Really good Philly cheesesteaks. I also enjoy the fries. The portions are really generous and I usually get 2 meals out of it.

Twice I've gone here and twice I've enjoyed their dishes! Well, a 'to-go' container in this case…read more Located at the Hillsboro Downtown Station, I believe these guys may be the only choice for some good Korean eats around here. You have plenty of fried chicken choices around the station, but Soul does a good variety for everyone. Here's what I've had thus far: ~ K-Corn Dog & Potato Corn Dog ($7 each). Loved the softness of it. Crunchy on the outside of course, but cheesy soft on the inside. ~ #9 Galbi plate ($18). Grilled just right imo. Decent flavor and not too tough. Pretty tender and meaty indeed. This seems to always be a fan favorite. ~ Special Combo with Supreme Chicken & Shrimp ($17). Loved the fried chicken cuts and the sweet/hot sauce all over. But the shrimp I was hoping for a bit of crunch. I felt it was tossed in the sauce too long, or the sauce just soaked it up. In other words, I wanted a to hear the shrimp crackle! Still a worthy combo. The cooks working hard in pod were really working up a sweat. Credit to them for staying composed with all the orders coming in. Still service with a smile, no issues. When I'm in the mood for some delish Korean eats, I'll definitely be back! They're worth a try if you've never been.

I have been looking for a good bbq food cart in or near Beaverton and I found it at the Food Pod on…read moreCornell. The food pod is called "Carts@Xplore and the food truck I am referring to is "Chin's BBQ." They were closed the first time we visited this pod because it was a Wednesday, but luckily they were open the 2nd time we visited. Oh man, the lunch I had was delicious! I ordered brisket and rib combo sandwich of brisket and pulled pork, a marriage made in BBQ heaven! My wife ordered a fish and chips sandwich from another nearby cart, but she thought my lunch was far superior to what she got. I can definitely recommend this cart and I will definitely be back! My hat is off to Chin's

Went here last Saturday with my daughter after she caught a glimpse from an instagram post…read more Their #2 Barrel Sandwich with Brisket was delicious! The bread was properly grilled adding that toast to help firm the bun without allowing it to fall apart in someone's face. The coleslaw compliments the flavors. I had it with the original sauce which was tangy but not spicy at all. They also have a sweet sauce but I think I'll try that next time. Well done! My daughter had the crowded potato. It was delicious at first but we were surprised that the bottom of this dish was actually 3 large potatoes. After eating all the ingredients at the top, there was nothing but these 3 potatoes left which was disappointing but there was nothing else to eat with these. Ended up throwing it away. I can't speak for their ribs but it could be what I'll be targeting next. The price was decent and the owners friendly. Meal also comes with a bag of chips. Parking was plenty but people started arriving. The lot shares the kids play indoor play area called Xplore hence the name of the food truck area. The food truck area is situated on a hill and some parts are not even with the food trucks on the left side having pallet stands so you can look at the vendor when placing orders. Plenty of seating and also live band. Nice vibes! Can get hot so dress appropriately if 70 deg or more.
