    Bunless Cheeseburger

Placed an online order with my co workers for lunch. The app was easy to use and has every option available as well as it was easy to select the time I would like to pick it up. I got to five guys at 5:50p for a 6p pickup. I didn't like that I didn't have the option to say I was there or on the way on the app so they could've started preparing the fries and shakes that were ordered but it didn't take them too much time to prepare it, the issue is I was on a time crunch but I made it back to work just in time.. I ordered a cheeseburger with no bun and it was delicious. I didn't feel like I was losing anything by removing the bun and I will more than likely order it this way going forward. All the condiments were on the side which I also enjoyed.

    Finish this in one bite.

I spent years hating on Five Guys before relocating to Buffalo a year and a half back, and here I am grabbing a burger at a second Five Guys location.....what happened to me? Anyway, I stopped here on Sunday before catching a movie down the street and I was super duper impressed by my visit. This location is pretty big and offers plenty of seating and parking for everyone. I ended up ordering a bacon cheeseburger along with a side of French fries (a Small is big enough to feed two people). The burger was actually really, really good and I would even say that it was awesome. The fries are (I think) dipped in peanut oil or something and were really good also. Overall, Five Guys is a dang good burger for fast food. The service here is usually pretty fast and although I would say the prices are maybe a tad steep for some things, but in the end it's worth it for the satisfaction.

Five guys is always such a nice "fast food" place to eat. The staff is very friendly, The weight isn't too long, they have lots of options to choose from, food is delicious and so are the milkshakes! I purchased the bacon cheeseburger and it was perfect! Good well and everything tasted very fresh. I also go a strawberry milkshake! It had little chunks of strawberries in it and it was very filling! The only reason I am not giving five guys is due to the prices. I'm sorry but for 2 people it costed my boyfriend and I over $30 which is outrageous.

One of the best fast food burgers out there. I get the little bacon cheeseburger every time with everything on it except ketchup and mustard, and I put bbq sauce and jalapeños on instead. The burgers are delicious. And if you get the regular burger you get two burgers, and the little burger you get one which is all I need. lol the Cajun fries are amazing! I only ever get a little fry because they fill the bag with a ton anyways. And I always get grape juice for my drink, even though there is like 5,000 drinks (well it seems like it) lol anyways five guys is great. If you've never tried it, you've gotta.

For starters, let me say I literally drove 45 minutes in a winter storm in Buffalo, NY to get my fast food Joneses at this restaurant. And it was well worth it. If you are a burger and fries person, you have to give Five Guys a shot. Fresh ingredients and generous portions make for a tasty and satisfying meal at this establishment. And that is no mean trick, since fast food restaurants around the country seem to be cutting down on portion size while simultaneously raising prices. I'm not suggesting a meal at Five Guys will be cheap; the average meal here will typically run at least 12 bucks. What I AM saying is you will more than get what you pay for. What's to love about their burgers? They're hot and incredibly juicy without being utterly saturated in grease. The rolls are fresh, and the selection of toppings and condiments will satisfy even the finickiest burger eater. As for their fries, you can't beat a french fry cooked in peanut oil if you ask me. The taste is absolutely amazing, and certainly enhanced by the fact that they cut their own potatoes fresh every day. Here's a tip; order some extra fries to bring home with you, then let them get room temperature cold sitting on the counter. Later when you want a snack, dig in and experience the FULL explosion of peanut oil cooked fries. For some reason the taste is enhanced as the fries cool off. One last thing; the staff at this particular location are incredibly friendly, even funny. They really work hard to enhance your dining experience. Without question, some of the finest fast food in America can be found at Five Guys. When the mood strikes, head their way. You'll show up hungry and you'll leave happy.

