Food is always of great quality and the service is good for a fast casual spot. Plenty of parking, and this location has a drive through. The last time we were there, we ate in and the dining room is bright, clean and airy. My go to is a little hamburger with most of the toppings. A regular burger will have two patties. its pretty quiet in this location. stopped by for a quick pick up on the way to get some groceries. it was fairly a reasonable wait time. i got a regular cheese burger and its was not bad, just right amount of salt and not too greasy since I didn't put a lot of extra stuff in it. my husband got a burger too and he seems to be satisfied with his order read more

This is a new five guys location, but is just as fast and good as the others. The people working here are very nice and efficient! It's a convenient place to stop when driving north on route 1. The bathrooms and facility are also clean. The food is exactly what you expect from five guys, better than other fast food options but just as fast. After arriving at Boston Logan international airport on a balmy Thursday afternoon in mid October 2024, my friend picked me up and we headed north. We ended up here at Five Guys Burgers in Saugas, after being indecisive about where to go for dinner. We also have Five Guys in Hawaii, so I'm familiar with them. Five Guys is basically a custom burger place that serves up quality burgers with what you want and everything is ala carte. You can spend a lot of money on just one combo. I decided to treat my friend for dinner, since he was driving me around Boston and eventually to Manchester, NH for the evening. We had time to kill, so we dined in. The entire experience was quite nice, even though it was a fast food thing. We spent about an hour here from start to finish. The only thing that gets me is the sticker, shocked of the items, even though it's all à la carte, it still $40 for two people. Almost like spending the same amount in the actual restaurant versus fast food. In any event, the ambience here at this guys burger restaurant was quite nice. There wasn't any buddy here during the time that we were here, so it was very quiet, except for thestaff who was talking amongst themselves while cooking. not really a huge fan of five guys burgers, but they can cook a really mean burger when it comes to preparing with them and McDonald's or Burger King. The quality involved is quite a notch higher than that of working at McDonald's, even Jack in the Box. I guess you just have to know what you like in a burger and five guys knows how to do things. The over experience here at this Five Guys burger restaurant in Saugas, Massachusetts was legitimately good and okay at the same time. The restaurant itself was fairly large and could sit maybe 30 people at one time for in person dining. I didn't think that there was any air-conditioning that was felt in anyway possible, but it was more comfortable. I did enjoy the digital self drink dispensary. It is pretty cool, considering that other restaurants near me, McDonald's and others that have only a limited number of drink flavors to choose from. Here with this digital one, you have a lot more choices. I feel like. The service here was decidedly okay and typical of fast food restaurants. I was glad that I knew what I wanted so I don't have to fit around like I was a newbie or something. For the most part though, we get quality burgers and fries at your convenience. I think that the signature of five guys burgers is that they would load up the french fries in a big bag and let it spill all over, if you ordered fries. They also do shakes as well, but wished I had ordered that in addition that evening. Oh well. They are good from what I remember. If you are in the area, and craving a big old burger or a cheeseburger, consider coming to this five guys location and have a ball. Five Guys is essentially a level beyond from What do you expect from the other guys in the fast food burger. Maybe Five Guys is part of the custom burger category. The fries are pretty good but prefer Burger King's fries, to be honest. This Five Guys burger restaurant is located at 1234 Main Street In Saugas, Massachusetts. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, they have a small parking lot area for those who wish to either dine in or order take out. Not sure if you do public transportation but double check to see if any mix of the local bus routes or the T can get you to here. If you're like me, public transportation is the way to go, but on this trip to Five Guys Saugas, I arrived here with my friend by private vehicle and left here with them. There's always Uber and/Lyft if you need them, but practical purposes, best thing to do is to get or rent a car for expedited travel to get here from wherever you are originating from. And so, if you want a better quality burger in your life or just want an alternative to the usual places in the fast food industry, consider Five Guys burger restaurant if you are in the Boston area. It's quite good and definitely recommend it, especially after traveling 10 ish hours from Honolulu, HI. And if you dine here, you can refill your drink as much as you can before you gotta find a restroom.
