This is the cleanest 5 guys. The staff is the nicest around. The manager Jason always makes sure to interact with all guests. My only complaint is when I think "Cajun fries" I think Popeyes or rally's fries. The five guy version is just regular fries with some spices thrown on as an after thought. read more

Not so sure what the big deal is here. Burgers are just ok, not great though. Meat could be seasoned more. For fans of really good fresh cut crispy fries, you will be sorely disappointed! They got the fresh cut down, however fail miserably on frying them up crisp. The fries are soggy, mushy, and greasy. They'd be so much better if they did a twice fry on these. Five guys definitely a refreshing new concept for the burger concept market. Great burgers compared to the other chains. You can bet the major chains are concerned about their market being chipped away by a concept that backs up product quality,,,, with a genuine smile and thank you. This is, by far, the cleanest Five Guys I've visited. However, I've had better burgers at the Memphis, Jackson, and D'Iberville locations. Not sure how long this one has been opened as we were just passing through, but maybe they just need to work out some kinks. Also, we ordered the Cajun fries and they were so overly seasoned, it was inedible. I wish I would have thought to take a photo to post here. read more

The first Five Guys I tried was in Pensacola Fl. I had been on the road for quite a while and was hungry and didn't think the burger was bad. Let's say a 7 rating. Then this store opened and I live within 3 miles and went a month after the open and it was packed at 3 in the afternoon. The burger was totally devoid of any seasoning or taste and very greasy, the paper bag attesting to that fact. I stayed away until today and tried again--which will be my last time. Besides no salt or seasoning in the meat, the whole burger had what I can best describe as an unappetizing smell and taste. And the fries were loaded with cumin spice. Today was my first time eating at this fast food restaurant . The food is prepared at time of ordering, so it's always hot and fresh. You choose your toppings at no extra charge(ex. Lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, etc). I had the bacon cheeseburger, and I loved it. The burgers are great! The service is great! read more

Pretty good and fresh for a fast food type place!

Good burgers, and I always tell my kids about how burgers are NOT food. I am willing to forgo healthier options and have a burger and fries from this place, and this place only. You can choose from a small burger(which is not small) or a regular burger and pay extra for bacon and cheese. All the other toppings which include grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, green peppers and A.1 sauce among other things, are FREE! Have it your way. The fries are fresh cut and you can opt to get them seasoned with something that tastes more like Lawry's rather than Tony Chacherie's. They also have malt vinegar if you are into that. There is no drive through and your food is not prepared until you order, so it is more like medium, rather than fast- food. Dining area is bright and the kids (or the grown ups) can entertain themselves by shelling roasted peanuts while waiting on orders. P.S. If you are taking food to go, you may want to bring newspaper or something to protect your car seat from the increasingly more greasy as time goes on brown paper bag they serve their food in. read more

Not sure what all the great reviews are for. The patties are taken right off the flat top and put into the bun. Makes the whole burger soggy and falls apart before half eaten. All ingredients are fresh however it doesn't have much flavor. The toppings are not free, you pay for them whether you want them or not. Bacon cheeseburger, little French fry and small drink $13.89. For that they should serve cheddar not American and at least put a little salt and pepper on the meat while cooking. Fries are very greasy and it shows on the paper bag. Maybe that's why they serve them in a brown paper bag, to soak up some of the oil. I've eaten at the one in Clearwater, Fl twice and the one in Covington, La just now. Just not worth the money and just too bland. Maybe it's my southern Louisiana high expectations for tasty food. Peanuts are okay. Will never go back. I hate saying this but Burger King is much better and I don't care for Burger King. read more

I am giving them a good review because I feel as though they do their best to accommodate people if something is wrong. mr. billy was willing to help and comped my order that night, which I totally forgot to mention.i think we all as humans need to be more considerate. If you just want to grab a quick burger this is your place. You order at the counter. You tell them what you want on your burger. The french fries come in a paper bag. You get a large serving enough for 2 or 3 people. They also come spicy. These are called cajun fries. The hot dogs are good. You can order them with condiments of your choice. All and all one of the better fast food hamburger places. read more
