The menu is dizzzyingly complex with some stores offering specialty items I don't see elsewhere (tamales, menudo, posole, albondigas), but the service at some is horrific and as a result I won't return to them. Specifically, the Nico's at Continental Ranch, is terrible which given the fact that there are at least two Filiberto's and as many as five or six other Mexican food venues within 3 miles makes it surprising. Regardless, my issues are that they tack on high percentage credit card pricing per item on their already high prices, which is not explained very well other than a small sign at the register. Their service is caustic, snide and insulting. I will not go back to that location, and am not ever going out of my way to have Nicos from any location in the future.

The birria could use a tad more salt, but it's flavorful and easy to eat. My favorite thing is the Chimi Sumo, it's a solid take on a Chimichanga and is the right amount of food. They are one of the very few places in Tucson that has keto tacos, so that goes in their favor. I want to try the Birria Pizza, I have yet to try one anywhere and I feel like Rollies can give me a solid first experience with that. All in all, Rollies is a solid, above average resturant in Tucson. I enjoy them, and it's a good place to have lunch or an early dinner during the week.
