Greasy, soggy buns. Very dirty. Fries cold. Got sick. How fo you pay to have sloppy. If you need oil for your go here.

We don't often eat burgers. But at 9:30 at night we decided to order from this location. My first 5 guys burger. It was very good. Oh my goodness so large. I was glad we didn't order fries. I figured the fries were GMO (genetically modified) so we didn't order them. There is no way I would of had room for fries. It tasted like real food. Not a chemistry set special, like all the take out places. Even near closing time we were given great service and good food quality. I may never get another burger from here, cuz we eat organic, and very little meat. But this location is top notch. read more

Always fresh and hot burgers and fries. Very clean and friendly service. This is the only place we go to have a burger.

Quick Take: Easy to find off the PKWY, clean location, great for a Five Guys Review: Good for a Five Guys! Fries as always were good, burgers delicious and plentiful seating. Drink Control and good Iced Tea (which is important). Parking lot is slightly tight as it shares it with Dunkin Donuts but still not bad. Would I recommend: Yes most definitely. read more

UPDATE: Stopped by on Tuesday past, and although the food quality remains unchanged, the service seemed to be off...? Specifically the person pushing out the bags seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem. I did not catch his name but it was obvious he was in a managerial position. If anyone should provide focused service it's him as he serves as the lighthouse for his employees to follow. After sitting down I realized I forgot to ask for mayo so I walked to the counter and this 'gentleman' flings me a serving mayo much like the bartender flings a drink down the rail. Again I had to go back because he forgot to include ANY napkins. Come on Dude this should be second nature. So again I trudge my carcass back to the counter and ask for some napkins... you'd think that I asked for something outrageous by the look on his face. You know if your going to bill yourself as the Best, then act like the Best. If you're having a bad day, check it at the door. Your results may vary. read more

Good burger. Not a fan of the fries. A bit of a lube job. The burger is worth a try. I will go back but not seek it out.

Great location, always on point, super friendly staff, online ordering works without a headache, delicious and consistient burgers.

Five Guys never disapponts. This franchise dining areas and bathrooms were clean. The staff was courteous and moved the line forward quickly. My order was made to order and was nice and hot when my number was called. This franchise is next door to a Dunkin Doughnuts, so I may stay for dessert next time. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The service SUCKS! 1st visit: the cashier was not friendly and my food took some time even though the place was almost empty. 2nd: I thought the ridiculous service from my 1st visit was an isolated event. Wrong! I placed my order online for my burger to be ready at 6:15pm. I arrived about 6:10 or so. I understand that the fries are cooked when you get there. I noticed other customers who came after me, and ordered their food in the store, got their burger and fries. That was my cue to get my money back. So disappointed. I love Five Guys and get their burgers all the time, as they deliver on what they promise, a good basic burger. Well, at least the University and Jones Valley locations do. I happened to be on North Parkway today and decided to do lunch at this Five Guys. Not a good experience. First, I waited over 10 minutes for my burger, even though there was only one person ahead of me, who got orders #2 and #3. I was order #4. One employee was setting up paper bags behind the counter, one was cooking, and one was puttering around the soda fountain or just wandering around. Second, the two patties on my standard cheeseburger order were overcooked, with an unpleasant burnt crackly crust on the meat. Third, first one employee then a second one just stood there by the soda fountain, staring while I was eating. It creeped me out. Will never go back here again. read more

This is a place we have enjoyed without comment thus far. We know restaurants we like, some we are unsure of and several we'll never walk back into. As we enjoyed a burger and fries here today I commented to my wife: "we've never had a bad meal here!" That's high praise in this year of eating dangerously...some really nice places have slipped and dropped terrible meals on us at times. Not here! Not one bad meal here. Ever. read more
