And that's really all I got, but as simple as it might seem horchata really can be hit or miss and this was absolutely a HIT! I didn't actually order any food, but the gentleman I was sitting next to said his burritos was delicious. I cannot personally review the food, but I can say, for finding a random place off the side of the freeway, it is shockingly a good time sipping on a ice cold horchata while taking in the ambiance of a gas station parking lot, from a little fold up table.

FOOD: asked for Birria in a soup; wait and see the huge pieces they give me with fat. It didn't…read moretaste like Birria it was mostly a meat soup ( caldo de res) they told me only the tacos will be shredded. SERVICE: do to the big pieces of meat (not Birria) it was not enjoyable and took my experience away; since I had to making trips to the counter for them to give me a knife and fork so I can make the pieces smaller for me to eat. All the time I spend cutting the fat and making small bites for me to eat made the broth cold and with the fat on top. Went again to the counter to request for it to be heated up again and explained again why (big pieces with a lot of fat) . One of the guys on the back said " she ate it already" which my answer was "No, after all the fat I had to take off the big pieces it got cold so I'm asking to warm it up again, that's all". They were nice enough to offered to give me another one, I would have said yes but I was thinking I will have to deal with the same all over again. No thank you. Who makes those pieces that big? Lazy mess! I wish people in the kitchen know the flavors of birria; again it's meat with red soup. Why they don't shred the meat? It's birria. Or at least make smaller pieces. AMBIANCE: TBD

The staff were really friendly and inviting. The pineapple juice was fresh and delicious I highly recommend. Pork isn't my meat of choice usually so I was kind of bummed to hear they don't have asada until 4 pm. Since I had driven all the way here I tried the pork tacos and vampiro and it was seasoned well it canceled out the pork taste a lot but not fully. I got this to go and the avocado kind of oxidized so I wish they had put it in an aluminum foil. 3.5 /5
