This is supposed to be a 24hr restaurant, went there at 3am, all the lights were off! Called + was told they were closed until 6am because they didn't have staff. If the owner of the 2 Hamburg restaurants treated his staff + his restaurants better they wouldn't have this problem. Both of these restaurants always running out of product+ lots of broken equipment, resulting in customers getting angry. The Southpark restaurant is shutting off the grill at 10:30pm, when they're supposed to be open until 11pm, because they were told by owner he won't pay overtime. Nobody wants to sit in line + then be told they can't get a burger! Of course customers get angry!! read more

Dining room was filthy, took 30 minutes to get my order and on top of that the food was cold, incorrect and I had to go to the front only to be ignored three times by the staff. I come here regularly, and I'm not even sure why anymore. The food quality isn't great, the restaurant is unfortunately always messy and at times just outright disgusting. They don't pay nearly as much attention to cleanliness as they should - floors, tables, and restrooms are all uncared for at almost all times. All employees seem rather careless and items are typically forgotten if you have a bigger order. Just the other day I watched a cook go into the restroom with gloves on, and minutes later, he came back out wearing the same gloves. As a manager myself, I am appalled at the condition of this McDonald's. I don't recommend this specific franchisee to anyone. read more

This morning I ordered a sausage McMuffin w/ egg, a hash brown, and a coffee. They didn't have the hash brown. The sausage McMuffin was clearly a day old (or older). The English muffin was so dried out and stale I couldn't bite through it. The egg yolk was literally black and had an odd smell. I can't comment on the cheese, sausage or coffee because I tossed it in the garbage. As usual, the service was excessively slow. Save your money and go to Tim Horton's around the corner. So I go here for breakfast sometimes and wow is the wait usually longer than expected. I waited for one Egg McMuffin sandwich for almost 10 minutes as it was partially the person in front of me that ordered like 6 coffees but still. When I finally got up to the window I asked the guy what was going on and he said he was the only one working the front registers for inside and outside! So he was rushing around trying to get everything done himself. Then probably one person cooking food!! It was 5:30am and I just got off of working all night. All I wanted was a breakfast sandwich and to go to sleep. I pull into the drive-thru for this McDonald's which is supposedly 24hrs. I'm the only vehicle here. After sitting at the microphone for 30 seconds or so with no response, the 1 worker inside proceeded to tell me that the store was closed because they were "short staffed." Very unhappy. Got a child's happy meal today, not only did my under 3 child receive a regular toy but the milks expiration date was bad. The milk was 3 days past it's expiration. That is ridiculous, I'm glad I read the milks label before letting my child have it. Very unhappy especially when it comes to them not caring if their items are expired or not. I have been here multiple times and they cannot seem to run this establishment in an orderly fashion. Every time we come here, especially at night not super late, they lock customers out so they can't walk in but then do not answer on the drive thru speakers. Today, it was finally right and got home and burger didn't even have 1/8 of a teaspoon of condiments and about 5 onion pieces. I know they do this, so I asked for side of catsup and mustard. Be warned, they put the mustard loose in a nugget box! They won't tell you and it will spill all over everything. Every other McDonalds had catsup and mustard packets. We always stop at this McD's before getting on the 90 west towards Pittsburgh. There's plenty of parking, it's fast and it's cheap. I don't want to eat very much before or during long drives so this place makes sense to have something small and even get a coffee and/or water. They have some things here for breakfast we don't have in Canada like biscuits (anymore) and things like steak and egg Mcmuffin etc. Not great but you know what you're getting. Watch for the big dip by when exiting the restaurant driveway where the sewer is, they really need to fix that. read more

I had no choice but to give one star for this location since you cannot post without at least one star. But this location deserves not a single one! I have yet to pick up a meal from this location that is not messed up. We all have had cold fries and burgers with cheese thrown on not melted... But recently the chicken nuggets that I got for my 4 year old niece we're cold and raw in the center! I thought that the Nuggets were precooked how is this even possible? My burgers are always missing condiments and I've had two bottom buns and two top buns on a burger before. They will replace your meal if you have an issue but the replacement meal is just as bad. Customer service was bad. Rushed me to order. And the guy completed the order when I wasn't even done. Service at the window was quite rude. Didn't say hi or anything just took the card. My drink wasn't even filled to the top. It was missing a good chunk, enough to be a medium instead of a large. I also ordered sweet, SWEET, ice tea and my drink was definitely unsweetened. Coming home late from Downtown Buffalo after going out with friends, I decided I wanted to get some chicken nuggets and a diet coke before I go to bed. I hate going out with friends and going to bed with a empty stomach. So I decide to go to this McDonalds and pickup 20 piece chicken nugget for 4.99 and a diet coke which is almost $2.00. I'm not sure how they are able to charge so much for a large pop but they do. When I finally get home and chow down on my nuggets, they are hard as rocks. There was not one piece in my 20 piece nuggets that was fresh. All of them tasted like they were sitting under hear the heating elements for at least an hour. They were so dry and rock hard, I almost cut the roof of my mouth eating one. The only way these chicken nuggets were edible was to have them swim in the chicken nugget sauce. It was probably one of the worst chicken nugget meals I have ever had in my life. I knew something was wrong when my order came out faster than a penny hooker trying to turn tricks by the second. The only saving grace from this place is that I love LOVE LOVE, their diet coke. I was reading that McDonalds have their fountain drinks down to a science. The ice is a certain temp, and so is the syrup and the carbonation is also a certain temp and certain amount of carbonation which is propriety to McDonalds only. Will I be coming back to this McDonalds? Probably, only because I was probably drunk and my judgement was cloudy, but when its not one of those days, I will be going to the Derby location. read more
