Hygiene rating: 0. I've been waiting 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Won't come anymore

Came here for the ghost pepper burger because I had just gotten a flyer in the mail advertising it. I got there and proceeded into the drive through and waited quite a while to be greeted. I asked if they had the ghost pepper burger and crickets. No response no nothing. Finally the woman said "wait a minute", then longer waited. Eventually I called out and a gentleman replied and asked to which I asked about the ghost pepper burger and he said that's been long discontinued item. Why I just got a flyer for it when it has been gone for a long time who knows. Anyways I put my order and he asked me to speak louder because he can't hear anything. I reordered louder and he was like okay. I got to the drive through window and the woman was just texting on her phone. She was a heavier set woman with a black shirt so maybe a supervisor? Anyways just texting instead of working and her and the man just giving me dirty looks. He came to the window for payment and didn't say a word, very unfriendly and just dirty looks still. Luis was this individuals name and I'm sure I've encountered this same person before at this place. It's unfortunate this location is the closet to me but I think I'm don't coming here for the poor and rude customer service. read more

I was heading to a documentary at the art museum and needed "dinner" after a long day at work. So this is where I was at - it was "in route". The gent at the register was not the most friendly but I was in and out with an accurate order. I did realize while I was paying that I should get a double cup because I was going to put everything in my bag and wanted to ensure the drink was sturdy enough. The guy gave me a cup smaller than my drink and I was more confused - I had asked specifically for a double cup. I just did the, "This is fine...." and moved on since whatever and it worked fine - a little strange but I just needed a touch more sturdiness. I was also surprised because their provided ketchup packets are the Simply Heinz which are the Heinz with very few ingredients and I personally prefer. I actually did not use them though but saved for my desk. I had grabbed their fish sandwich and I rarely use ketchup on my fries because I AM A MONSTER. I will say that their fish sandwich is pretty great and went well with my root beer in a super awkward double cupish situation. And...I was very careful at crinkled paper noise politely which was hard during a documentary! Luckily my whole row was empty so I could try not to be that person... But this location is pretty great for crowds because there is the location right on 185th but if you hop over here just a short ways you have zero line! The 185th location always has a long line, alone with all the other drive thrus along that! I drive past the row of them all the time and they have lines any times of the day so I was glad I wandered over this way. read more

I find it very unprofessional for companies to put job application info in with your order. And so I was curious what it was for because they were so incentivized to put it in my bag. Looked at their opening and no wonder, most of the positions are part time, don't say the hours, no mention of pay. Seriously, Ambrosia QSR ur . You wonder why no one wants your jobs. Pay better, employ full hours and stop putting application info in your customers food orders. I will never be going to another Burger King or Popeyes in the NW because I don't want to support this from continuing. I'm glad people are getting smart to jobs like this. read more

On the road and needed grub after being burned by nonexistent service at a Portland brewery. Got a couple burgers off the value menu and a large fry (the best item they make here) - service was pleasant and greeted people coming in. If you're going through the drive-thru, this is a solid stop. The interior was a bit weird - they're remodeling, but it looked like the site of a haz-mat spill with plastic sheets blocking off half the restaurant. The food itself I regretted before eating - I think I'm finally growing out of BK. The ketchup pump runneth dry, which hindered my ability to consume more empty calories. The techno soda foundation was cool. It was overall pretty jank, though. No plans on returning. read more

Stopped in to this burger king for breakfast at about 8:30 am today. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, while all the 5 employees moseyed around stocking bins w lettuce and buns, etc. three of the employees said that someone would be with me shortly, and no one ever stopped their shelf stocking activities to actually help me with my order. At the 20 minute mark I left and went down the street to a competitor restaurant. Come on guys! Customer service first!!! Then.....do your back office prepping activities!!! read more

I went to this BK because I wanted a milk shake. I ordered the impossible burger with cheese with an extra patty and a vanilla shake. We waited a good 10 minutes at the window. The shake was handed out first. If I hadn't watched her make it, I would have sworn it had been sitting out. It wasn't thick. Very runny and barely frozen. Finally the bag with the burger finally was handed out. Both women, who were laughing. Which is odd because they hadn't smiled once. After getting home I plated the meal. The double impossible burger looked great. After the first bite there was a problem. The second patty was a thin dark, hard piece of meat. There were no char lines.. I drove back and was met by the same woman at the drive thru. She was rude. Pushy. And uninterested. She said they were the same patties. I said I wanted my money back. She closed the window & turned her back to me. I turned on my phone to document her rudeness. I wanted the names of the cook and the 2 up front employees. She refused. I wanted the name of the manager or even the owner. No. I just sat there in my car waiting. Only because a line of cars had started, she opened the window and handed me $6 & change. She said I had to drive back in the morning. Finally, the name of the manager was said. Brian. I drove home even more angry. I won't be going there again. I have saved the prank meat to give to the health dept. Right now, especially with Covid etc you don't want your food tampered with. read more

I had a receipt from a different BK and filled out a survey that let me have a free whopper (as long as I purchased a drink and a side too). When I got to the window of this BK establishment, the guy said their system "doesn't do that so I'll give you half price instead" AFTER I placed the order, drove up to the checkout window, AND gave him my cc. What the heck? In that case, I shouldn't have to buy a drink and a side then if I still have to pay for that whopper. Why offer surveys that allow customers to get a free sandwich if you can't commit to it? Is there really no simple comp button in their POS? He didn't seem apologetic and acted like he just wanted me out of the drive-thru so that he could help the customers behind me. I know this is fast food, but even McDonald's makes sure their food is hot. The whopper was half cold and the fries seemed like it was from a leftover batch because it was also half cold and not crispy at all. read more

