The lights were on and employees were clearly still there, so there was no reason to assume they were closed, especially given how unclear their hours are. My daughter went back calmly--CALMLY--just asking for a refund or for the order to be fixed. Instead of helping, Alexis came to the window aggressive from the start, yelling, blaming us, and refusing to take any responsibility. She even had the nerve to say we should have checked the order in the parking lot. That is NOT the customer's job. It got even worse when Alexis started accusing my daughter of recording, when she was simply taking a photo of her incorrect food. He cleaned them off and then gave them back. THAT was huge to me because I get drippy drinks all the time and no one ever cares. But he did. They have a strange taste. I ate about five and ended up tossing the rest. I would absolutely come back... I'd just stick to the burger next time.
