A clear winner in the fast food hamburger options. We use the phone app to place our order for pick up and the order has always been correct and ready when we arrive. The hamburgers are made to order so they're fresh and hot, even after the drive home. Seriously, they're the juiciest and freshest tasting hamburgers ever! I order the Little Cheeseburger because there is no way I could eat anything larger. Portion sizes are generous. I would never eat fast food hamburgers if it weren't for my husband but Five Guys makes the food more than palatable so we're both happy here. The employees are friendly and helpful as well, great for me because I can be such the stickler when it comes to customer service. Great job Five Guys, you've impressed! read more

14$$ for bacon burger. Fries and a drink Give me a break. Too much money for a mediocre burger at best I should of went to Burger King and gotten a whopper. read more

Wow I felt as though I was being punk'd the entire time I was here. Ordered food. On par with sit down restaurant burgers price wise. Food unfortunately is not as good. I asked if I could have ranch for the fries... THEY DONT HAVE RANCH.... like at all. I honestly thought he was messing with me. Vanilla shake is McDonald's quality maybe even lower. Just overall a McDonald's quality food with sit down proper restaurant prices. Worst part was my friend also in the military suggested it having had them in other states. This location does not offer military discounts. Which means the franchise owner must not care as we found out it's a franchise owners decision. Shame. read more

This was my first time at this location and must say the staff was more than accommodating. It's always a pleasure to see smiling faces as you enter the front doors. Food was hot, fresh and ready to be devoured. The manager at this location was top notch. I would recommend this Five Guys location to anyone looking for a great burger in Marana. read more

Our first stop after we checked into our hotel. Great burger and fries, the gf thought so also. Great drink selection, we figured 160-180 options!!! I ate at a 5 guys in San Diego once and it was just as good!! read more

Favorite burger place ever!! The staff the food especially the milkshakes! One of the managers Emily was so nice and professional! I'll forever recommend this place. read more

What a reputation to live up to! I must have heard from 10 different people how wonderful Five Guys is. So this one is open up on my side of town, gotta give it a try. So this is like a fancy fast food deal, order at the counter, seat yourself in a plastic booth kinda place. Like other similar place, you get to watch the food being made. For this place, it works because everyone is energetic and having fun! I was surprised at the quality of toppings available. My husband is kinda picky, so he just got the basics. I, however, like everything, so I'm pretty sure that's what I ordered. Somehow, it all worked and I had a great burger. This isn't the favorite burger place nearby, but it is a darn good one! read more

This is my second time having Five Guys. One of my family members hasn't tried it yet, so we decided to come here. I had the Mini Hamburger with Everything (mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup and mustard). The burger is a pretty good size, even for a mini. I also had the Cajun Fries. I ordered the regular size and they put a lot! They put the fries in a cup and so when they give you your food, they put it all in a bag. But when they put the fries in the bag, I saw them get another scoop of fries and pour it into the bag which came out to be about 3 cups of fries instead of 1 which is awesome! We weren't able to finish it so we took it home. You can also eat some of the peanuts that they have while waiting for your food or take some to go. The service is fine. Same as any other fast food. Note: You can also add Jalapeno peppers, green peppers, A1 steak sauce, bbq sauce, and hot sauce but Everything is the ones listed above. read more

The people here are very upbeat and willing to help you through your ordering process patiently even if you change your mind a couple times. The food is always good and the establishment is always clean. They even came and picked up my garbage for me. A young man by the name of Dalton was exceptionally enthusiastic and willing to be very helpful and kind to me and my ultra annoying kids. He definitely put a smile mine and my families face. Tell him hi and write a great review for him when you visit. (Ina and Thornydale location). read more

Clean restaurant that is taking the appropriate steps with the Covid crises. Delicious food and friendly staff.

