It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, as if we were an inconvenience for needing a scheduled service. I completely understand staffing challenges, but that shouldn't be expressed toward patients. A more professional tone would have made a big difference. Also, you are supposed to wait 15-20 minutes after vaccines to make sure there aren't any complications and he sent us on our way. He didn't care he just wanted us gone and him to be done.

I called the cvs complaint hotline for them to take the report and the operator took his reports and said they will do an internal investigation (into what I consider to be patient abuse) ! Be proud of who you are and what you represent , think for your co workers , customers, humanity , the oath you took or the amount of student debt it took for you to get here to act this way This is not how you treat infirmary customers looking for relief !!! I'm always courteous- please, thank you, etc... and very tolerant of less than courteous staff as I don't know there struggles. I didn't get a receipt because, hey, $5 and I watched it close out. I wake up the next day to find I've been charged $100. I go to ask the manager what the deal was and was informed that when you pay with a card at this gas station the ~BANK~ pends an extra $100-150 and I would get the money back in 3-4 days. SAY What? The full amount was posted minutes after we left the station. I'm asking the owner to provide CCTV and explanation further, whether I was compromised, a pump was broken (refer to below review), or something else is up with the staff --go the extra mile to the next station and save yourself and bank account headache.
