Went to get some snacks around 10:00ish and the cashier had the door locked while she was sitting in her car on the phone watching people walking up to the door and trying to get in to get there needs and it shows the store is 24hours no note was left on the door as well to let anyone know if she might of took break!!! poor business if u ask me I've worked at a convenient store and this is a big no no!!!! read more

If you exit here you need to make a fueling decision quickly there isn't much past this one for quite a ways it seems - I actually made an efficient but illegal u-turn to get here. It's a Racetrac which is a recognizable name in the south - this brand comes with it's good and it's bad like any other brand on the planet. I typical don't favor one brand over the other particularly become the oil prices are controlled by illogical greet mongers who exploit whatever they can for the almighty dollar and theses dispensaries are just dealing the cards. So for me it comes down to how this fuel dump is managed and designed, five stars being its somewhat convenient and the pawns working here are doing the best they can with what they have. In this case I had no interaction with the humans working here so that's plus one star, the prices are competitive so that's another star, the place wasn't dumpy so we'll given them another one - my truck holds 36 gallons of fuel and the pump latch doesn't work so deduct a star, the distance between the pumps and the vehicles parking at the front of the store presents a risk of having an idiot back into my truck while opening their beer and backing up while trying to manage the worlds longest ash on their Marlboro Red hanging from their mouth so deduct a second star it's simple math really... read more

Cheap gas. Of course the cheap gas attracts a lot of people, so be prepared, this station can get packed. The pumps are set up like Chevron. 93 octane is on the left. Most other stations have it on the right. I believe this is an attempt to have people who don't pay attention, pump the wrong grade. People who don't pay attention probably deserve to pay more anyway. read more

Stopped and got gas but went inside to use the restroom after a fill up, supposedly no bathroom. I guess the employees have to work with going to the restroom. read more

Condiment bar is disgusting. Found the head of a roach in my hotdog bun. Took it to the cashier trying to be polite & discrete about it. He loudly told me just throw it away and blurted it out to the cashier next to him. She said, "pssht, he should be knowin'." Gas receipt at cashier but three lines was very long and they weren't moving very fast so I missed getting reimbursed from my employer rather than wait. read more

Prime location for a gas station, just north of I-12 on Causeway. A large lot that is well lit and quite visible from the street. There are 4 islands with a total of 8 pumps. The place is always busy with a fair amount of foot traffic going from the pumps into the large, clean c-store. Friendly staff working the counter, usually has at least 2, if not 3 clerks working the counter. Good example of how some companies envision modern gas stations... Use cheap gas to get people into your well lit service area, and entice them inside the store to buy higher margin items. And it seems to be working here. read more

Pumps hardly ever work. There's always, ALWAYS a problem with the card readers on the pumps. Save yourself some time, and go next door. Place is rundown, dirty, and broken. read more

I love this location. It can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends. Watch out when navigating near the gas pumps. I love their selection of fountain drinks and frozen beverages (Icee's). Besides hot dogs, they usually have an assortment of other hot snacks on the hot dog roller. Large selections of beer, soft drinks and other convenience store grub. The employees always greet you and take care of your needs promptly. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with soap and toilet paper. Soft toilet paper at that. I only gave it four stars because anything more just seems wrong for a gas station. read more

This location used to have a Louisiana Lottery Winstation Automatic Ticket Vending Machine. It has been removed by the lottery, and lottery tickets can only be purchased at the counter now. This location has had jackpot winners that is why I have played there. The other northbound lane RaceTrac location about 2 miles by the CVS Pharmacy @ Harrison & 190 has a Winstation, that location has had jackpot winners also. read more

I watched this place being built and was amazed at how big it is. This place is a monster with approx 48 pumps. It also for now has the lowest gas prices on Causeway North. In fact it is responsible for getting prices down at other stations as well. And the store is big and clean with all the usual stuff. Glad it opened. read more

This has got to be the most incompetent gas station I've ever been to in my entire life. The associate that took my money did not know how to turn on a gas pump! It was a 25 minute ordeal! To top it off, she also had an attitude! read more

This gas station is the binge dream. If you are going to go ALL out with junk food this is the place to go They have a full service yogurt bar, fresh pastries, fancy coffee, ice cream/candy/milkshake/icee/smoothie galore. They even have quest bars here Sometimes I have to pump gas & NOT go inside because every time without fail there is something I want to eat!! LOL read more

The coffee wasn't quite ready and they were understaffed and PACKED. Still handled the long line professionally and politely - before 8 am! At the register, the attendant comped a coffee that a patron had to wait for. Shout out to Kay! read more