Five Guys.... What more do you really have to say here!? They should almost get an automatic 5 star, right?! We went to Five Guys on Friday about 5:30pm, not too packed and we ordered online. Store was clean, staff was friendly, other customers.... giving us the "eye" because we were walking out with our order before them... LOL. The advantages of online ordering!! Do it!! I always enjoy a good burger, this time was exactly that, but I was a little disappointed. As usual, when it came to the grilled jalapenos (Don't these restaurant owners know, fresh is always better!), we were given canned/jar vinegar based jalapenos. Yuck! And they skimped on my mushrooms too!! However, I can't downgrade them too much, still a bad a$$ burger!! Everything else was great and well cooked/seasoned. If you've never been, and you're a not a big eater like myself, stick with the little stuff... Little everything!! Or share the Regular fries, there Regular fries feeds 2-3 people, but some, like my husband who has to eat a lot because he works out a lot, eats the a regular burger (2 patties) and a regular fry, and not just the regular seasoned fries, he loves the cajun fries, those are probably his favorite fries... for now. Anyway, never a bad experience here, always good... fast food! read more

When Asked to please put a rush on our burgers we were quickly told that "it is not possible to rush the patty's" I don't know if Five Guys has ever heard of Medium or if they just make sure they cater to The Well Done patrons only. Also the cutlery must be very obscure when dicing onions their onions were literally a whole INCH thick in both directions, I've always had nothing but the best experience at the Five Guys Burgers and Frys especially when They greet you with a welcome shouted across the kitchen. I've been unlucky so far as this location (Thornydale) does not live up to the Broadway or Wetmore locations. read more

If you are new to 5g, be careful. When you order a cheeseburger, you will get what in&out calls a double- double. If you want a cheeseburger, you have to specify that you want a LITTLE BURGER. No where does it say that. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 frys, 2 drinks - $24 Bucks. We ordered them with everything and it was at least 3 inches thick. MESSIEST sandwich ever. You almost need a shower after. Too much of everything. Frys were really greasy. Huge order, tho. We left a bunch. After that, I'm going to become vegan. read more

Tastless, dry, underseasoned burgers and overcooked fries. Should call them "bland burgers." Certainly not "juicy and well done" as advertised. Isn't that a contradiction? They do not cook anything less than Well Done. Noisy place too. One positive note: the peanuts were good. read more

That staff is friendly and very up beat the burgers where pretty good I paid 12.45$ for two small burgers and a small cup of soda but the burgers where not small at all you can add a good amount of toppings for free I enjoy how the wrap the burgers when you unwrap a burger here it's standing right side up and they give you plenty of napkins with out asking over all my experience was way better then before read more

Helping turn Ina and Thornydale area into burger heaven. Seems to be off to a typical Five Guys good start.

Its pretty good burger i love the fries but i really hate how expensive it isvi can go get a better burger and fries for the same price or even less at a diner/restraunt somewhere so why would i spend the same money at fast food place idk read more

Charles H. Is an awesome first face to see when greeted at the register immediately after entering. Five Guys does an excellent job and is well represented by Charles. His Customer Service skills are well above average. Kudos for a job well done. Having Charles assist was, clearly, a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. ON THE OTHER HAND..... The ridiculous bathroom faucets had me leaning toward a THREE STAR REVIEW. This is the 21st century and restaurants using the CHEAP UNSANITARY airplane type "Push Down and Hold" faucet valves should be embarrassed. Thanks for the terrible experience in your, otherwise, tidy restroom. If it wasn't for Charles, this would have been a THREE STAR REVIEW. read more

I had been to 5 Guys once before and liked it, but this visit was outstanding. The burgers were fresh and juicy and done perfectly. I ordered 2 small fries and they sent enough home in the bag to feed 4! Great crew and friendly service. I'll be back! (And to those who complain of the prices, which I found very reasonable, always remember that you get what you pay for.) read more

I live this chain, and the guys at this locale were really nice and friendly. Id give them a five guys five stars if they could figure out how to wrap these babies up for take away in a way they dont make the bun soggy. I really like five guys for a quick cheese burger the way I like um bacon mushrooms and A1. Where else can u get a burger under 5 bucks with A1 and all the toppings u want? Did I mention they have free peanuts, make sure to grab a hand full for a quick munchie in the car when u get stuck in traffic. read more

