I am NOT A fast food girl, but I saw Arby's has a new Angus beef cheese steak, so I had to try! Glad I did. Although the pricing may be little inflated, but who has not? The sandwhich is delicious. If I didn't live in Buffalo where we have great food, this would be my go to cheese steak. The steak was seasoned lovely and chopped nicely. Added pepper and onions and then top with a nice amount of garlic aoili. I have no complaints about this sandwhich. Is it worth 14 bucks, not in this area BUT I will give them my money again for it. Also tried their white cheddar man and cheese. Ok is it the best Mac and cheese I've had NO, BUT is it the best fast food Mac and cheese YES! Arby's is back! Maybe I just hit them at an off moment. The restaurant looks very nice and recently remodeled. There was a full staff, and they were quite nice. I ordered a fish sandwich and it was pretty good. The roll was a little squished by the packaging and the fish was not as hot or fresh as I would have liked, but the fish itself was a nice size and tasty just the same. For a side I ordered the Mac and Cheese. That was a mistake. The package comes with a warning label to be careful the food is very hot and to stir it first. It was not very hot. It was barely warm. But the product itself is not great. The cheese is oddly flavored and the noodles were tough and not fully cooked. The portion size is very small. That said, the menu looked interesting. They have angus burgers now in addition to the roast beef. I wonder if you can ask them to cook items fresh for you if you're willing to wait. Accessible on #25 Delaware bus. This is the first time I've been to an Arby's in many years,due to their high prices. But, I had been seeing a commercial for 2/$6 sandwiches & thought I'd have something different for a change. The employees were very nice at the drive thru. They gave me time to figure out what I wanted. I ended up getting 2 Beef & Cheddars and a loaded curly fries. My son got the Traditional Greek Gyro,the Chicken Sandwich & a medium curly fries. We got home & the sandwiches were cold, but the fries were hot. My loaded fries were very good, but there was hardly anything in the container. I had fewer than my son's medium fries & they cost me $3.99. My sandwiches were good, but they were empty. There was hardly any meat inside, so they were not worth the 2/$6. My son said the Gyro was good & he'd pay $3 for another one. His Chicken sandwich on the other hand, was pathetic. There were 2 little chicken nuggets in a bun with the rest of the stuff. I couldn't believe I just paid $3 for that. The amount of fries he got also was not worth the money. I spent over $20 for dinner & was still hungry. That should never happen at a fast food restaurant. When Arby's says "WE HAVE THE MEATS", they mean it ! In spite of not having an Arby's within five miles, I've long been a fan. Curly fries. Horsey Sauce. The specials. The employees. Yes, the employees. I eat at Arby's but only once in a while when I'm in the Delaware/Sheridan area for other reasons. But I went there last Friday for their 2/$5 Fish sandwich. And curly fries... with horsey sauce. Before I even sat down and unwrapped the sandwich, I was favorably impressed. Can't say when I've encountered such pleasant and polite counter and window staff at a fast food place. Oh, you say but Arby's isn't "fast food." I won't be revealing a secret when I say NO place is fast food anymore. Checkers comes closest. Tim Horton's tries to be-- they don't even give a receipt, unless requested, to save time. It doesn't matter which McDonald's I go to for my coffee, I often turn the engine off while waiting in Drive-Thru. The people were so nice, I determined 6 days ago to post a review. Food is good but don't bother trying to use a coupon if you get them in the mail. This is the second time I attempted to use a coupon. The first time I gave the man at the window my card and coupon, and he gave me my food with the receipt with no money off. I figured I wouldn't say anything and let it slide so I left. I Tried to use another coupon tonight and gave the same man at the window as last time cash this time with a coupon, and same thing.. got my change and receipt but no coupon was put in. I really like Arby's synthetic roast beef . I always get the French dip . Lately something been different tools not as fresh as they used to be and the Swiss cheese they use has no taste but the worse part is the au jus . Water down way to much . I was *starving* and really wanted to try The Shack, but at 11:01, they still weren't open so I decided to eat at Arby's instead. I've always loved Arby's, and I'm trying to eat fairly healthy, so it seemed like a good choice. I don't like the doors at Arby's. Every one I've been to has a narrow door that leads to a tiny glass cube, where you have to enter through another narrow door. It's like one of those turning doors at some airports & hotels, only it doesn't turn. Cramped! Arby's has one of the best menus for a fast food joint. I like that you can get some homestyle meals and healthier choices. Everything always tastes fresh. And I have never had a bad roast beef sandwich at that place. This location is no different. If you're looking for a place you can sit and reminisce about the 80s, this might be a good choice given that the interior probably hasn't been updated since then. I'm pretty sure the floor hasn't been mopped since then either. It doesn't look bad, but it's seriously sticky. And near the fountain drink machine there was this very strong urine smell. I didn't notice it until on my way out the door or I'd never have eaten there. Overall, the workers are friendly enough, but seem like maybe they're a little disappointed in their employment situation. The restaurant isn't dirty, but not exactly inviting either. Maybe I haven't been to Arby's in a really long time or maybe this one is particularly nice, but I had a nice quick dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by their daily specials, which range from whole meals to classics to mozzarella sticks. The young guy that took our order was very helpful regarding the coupons that we brought in with us (the main reason we chose to visit) and was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, with tables of all sizes. They have handicap accessible seating as well. The food came out hot and was very good. The limited time mint chocolate shake was awesome and Oreo bites are little addictive pieces of joy to finish off your meal! read more

Absolutely worst service. My order was half missing. No sides at all, 2 sandwiches were made incorrectly, I got the wrong cookie, they said they would provide free drinks for the service and did not and cookie as well. We called to let them know the order was messed up and the worker on the phone proceeded to tell me he saw me leave with all 4 bags when I did not. Accusing me as a liar.
