looked at me when i walked in. I order my food with a trainee being shadowed by another employee and knowing how it is starting off at a new job i didn't mind the time it took to put in my order. About 5 minutes later my number was called. I was handed my bag with no "thank you have a nice day!" And left. Once i arrived home, i took all the contents out of the bag. Poorly wrapped hotdogs, yay. We sit, and unwrap the mess to find two dogs with bacon and no cheese. This is disappointing. I always try to give locations a second chance at redemption once i become disappointed with the service and i frequent this location most since it is less than 10 minutes from my house. I am not looking for free food, i was looking for cheese on my dogs and friendly staff that greet you when entering and exiting the building. This location needs to be addressed about how Five Guys is ran and what the customers mean to the business. Store # FL-0346 read more

In Miami's dynamic culinary scene, Five Guys offers an authentic burger experience that stands out for its simplicity and quality. The Little Bacon Cheeseburger delivers a satisfying blend of juicy beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, all nestled in a freshly toasted bun. Their hand-cut fries, cooked in 100% peanut oil, are generously portioned and perfectly crispy. The Oreo Shake provides a creamy and indulgent finish to the meal. The unpretentious ambiance and open kitchen design create a welcoming environment, while the efficient and friendly staff ensure a pleasant dining experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Five Guys is a reliable destination for classic American fare done right. read more

This place is always a hit or miss for me. The reasons are because this past sunday, for my dinner all I was craving was a nice juicy hamburger. I always hear this place is awesome. I enjoyed the first 2 bites and as I bit my 3rd one, I feel a nice juicy onion....... WOW..... I started throwing up, my eyes all watery and I had to hurl and hurl whatever I had in my stomach. THE onions are right next to the lettuce... and the onion got into my lettuce, and my hamburger. Yes I would go to this place again. read more

And since that initial order, I've gone to them about 3-4 times! They are a "smash burger" concept. I ordered their "Bricked Single", a single patty hamburger with american cheese, satueed onions, and their signature sauce. When you first sink your teeth on that burger, you get the taste of everything! The melted american cheese, the crispiness of the edges of the smashed patty, the juiciness of the center, their delicious bun, it might be a potato bun. I am a definite fan. It is a great patty, simple, but great! It really tastes like a fresh homemade burger. You don't get that slumped feeling afterwards. I also got an order of their french fries; they taste similar to a McDonalds fry but with a different cut, and to me, that is a compliment because I love them! Sometimes you just want a little McDonald's salty french fry moment with a non-ultra processed delicious smashed burger. You can now get that combo at Bricked Burgers (lol). I will say on some occasions their French fries were over-fried and had an old oil taste, I hope they've since fixed that problem.
