He's always helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to make your visit here a good one. (He even remembers his customers names!) It would make sense that the staff here is also great. They follow his lead. The store is always clean and tidy, and the food is literally the best around. They even grill mushrooms for my burger, unlike all the others that just put them o n straight out of the container. The food is prepared with care and it shows. Always hot and fresh. You should try this location if you haven't. It's again, worth the drive!

I saw the rowdy "kid" play area (and could hear them) I get the reviews complaining, however it really is a lack of parenting issue, not the restaurant. The signature drinks, once being a "western sunset" , menu says 10$ in a maybe 6 ounce plastic cup (smallest cocktail I've seen at a restaurant) ended up being 12$ each on the bill. That is why I'm deducting a star, it was 20% higher for each tiny drink than expected. Bartender was very nice woman. I would return here for the wonderful view and tasty burger. I wouldn't order a dinky drink again.

You also get to choose from a variety of sides. They give you a generous portion of the sides as well. The views of the water are pretty, and if you have young kids, there is a big playground right next to the dining area! This is a well thought out restaurant with fun amenities for the whole family. I highly recommend.

Ordered some fabulous drinks tonight and got served in a big way by Jhace! Freki, too!…read more Tiff and Doug got Diet Limeades with real fruit strawberries, and I had a Diet Dr Pepper with real fruit - cherries and limes. I wonder if I like this drink because it's so good, or if I like it because of the book The Neon Rain? Or both? I dunno, but it's a great drink combo! From the great taste of the Dr Pepper with the lime and cherry, down to the last of the Sonic ice where I can squeeze the last bit of lime on top of the cherries and crunchy nuggets, then enjoy it as a dessert! And that Strawberry Limeade? Man, that's almost a toss-up, to be real. What a terrific combination. And right now, 1/2 price drinks? That's gonna get us back in for the weekend, for sure. Super hard to resist Smashers on the menu, too, and all the slushes you can stand. Thanks for Freki's pup cup, Jhace, you're the bomb!

I was complaining because they forgot the sauce that goes on the portobello chicken I got, then I bit into the chicken breast and it was completely raw on the inside we're talking pink raw. Tonight we tried the new Smasher Burgers at Sonic. Neither of us have been real smash-burger fans,…read morebut it's growing on us after tonight. Petunia got the double, but me, I got the triple. I definitely recommend the triple; the patties are super-thin and crispy - which is terrific on the burger, I just liked the extra meat. We ordered them like they came; cheese, onion, pickle, Smash sauce on a potato bun. With the crispy salty patties, creamy cheese and sauce, plus the crunchy pickles and pungent onions, this was a really nice flavor experience - kudos to Sonic for this one, I liked it as much as the garlic butter burger. - First-date tip: hold the onions! They were super delicious, but very strong flavored, and I wouldn't have even wanted to kiss myself after eating them. :) The Groovy Fries were, well, GROOVY. And not just the crinkle-cut, they were extra crispy, but not overcooked, and are going to be my new go-to as long as they last. Tots are king, but when these fries are visiting, I'm grabbing 'em. The Groovy sauce wasn't our favorite. Eh, it was creamy and a little spicy, but there was something in it I didn't care for. No big deal, of course, I keep some CFA sauce on hand for these kinds of emergencies. Finished up our order with a couple of giant drinks, mine with lime and cherry. I really enjoy squeezing the lime into what's left of the ice, then chewing it up with the cherry. It's like the dessert you didn't order! Speaking of ordering, we used the app tonight. Man, that was cool - placed the order from the warmth of our home while the car heated up, got in for the short ride to the store and checked in...seconds later we were on the way home with our hot food and the memory of a perfect smile from our lovely carhop.
