One Stop Shopping!!!…read more When you suddenly find yourself with surprise visitors for Breakfast or Brunch ... go to Del Rancho Carniceria I needed three Boneless Ribeye Steaks, none were out, no problem for Butcher Willy. He got a fresh slab from the cooler, cut them to my desired thickness, ¾ inch thick, 1 lbs each. Grabbed some Fresh Vegetables, some Fresh Prepared Refried Beans, Mexican Rice and Guacamole with Pico De Gallo. Five minutes in the store. At home, lit up the grill, dry-rub the meat, prepared the Fried Eggs in Unsweetened Butter. Steaks and Bulb Onions onto the grill, set table, 'nuked' beans and rice. Brought steak and onions in, created presentation. Fifteen (15!) Minutes at home work. Del Rancho Carniceria is a 'life'-saver. Butcher Willy is the Best. Give it a try, there meat selection is second to none in this area ...

If you follow my Tucson reviews, I have been trying to find the best Carne Asada in town. For those uninitiated, great Carne Asada is the following: 1. Juicy 2. Well seasoned 3. Good cut(which means it's a solid piece, it's not thin, kibblelike or has too much grisle) 4. Tender I had a Carne Asada burrito and it was juicy, flavorful and had a little grisle, but not so much that I was upset. Overall was tender and good flavored. Not the greatest I've had, but definitely above average. The service was a tad lacking, but not offensive. I definitely would come back, I only took a star off for the service and grisle. My next visit will likely update to 5 stars.

The Food is amazing. my family and I have been going there since they opened almost 10 years ago!!…read moreI am a 100% disabled veteran and FELT at home when supporting this business. My entire family have been regular patrons. ( 16- 18 people) . ( not to mention the friends and co workers we have recommend this business to. The wait staff is always great. As of June 10th 2026 none of us will support this business Any longer.... The "OWNER" was extremely rude and tried blaming me for her 1/2 way prepared order and trying to short patrons on their food. ( kinda like cheese cake factory that give you 1/2 the portions on pick up orders) . The beans were spilt in the bag, the portions were less than normal. ( initially not a big deal) I just wanted them to fix it. She tried blaming me. I refused to accept blame for her mistake , so she walked off while I was speaking. She then claimed she wasn't being rude, only "trying to correct her mistake and make me happy" . She knew she was rude. Some business owners need to leave it to the professionals. It was some of the best food I have had, but the pathetic "owner" lost a lot of business.

We went around 4pm and they were already pretty busy, but we were able to get a table right away. The service was quick and friendly -- I especially liked that multiple people stopped by to check on us throughout the meal. Chips and salsa came out immediately, which is always a great start. I also loved the fun, upscale container the chips were served in -- such a nice touch. For food, we ordered the chicken chimi with a side of rice and the lighter fare plate with a chile relleno and chicken enchilada. We also took advantage of happy hour and ordered two house margaritas for $8 each. Everything was fabulous. The chimi was huge -- honestly it ended up being two meals because it was so big and filling! The red sauce on both the chimi and enchilada was especially good, with a nice smoky flavor. The chile relleno was also very tasty. We'll definitely be back. The only thing we'd love to see is a few more options on the happy hour food menu -- that's usually how we like to try new dishes! Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere!

I rolled up at 530 in a Thursday evening and was greeted by a great entertainer on the patio strumming live music. Food is great - thick, golden corn tortilla chips and deep, smoky salsa, tacos dorados and a fantastic spicy margarita made with fresh lime juice! The tacos were juicy and plated beautifully with lettuce, onions, avocado and crema. The beans and rice, which are usually an after thought were well seasoned and delicious! The service was friendly and fast - Eva was so sweet and accommodating! I will be back AND bring friends!

Thoughts on the dishes we tried: - Guacamole and chips: pretty good but not standout - the next time we came back, we just stuck to the chips and salsa which were tasty and filling - Ribeye: great for sharing for 2 people; the char on the meat is delicious and the dish comes with a cheese quesadilla, grilled onions, rice, and refried beans. We ended up with leftovers to take home. - Enchiladas: choose your meat and sauce to top it. I opted for the shredded chicken with green (poblano) sauce. The sauce packs a hint of spice but is a bit creamy too, and the enchiladas are packed with meat and are filling. - Quesadilla: similar to enchiladas, choose your meat or cheese only. My husband ordered the carne asada which was marinated well and flavorful. The quesadilla had good meat to cheese ratio and comes with sour cream and guacamole. Both times we left with happy and full bellies as well as leftovers. Good meals overall!
