Very Disappointing! The bunless cheeseburger patties were dry, overcooked, and terrible! The fries looked disgusting--dark, greasy, and unevenly cooked. For the premium prices Five Guys charges, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth the money! Very disappointing!

Very Clean and well maintained

Well, the Five Guys in La Quinta is AWESOME. I was met with warmth by the manager Tania who was so kind and helpful. The Hot Dog was excellent and even the cook checked on me to ensure all was good! A special thanks to Operations Director, Randy, who was extremely professional and with a great sense of customer service. Again, Tania was awesome and won me back as customer after a mediocre experience at another Five Guys location. Highly recommend a Milkshake-- I ordered a Coffee Shake and it was delicious!! Great Service, and Great Food !!

After a long day of traveling. A single cheeseburger from 5 Guys hit the spot. Nicely cooked to order. Fast and friendly service and a clean restaurant. No complaints. They still have peanuts on f you want them while waiting for your order.

Portion of fries that I received with my meal today.

I come to this location often. I am always impressed with their cheeseburgers and generous portion of fries that they give. However, today I received my fries without its usual amount. One of the main reasons I come to this establishment is because of their cheeseburgers and generous portion of fries. For me this is what makes it worth paying $17 for this meal. I hope that this is a one time thing or that the manager at this location can train his or her employees to serve the appropriate amount of fries, this is what distinguishes Five Guys from other burger outlets and makes it worth coming to enjoy a burger and fries.

My order of Hamburger appreciation goes something like this: 1. Fatburger 2. Five Guys 3. Fancier places: Beer Hunter, Bubba's 4. McDonalds, In-N-Out, Wendy's, etc. I eat a hamburger with nothing but cheese and mayonnaise so I'm only interested in the taste of the meat. That's where Fatburger rules all others and I cried a little when they left the Valley. So...Five Guys. Eat peanuts and throw the shells on the floor. Good sized hamburger with a good taste. Sometimes a bit overcooked. Fries - lots and lots of fries. Very tasty fries. They fill up a small cup and then fill up your bag with fries. Special shoutout to the new-fangled drink machines. I can go beyond Diet Coke to Coke Zero Orange-Vanilla. Yay!!!

I just gonna off by saying its was another burger place. I'm not a burger fanatic. It wouldn't be something I would order or be like lets go for a burger. We happened to stop off looking for a place to eat and happen to see this place. It just happen that the others restaurant that were nearby was either closed or closing up. There was another chain restaurant but I wasn't feeling it. Having heard a lot about this and friends comparing it to another burger joint. I'm here, might as well give it a try. Basically burgers but they also had hot dogs. They did have a lot of options for the burgers which was a plus. As well as toppings. Everything was a la carte so no combos. Prices was a tad high for a burger and fries. Shy of 40.00 for 2 burgers a large fries, shake and a bottle water. Seemed kind of pricey for takeout burger but who knows. Overall, it did the trick. Burger was messy to eat but good. Shake was good.

As you can see the middle is raw. Absolutely disgusting!

If I could give zero stars I would. This burger made me actually go to the er for food poisoning. The wait was 20 mins after I got my burger I started to eat until I realized the meat that's usually cooked wasn't it was mushy at first I thought it was the mushrooms but than I actually looked at the meat and realized some of the burger was actually not cooked all the way through I immediately threw it away but after I consumed half of it. The fries were soggy and smother in oil. I'm not going to bother calling to Complain I will though send all photos I have and send it to my local health department. Food has to be cooked through and not raw! Clearly they have bad reviews and they continue to not improve. Maybe they finally will when they get a visit from local health department.

Almost $8 for this large fry.

$5 house wine! And so many unique burgers. I've tried to the first one is the Chief McGinley…read morewhich has Swiss blue cheese, caramelized onions and a sliced green apple. You might think that sounds crazy but it all works and it's delicious. The other one I've had is the Vegeta or Fragita? which has green Ortega chili strips, melted Jack cheese and a bunch of other great stuff. We also have the michelada aquachile as an appetiser. I'll tell you it's one of the best ones I've ever had in any restaurant! The staff is always friendly. It's huge. There's TVs everywhere so you can catch whatever game you want. This is in the rotation going forward!