Very good seating at this location. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

We've been regulars at this place since the get go. (From DC area) and we've always liked their business model. Good quality burgers. Great fries. Free peanuts. No frills. My kids just adore it and it's always been their favorite fast food. They love munching on peanuts til our order comes, dousing their fries in malt vinegar, the nice wide ketchup cups, the awesome Coke machines and the high quality of the burgers. I am not a burger fan myself but I love that they make a grilled cheese with fried onions and fresh tomatoes and I think they have the best fries in the business. So I am content when my kids insist on this place. This particular location has great seating, some of it outdoor, and decent bathrooms. Only knock? No wifi. In this day and age, wifi is a huge plus. You can *sometimes* get it from another business in the plaza though. It's pricey for fast food but the quality has never failed us.

Great burgers, fries and shakes. My biggest concern is everything is way overpriced for what you get.

My wife had never tried Dave's before so we were running errands and decided to stop in. We ordered it for pick up because of the snow storm and the amount of snow in the parking lot was our sign to take it home. We walked in and this location is huge. It is a really nice location inside and I like how they have a tv screen that tracks your order for you so you know when it's ready. So cool. Our order was being packed up as I walked in so perfect timing. The food itself was great! I ended up going with one medium and one hot. There is definitely a jump up in spiciness between the two levels and they are very flavorful with the spice, not just a blind heat. These sliders are HUGE. They really fill you up and the fries are perfect. Love the seasoning and the crinkle cut. We will definitely be back for more and this is a great place when you're looking for that hot chicken fix.

The three stars is for the food. The chicken itself is outstanding, and the French fries are also really good. I found the service a bit lacking, thus only three stars. It was not crowded. I walked in and there was one group eating and one person waiting for food. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful. However, I placed my order, paid and was given my receipt and a "buzzer" and I waited. The thing that irked me is that I saw my order come from the kitchen, handed from a cook to an employee on the other side of the window, who kept talking and talking and talking to the cook while my food was sitting there. All she needed to do was put the order into the plastic bag, but for about five minutes talked to the cook and kept her back to the customer area, as did the other employees. I saw other employees walking around, there were more staff than customers, but I don't know what they were accomplishing. But my order still waited as they all talked. She eventually very, very slowly added the box with my food to the plastic bag and finally I received my order. Why did it take so long to put my order into a plastic bag and give it to me? The "sliders" are actually a full size sandwich, don't let the name fool you. It was delicious, if slightly cool from sitting at the counter. However, I don't like to patronize a business that has no real management on premises making sure that the staff is engaged. This never happens at Chick Fil-A. I will give them another chance because the food was so good.

Stepping inside feels like walking into a backyard cookout that never closes -- the air thick with charcoal smoke, the sizzle of franks hitting the grate, and that unmistakable smell of a hot dog done right. The Hot Dog: Charcoal & SnapThe star here is the classic well‑done hot dog, a natural‑casing Sahlen's frank grilled over charcoal until the skin is taut and crackling. Bite into it and you get that perfect, satisfying snap -- the kind that tells you it's been treated like real grilled meat, not just warmed through. The smoky char from the grill gives it a deep, savory flavor that's pure Western New York comfort, especially on a chilly day when you need something hearty and familiar. Fries & Onion Rings: The Perfect SidekickPair that dog with the fries and onion rings, and it's a match made in Buffalo fast‑food heaven. The fries are crisp, golden, and seasoned just right -- never greasy, always hot. The onion rings are Ted's signature: homemade, lightly battered, and deep‑fried into those tangled, golden webs of sweet onion and crisp coating. Order the "split" (half fries, half rings) and you've got the ideal combo: salty, crunchy, and just messy enough to feel like a real cookout. What really makes Ted's special is how it fits into the neighborhood -- a reliable, no‑frills spot where the food is cooked in front of you, the staff knows the regulars, and the vibe is pure Buffalo. On a day when winter's still hanging on but the air hints at spring, grabbing a well‑done dog and a basket of fries at Ted's is the closest thing to outdoor grilling without even stepping outside. It's not fancy, but it's honest, satisfying, and exactly the kind of place you're glad still exists in the area.
