I liked the service, they were kind and got our orders correct. I just think the downside was that the prices of the burgers increased again. Yes, I understand inflation but yeah...I still appreciate the toppings are free and you can get really flavorful peanuts, too.

    Lot of people waiting forever

Great burgers and fries as only five guys can do but seriously need to wait 25' from order to getting your burger is broken. Asked the manager for a refund he says the burger is on the line and still another 10', pretty messed up is this place. Guess good help is hard to find

Peanuts are free and a nice touch

Walking in my first impression .....dirty tables, staff in the back eating and hugging each other, a guy walking to his prep station with his mouth full. The soda machine was mostly empty paid $3.79 for a large Diet Coke and they were out so ended up with carbonated water. I didn't know peanuts are free, I asked what they cost and the employee's response "you can pay me", his humor was lost on me. Yes, they are free after confirmed with the second employee. The double cheeseburger with the works lacked salt and had just a teaspoon of ketchup. The burger was fine but the staff and restaurant condition were a turn off. There were 10 staff working-an awful lot for the restaurant not to be in top shape.

Placed an order online, and soon as I walk in they say they are closed. (I arrived before closing....10 pm ) I said I placed an order online He responds: my order never came and they are closing. I arrived at 9:45-9:55.... Regardless I showed I ordered before I came. Operating hours are 10:30-10 pm I don't understand why they were unable to make my order still....... The second time I came to five guys and they closed well before 10 pm. (With enough staff)

I will have to eat quinoa and kale for a month now. Split the fries, put half shake in fridge. Still ridic.

So my teen and the BFF are on a bit of a burger kick. And not homemade turkey burgers either. We had actually only been to Five Guys once, years ago, when my then 79 year old mom asked for a hot dog.( She enjoyed it btw, with mustard and relish natch). This was when I was married and forbidden to eat beef by my ex who is convinced we will all die of mad cow disease, so we had unsatisfying grilled cheese which is an inside out bun with American cheese in it. And fries. We did not return until now. My kid is I think mad determined to make up for the beefless years. I was at the tail end of my ten hour day and thought pasta was what I could manage to make. Teen and friend had different ideas. "Mom! they deliver! and you can put all this stuff in the milkshakes!!!" OK. Because I am tired and weak. 30 minutes later we got a very falling apart greasy bag full of artery clogging goodness. The kids burgers were simple, lettuce ketchup pickles bacon and cheese. Pretty sure they had extra bacon. Their milkshakes were terrifying: peanut butter banana chocolate bacon with whipped cream. We all shared one regular fries and it was too many. They are good. Salty and greasy. We had to provide our own ketchup. My burger was good- lettuce tomato bacon pickles cheese. And A-1 sauce. Because I hadn't had that since the college dining hall and I like it. I liked the burger. The bun pretty much disintegrates because the whole thing is wrapped in foil and there is wet ( juice? idk) at the bottom. I pushed the soggy bun aside and went and got a fork. My shake was chocolate and coffee. It could have been coffee-er. I couldn't drink the last half. The burgers are big. All in all it did not break the bank, the kids were happy, and I was relieved to not cook. We have other favorite burgers but this was pretty good.

Wow, we had recently visited the Five Guys in Cedar Hills and it was so great that we decided to stop in here, hungry after church. What a disaster. The cashier was unfriendly, never made eye contact once, and when he gave us the receipt, the number was torn off the top. So there was confusion about what number we were. Every table in the place was dirty and the floor was an obstacle course of ketchup containers, napkins, and other debris. The soda machines had greasy fingerprints all over them, as did the windows. We were given the wrong order, and when they corrected it it was still wrong. Hubby had to go back to the counter twice more to get it right. I had the heebeegeebees but I did eat my beef hot dog, and it was good. This location is a big disappointment -next time we'll go back to the Cedar Hills location if we have a burger craving!

Not a huge fan of Five Guys, pretty decent burgers, customizable. Generous portions, their Cajun fries are really good.

There's a good amount of seating inside, and the day we were in there was always staff cleaning up the tables after people left, they were super on top of it. The food was good! I got the two piece spicy meal set with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I think the coleslaw could be better.. it was a little too soupy watery imo, but flavor wise was fine. The chicken was the main thing I came for, and it was tasty! Perfect crunchy skin, juicy chicken dipped with my gravy,

It has been open for less than a year at their only Oregon location here at Hillsboro. On our last day in Portland, my wife, her mom, and I stopped in for fried chicken on our way to the airport. We were all jolly when we left. I've really come to appreciate the consistency of Jollibee's chicken fried chicken. Unlike some of their competitor's, where the chicken breading might be coming off because it has been sitting under a heat lamp too long, their chickenjoy breading is crispy and their meat juicy. All of us had already eaten breakfast at the hotel we had been staying at, so weren't particularly hungry. Thus, just got a 3 pc Cjoy combo meal ($18.49, no tax) with 3 pieces of spicy, dark meat chicken (2 drums, one thigh), a biscuit (fluffy and tasty), two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and fountain drink. It also comes with a cup of brown gravy, meant to be used as dip for the fried chicken. Brown gravy with fried chicken has become something I seek out now. The fries are very similar to McDonald's and the mashed potatoes to KFC. In both cases, that is a good thing. I got a pager and it went off about 10 minutes afterwards, so got up to bring the chicken back. They have a self serve soda fountain. It is expensive though for a fast food chain, with no value-type menu available yet. Fil-Ams are loyal to this chain, and seem to be OK with the slightly higher price. It will be interesting if they ever choose to expand, what they would do to draw in non-Filipinos.

After we were given our drinks, we were informed they needed to wait on chicken to cook, and were asked to pull around and park. I stated that we don't participate in that program and would be happy to sit and wait, in the drive through (no one was in line behind us), as its supposed to be "first come, first served". The employee then went and got the "manager", who again explained about the wait, and again I stated I don't participate in that pull around and park program (its so that they can keep their drive through timers low and upper level managers get bonus for metric and KPI alignments). The manager "Samantha", then told me if I didn't pull around and wait for my food they'd call the cops on me. Really!?! I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. For that price... the customer service should be better, focusing on serving your customers well, and in a timely fashion. That amount of money equals a sit down dinner... not fast food with attitude. POOR FORM!!! Also, this location may respond to customer complaints... but they promise better service "in the future". It doesn't get better when you do nothing for the people your staff had wronged. What about meal replacements? Gift cards? Actual human interaction?