My wife and I have been going here since they opened. Of all the 'fast' burger joints around, these guys consistently delivered when we felt the need for a guilty pleasure every so often. We go about every 3 weeks or so, and when we went the last time we were disappointed. The burgers were very greasy and just fell apart as we tried to eat them. The ingredients were very skimpy, with my wife getting about 2 square inches of lettuce on hers. It was not a good experience and she had to be persuaded to go back again yesterday. "They were probably just having a bad day" I said. Nope. Yesterday was awful. Firstly the girl taking the order was incredibly curt and unfriendly. My wife and I were used to a cheery greeting and chat, but this girl was new and not at all welcoming. I told my wife she was probably having a bad day this time, but when the food came, I realized that the place had got worse. The burgers were again really greasy, falling apart in our hands, and the buns were soggy and unappetising. Even ordering extra lettuce this time, there was almost none in our burgers, and the meat was crumbling and it all was so salty it was quite inedible. The fries, usually so good, were beyond inedible. It seemed someone had left them to soak in the fat, then warmed them quickly. Undercooked and rubbery with grease. Apart from all that, the place itself was filthy, dirt all over the tables and floor, with no one seemingly making any effort to clean up. I spoke with the manager there as we left, I told him I did not want a refund but just that he got the place back to where it was. He was apologetic and said he was trying to turn it around. Odd it should have got so bad so fast, I hope he does what he said, because I like(d) 5 Guys and the next closest is just too far for a quick bite. Burgers will be off our menu until they shake it up to where it was. Thing is, I was very sick after going there last night. I am not sure if it was the food or not, but frankly I am scared to set foot in the place again. The health inspectors should maybe pay a visit. Edit: Almost forgot! I got a shake too yesterday, and previously had no idea a shake could be messed up. This one was. My wife screwed up her face when she tried it, and I threw it away after one sip. It was simply disgusting. Way too sweet and sickly when it is usually so good. read more

The service is great! You are greeted as soon as you come in. I couldn't decide so the girls at the counter helped me, and I was not disappointed. The food came out quickly and they brought it right to us and then brought me more napkins :) the burger was so juicy and delicious (not at all greasy). The fries were great too. Also I totally love their soda fountain! It is so nifty! We will definitely be coming back here! read more

Best burgers in town. Always thrilled to get a burger here. You've hours try the Cajun fries.

The entire staff at this place is amazing!! I must have made a mistake while ordering online and chose the wrong location. When I arrived to pick up my online order they had absolutely no record of it. Again, this was totally my fault. The manager (I believe he said his name was JR) went above and beyond! He recreated our order and did not charge us for the entire meal. He could have just made us drive to the other location, but instead he said not to worry and comped the entire thing. It's people like this that make a franchise feel like a warm local establishment. I cannot say enough about this amazing customer service experience. read more

This is a great place for a good hamburger and great fries. The staff is always very friendly and I'm always greeted and served with a big smile. The price of a full meal is a tad high compared to other fast-food/fast-casual places ($9-$12) but for the freshness of the burgers and the tastiness (and amount) of the fries; it is definitely worth it read more

Excellent burgers, fries and shakes. Service was great and fast. P.s. they got peanuts

Have nothing to complain about here!! I was greeted by a very friendly worker right as I walked in and then I went to go order my food just to find another extremely friendly cashier! Five guys has a huge selection of things to add to your burger. I like mine with a lot of stuff on it, so I ordered about 10 things on it and it was ready in about 5 minutes. Also, the environment of five guys is just so fun and upbeat. Great place to bring your family to! read more

Ever wonder why the burgers at Five Guys taste so good? Because they do it right. Consistent, classic, fresh, good ingredients and toppings. Crisp iceberg, white onions crispy bacon... everything just how it should be. If you use great beef, cook it right and make sure it's juicy, all you need are the classic toppings. No need to disguise these perfectly seasoned juicy beef patties with fancy buns or aioli or some kind of mixed greens. They just serve great burgers- no disguise needed. The fast & friendly service here is just the bonus! read more

Its good, the workers are friendly and good at their job. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the manager was on the phone and he entire time I was there. If a customer went up and the workers were busy he would make a mad face and made one of them drop what there doing. Then he would go back to his phone. read more