The fries are way to salty I've been to much better burger kings this one is so terrible the staff don't look like they care at all. The soda I got was coke doesn't taste like coke at all. The burger could be made better the onions tasted bad the tomatoes green I don't know why but the employees shouldn't be in happy with their jobs read more

Decided to try the Impossible Burger from here tonight. Unfortunately, I still don't know how the impossible burger is supposed to taste, because my burger was burnt beyond all recognition. FILTHY. The drink and ketchup station was a complete mess, and the ketchup pump broken. Was hard to find a clean table. The dining room is haphazard and the men's bathroom was not functioning and locked. At least there was plenty of parking. No pride of place. Steer clear. read more

I'm writing this about the dining room experience during the lunch hour on a Monday. Hands-down the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant or Burger King ever. The guy up front was super friendly, very nice, asked my name. My order came out very quickly fresh and hot. He also made conversation with me and the people behind me, you can tell he cares about the service level of the place. It was very clean inside, ketchup filled, everywhere wiped down... I guess I was unreasonable to expect the cold precooked beef patty to soften or even melt the dairy product that they call cheese. Disgusting and inedible. It only cost a dollar, but that was too much. I have made a decision. Covid or lazy. I am done with fast food garbage. Went here today for the first time in over a year. Ordered chicken fry meal. They gave me extra chicken fries, however all of them were extremely overcooked and hard. Could barely chew them. I would have asked for new ones but since I got it at the drive thru I was not aware until I got home. They have never been like this before so I know they were left in the cooker for an extremely long time and am surprised I was served such bad quality. Terrible! I ordered a double cheeseburger. It was barely warm which made me think it had been sitting out for quite some time and honestly it tasted like it was old which probably means it was. I don't have high expectations for Burger King to begin with. This was by far my WORST experience to this establishment ever. The cashier was clueless to what was going on. The manager seemed annoyed the entire time. Not only was my order screwed up twice, the cook had the nerve to tell me she was correct at the very end. I ordered something simple. Two rodeo chicken jr's. It comes with Barbe Q sauce and onion rings on it. She told me "all they got wrong" was the lettuce on it. No, the entire sandwich was wrong. They didn't even bother to fix it so I took an incomplete order, sat down and ate. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Absolutely terrible!!! For those who care. This is a great establishment in a crappy parking lot. Immediately turning from Bethany into the complex you're up against a T-intersection, with drivers coming from the right not yielding to you, and drivers on the left exiting the BK drive-thru taking most of the tight lane. If anyone's backing out of the spaces in front of the restaurant you'll have to wait too. Add to that the biggest speed bumps in the area, and you'll never be so happy to get your Whopper with cheese and onion rings. read more

This Burger King always seems a bit sad, as there is usually very few people eating here. That being said, I do like their breakfasts, and also some of the sandwiches. Service is usually pretty good (sometimes better than other times), The coffee is always very very hot, so I have to wait a while before I can drink it, even when I add cream to my coffee. I HATE this store, it is close to my job so when I forget breakfast, I have stopped here. You would think the service was good since the manager is the one working the drive thru usually, but it SUCKS!!!! He is sooo rude most of the time, and never gives me my receipt, messes up my order and the food!? HORRIBLE. I ordered oatmeal and he filled it up with water so it was soupy, when I went the next time I asked that he put less water in it because it was inedible last time. He said "I'll try"... !!!! Try???? This place is unacceptable and I hope it gets new management or shut down soon. My hash browns are never hot and the manager is really disrespectful to his employees so he can never keep any. The manager who works here in an early shift is very rude and very unprofessional! The majority of the time when I come here using coupons for my meals, there's always and excuse that the machine doesn't work therefore he can't cook whoppers for me ?????? He's the Asian manager. I've encountered him twice with his rudeness and ever since then, I've gone to other BK. There's no way, I'm spending my money at a fast food restaurant who hired a rude manager! read more

As someone who had spent almost a year working at this location there are a few things about this plave you need to know. The bacon that is cooked is cooked st the very beginning of the day and put in tubs for use of about 3 days. The lettuce used to be cut in house but then it was switched to bags of chopped lettuce. The downside to that is that most of the time when the lettuce is taken out of the bag it has already wilted. The tomatoes are by far the worst part of this location. Once a tomato has been cut we are only supposed to use it for 4 hours. Ive seen tomatoes that were used over 4 hours past their expiration time. They give off the most horrid stench and they're on your sandwich. Next time you decide you want Burfer King, do yourselves a favor and go to the one right down the road. It was recently remodeled and it has better quality food. read more

Came in for lunch today and had a coupon. I ripped it off in a bad spot so the number Roland needed for the register was torn off. Roland was very friendly and cracked a couple jokes. Very good service from him. Asked for zesty sauce and he joked about that too. Seems to have fun at work and I appreciated his service and good attitude today !! read more

The dining room of this "restaurant" was filthy. I can only imagine how bad the food prep area was. It was around 4 PM and I'm the only one in line and it still took several minutes for someone to take my order, then I believe it was the manager. There was people milling about in behind the counter, yet no one saw the need to clean the dining room. There was food and napkins on the floor. The table tops had not been wiped since the lunch crowd. Tables and chairs had not been straightened and were in general disarray. The manager then left the restaurant by car, leaving the unmotivated employees to play. I then witnessed a male employee trying to spray whipped cream into a female employee's mouth, then about 5 minutes later, used the same can to put topping on a drive-thru customer's milkshake. The health department needs to do a surprise inspection on this place. I think they would lock the doors until corrections were made. read more

I just ordered two cheeseburgers, however, I had my dog with me. I asked if they had dog treats...no...but the night manager asked if she would like ice cream. I said no and asked for a french fry.
