Pharmacy was fine and everyone was wonderful especially the tall man with dark hair and brown eyes and the blonde woman also very kind and helpful !! except for Nija completely interrupting my phone call with my healthcare system by banging Plastic boxes extremely loudly against one another right by the drop off window where I was clearly on the phone . When I asked her to stop she refused and kept hitting the boxes slamming them around very click clack against the counter and gave me this defiant look. Then she decided to yell at me from behind the counter with micro aggressions , giving me hundred facial expressions and all the attitude you could expect from a Petulant teenager from inside of her glorified goldfish bowl . Her face was contorting as she hurled backhanded remarks my way complete with all the 1-raised eyebrow and all the eye rolls , as her mouth crumpled up as she sputtered out her little utterances between going from one expression to the next . I thought plaque dont crack yet here we are ? did she not go to college -and go through a hiring process -to get this job ??? she is actually throwing herself down the trash by being rude to the sick patients who come for their medications ? Her colleagues jaws dropped as she humiliated herself at my expense . I called the cvs complaint hotline for them to take the report and the operator took his reports and said they will do an internal investigation (into what I consider to be patient abuse) ! Be proud of who you are and what you represent , think for your co workers , customers, humanity , the oath you took or the amount of student debt it took for you to get here to act this way This is not how you treat infirmary customers looking for relief !!! Communication is terrible, there is No attention to detail on prescriptions handed out, so make sure to check what they give you or you go to the back of the line to get poor service all over again. Personnel here are terrible and couldn't care less. read more

I was in the cvs on hwy 21 Saturday about 12:30 p.m. I respectfully and politely asked a sales associate if they had a particular battery. She looked directly at me and completely ignored me and walk away. At some point after she asked " what are you looking for. Of course I declined her request she then walked away. Very disturbing circumstance for me. Although I will not judge all of the employees as I did not see any, I will extend the benefit of the doubt. The first person was obviously distraught. So be careful, maybe don't engage any employee. read more

Let me start by saying the people working there are polite but they are not going the Extra mile for anyone! Every month I get life saving injections and often they do not have them and say they are on back order. When I tell them I need them they look at me like I'm stupid. I'd just moved here when I selected this place as my pharmacy. Each time there are long delays and a huge lack of communication. Today I walked in and stood at the pharmacy counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence. I know they are busy and I don't mind waiting but 2 employees looked right at me and did not say a single word. I've just changed the pharmacy where I pickup. read more

I absolutely DESPISE this pharmacy. Horrible service. Rude, cranky, unfriendly staff. They constantly send text alerts saying prescriptions are ready, and when I get there, they tell me they are either not ready or are out of the meds altogether. When I ask why I was texted and told they were ready, they always reply "that's the computer, not us." They've never once apologized and seem to feel blaming THEIR $#@$ computer excuses their horrible service. One by one, my family has pulled all out prescriptions from this horrible pharmacy we've supported for 6 years, thank God! One more left to pull next month I'm we're done with this disgusting place. I am not sure if it is just my local CVS that has issues or if it is being prompted by their corporate office. I intentionally told the pharmacy, at both the local and corporate level, to not do auto refills and that when I needed something, I would call to fill it. I only have one reoccurring prescription so I should be an easy customer to have. However, as the dosage level changes at the direction of my doctor, an auto refill just adds complications. I ended up getting a prescription for allergy medication to try, but my doctor wanted me to try an over the counter first, so I told the pharmacy to not do the refill and just keep it on file. I advised I would contact them if I needed to fill it. This resulted in 30 days of daily phone calls and texts asking me to sign up for auto refill and to fill the script. I had 12 phone calls and 6 texts messages in a week. At one point, this became even worse than telemarketers. They (CVS) my cell phone from different numbers, they called from cooperate, then they called from the local pharmacy. For weeks told them to stop calling and texting and was met with attitude and excuses. Finally, I changed my prescriptions to Walgreens, and I asked CVS to purge my records from their system. CVS advised they could not. Walgreens called to get my script transferred over and CVS claimed I didn't have any. Strange, because I was still getting multiple calls and texts while working and even during the weekend at times ranging from early morning till night? I was just contacted by CVS the day prior to trying to switch pharmacies as well telling me to refill a script after I told them no at least a dozen times prior. My final complaint is, if you go there in person, they are still in the dark ages of technology and they print a one to three foot receipt filled with coupons that often have nothing to do with things you actually purchase there. Here is some advice for CVS: stop the harassing texts and calls, no means no. And please, stop wasting paper and killing trees to print multiple feet of coupons on receipts. If you have so many coupons you insist on offering, add them to an app or a digital coupon catalogue. Get with the times and stop wasting resources! read more

When I need to "grab a couple things" at the store, this is my stop of choice. They have good sales on snack foods and a decent selection of refrigerated/frozen items... perfect for that late night ice cream craving. Pretty good selection of wines and liquors too (considering they are a pharmacy). Like every CVS, they have extensive health care, personal care, cosmetics, and greeting card sections. The staff at this location are very helpful and friendly, which is the main reason I like to shop here. read more

Very disappointed in CVS since they took over Target pharmacy in Covington. I realize companies need a transition time but my prescription was incorrect and their telephone line was down for days so I couldn't even contact them. I dropped off a prescription, they told me it would be ready in half hour. When I came back they told me pharmacist had gone to lunch so would be another hour. There are just too many other pharmacy options out there so bye bye CVS. read more
