It is hands down the cleanest fast-food restaurant and restrooms my wife and I have ever been in. Yes, even cleaner than Chick-fil-A, and the food is better too. We make it a point to stop here whenever we're heading south or on our way back home. Every single meal we've ordered has been fresh, hot, and consistently good. On this trip, my wife had the turkey club sandwich with curly fries. I ordered one of the new Meat & 3 meals, the fried chicken sandwich, which came with small fries, a cheese stick, and a peach cobbler roll-up. Everything was excellent. We dined in, and like most times we're here a manager walked around checking on guests and making sure everything was good. We were talking about how much we enjoy stopping at this location because of the food quality and how clean the restaurant is. I mentioned I had been talking with the gentleman at the table next to us who was eating the chicken vegetable soup, he said it was very good and had plenty of chicken in it. The manager asked if we had tried the zucchini bread. We hadn't, so he left and came back with a muffin for us to try , it was very good. The new peach cobbler roll-up is excellent, and I really hope it doesn't get discontinued. They used to have a caramel cookie that was the best and unfortunately they stopped selling it. Overall, this Arby's sets the standard for fast food. We'll keep stopping here every chance we get.

We got our "shakes". I'll leave it at this. I walked back with mine and put it on the counter and told them "Don't do this again, make me wait then give us this cr*p" (forgive my language) I was peeved that after 20 minutes, we waited and we got the wateriest, lukewarm shakes that I've ever had in my entire life. He could have either said the machine was broken or that he was clueless but to call that dirty water a shake was insulting to my intelligence and dang near fraudulent.

Boy, were we wrong! We ordered a single smash burger with bacon and onion straws ONLY! There was to be nothing else on it. We ordered a 4-pc chicken combo with waffle fries and cornbread. We also ordered a Honey Butter Buzz chicken sandwich. After waiting 30 minutes, we expected hot food. The fries were cold. The burger had cheese on it that they attempted to scrape off and serve to me! I DO NOT EAT CHEESE!!! The chicken sandwich was devoured by my son. The fried chicken was hot but bland. The cornbread was the best part of my meal - soft and sweet just like I like it. I won't be back personally, but my son may come back. I do not appreciate being given a burger with cheese. If they messed it up, don't try to be slick and scrape it off. Make your customer a brand new one. To prevent me from complaining, my family member just took it to go to eat later himself. Spending over $50, our food should be as ordered. They needed to clean their lobby & the trash attracted gnats and other flying bugs all around the restaurant. Outside of not enjoying my meal, I had to spend my time slapping away bugs. Austin was friendly & there was plenty of parking available. I just wish I had a better experience.

The chicken wings are fried perfectly - not chewy slightly crispy. The Thai Chilli wing sauce has a slight amount of heat. The fries here are great - They are always giving a reasonable amount and they are very fresh. The lemonade is top tier - The fruit in the cup are just a nice pop, soft. The Philly Cheesesteak is good - large helping for a nice price. All of the food is reasonably priced. The staff is very nice and know what they are doing. Highly Recommend!

I hate to leave a review like this but this place did not do much for me today…read more I called in my order 15 minutes ahead of pickup. When I arrived there was not a single person in the restaurant except two young ladies working. Both of which were standing around on their phones. After standing at the counter for about 4 minutes without acknowledgment I finally called out. I asked to pick up my to go order and the burger was sitting on the shelf in a bag. The cashier came and rang me up and walked away back to look at her phone. I walked over to where she was and asked if I could have my order. She said it wasn't ready. Yet neither of the girls were doing anything but standing around looking at their phones. I asked her what they were waiting on and she said the fries. She then finally walked over and dropped the fries in the oil. No excuse for such poor performance. Not to men the amount of fries they serve these days is so petty. It used to be you would get half a bag of fries. There was no SML. And the large is absolutely ridiculous. It's not even as big as McDs.