I've been to Burgers & Beer many times, but today's experience was extremely disappointing. The…read morerestaurant was completely packed for the Mexico soccer game, yet the manager refused to lower the air conditioning despite how unbearably hot it was inside. With a full restaurant generating so much business, customer comfort should be a priority. The heat made it difficult to enjoy the game or even sit through a meal. What was most concerning was watching a family seated next to us leave because it was simply too hot for their young child. This wasn't just an inconvenience--it became a health and safety concern. When customers are leaving because the temperature inside is unbearable, management should take that seriously. I hope Burgers & Beer addresses this in the future because no one should have to choose between their comfort and staying to enjoy the experience they paid for.

We are trying to explore places we have longed to visit…read more Because we are already at the Loft Hair Studio for hairstyling this morning, I took my husband out for lunch as part of his birthday week. We got to Gastro grind at around 12 or so and saw a bunch of people on the patio and enjoying some really great looking food and brews. The place is really fun inside with list of some very appetizing drinks and a menu that really excited me for all the variety of burger and sandwiches and salads. Joshua gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our questions. I wanted to try the bistro burger without the bun even though I love brioche. He suggested I make the bistro burger into a bowl. This creation comes with a yummy salad of arugula and fresh tomatoes surrounded by at least a half of an avocado so beautifully arranged. Now, if you put caramelized onions on something you have won my heart. The flavor of the burger was already outstanding, but the onions really elevate this dish. I decided to go with the sweet potato fries as my side order. We both had really great fresh iced tea with lemon. Sweet potato fries were really really good with delicate flavor. My husband zeroed in on the Oinker which includes not only a great burger, but pork belly and fig jam. Fig jam is another one of my passions. When he was nearly finished with his burger, I was hoping there would be a bite for me to try so I know what I'm talking about in my review. My brain was saying, I could never order anything, but the bistro burger, but when I tasted the Oinker, I realized that I could go on and explore some more of these amazing meals because one is just as great as the other. The piece de resistance, for his happiness was the perfect onion rings. You know when onion rings are authentic and made on the spott. He's still talking about the onion rings and he'll probably talk about them for days. I also wanted to bring home something nice for my son who's in school and so we ordered an ABC sandwich which has pork belly and other delights. I'm sure he's going to like this because he's a foodie as well. The ABC has avocado, bacon, cheese, braised pork belly, mozzarella, tomato, arugula, on a grilled sourdough bread. We usually have differences of opinion on our foodie tours but today, I sat in shock as my tough reviewer husband raved on and on about this wonderful lunch. I hope that you will give the sweet little gem in Palm Desert some love and experience some of the amazing food that they produce. It will take us a while to work our way through this crazy menu we admire so much. They are on the north side of CA - 111 and there is plenty of parking.

Disclaimer, this review will be based off a dining in experience on Aug 8th…read more The restaurant was a bit warm as we arrived, we almost debated leaving! Given the weather, we decided to still give it a shot since this location was on our must try list. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff who offered us to seat anywhere we'd like. Cold beer on summer special ($5-$6) fixed my partner back up for a moment until we felt the AC kick back on. lol. We had the Bistro Burger with Truffle Fries and the Oinker with Tater Tots. I was excited to try the Oinker after seeing they had fresh pork belly posted on their instagram that day. The Bistro was DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan of the Oinker after trying my partner's Bistro burger. The combination of ingredients felt dry, the burger wasn't as hot, and I realized there was no cheese in this either. What's a burger without cheese? :( I wish the server forewarned me! Maybe a grilled onion would also be better suited? I also asked for a side of their lemon aioli for my fries, and ended up adding this to my burger to add some extra sauce. The tater tots and fries were perfectly crisp. And I usually don't finish my fries, but we ate every last bite of these plates. Overall, great! I would return to try more of their various burger offerings.
