Ordered a sandwich. It arrived when it said it would. Order was packed neatly. Sandwich was straightforward although a bit light on condiments which for them is unusual. Bread was also a bit tough. But the turkey was generously portioned and the cherry peppers were packed in a decent container on the side as I asked. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #7 Turkey and Provolone, giant - Fast Food Near Me - Swampscott, Massachusetts

I have no idea what sauce this is but if someone can tell me, what is it I had it in my sandwich a couple days ago at Jersey Mike's. I think it's white a little bit cloudy and it's very very tangy The lady at the desk kept telling me to go F myself. There was an old man pleasuring himself in the corner no comment. read more

The main problem is the value. The taste is very good, but I had to pay for 3 VERY thinly sliced pieces of provolone (you could see through them) on a wrap with 3 pieces of very thinly slices roast beef. I tasted good, bit it cost $14 for the medium size (they ask you to pay an extra 20% for the employees to do their jobs!). I could have bought 1/4 lb of roast beef and 1/4 of provolone plus a tomato, some lettuce and use the pita in my freezer for less than that . I give them a boooo, on the scale of Hoorah and booo read more

While the food at Jersey Mike's is generally fine, I've had consistently bad experiences with their mobile ordering. Nearly every time I place an order through their app, something is wrong-missing ingredients, incorrect sandwiches, or items left out entirely. What's most frustrating is that there's no sign of even trying to get it right or improve the process. If you're looking for a place that values accuracy and cares about its customers, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, because Jersey Mike's just doesn't seem to make the effort. read more

One additional item I want to express, aside from the favorable remark I previously wrote. As a repeat customer facial recognition, warm happy to see you again smile and greeting, (knowing of selected preference) reinforces the management's expenditure of any advertising. As a longtime previous owner of an international major item franchise, positive word of mouth invaluable. read more

The Subs for here are fresh made to order after eating the subs here I will never go back to eating subway and the prices are very reasonable and good quality food well worth the money read more

The worst place for mobile ordering rn. I order 2 simple subs 45 minutes ago, should've been ready a half hour ago and it's STILL NOT READY! yes, I'm still waiting as we speak. Horrible place. Smh read more

Don't ever disrespect yourself by ordering food from this place. There's no less than 15 world class sub shops a stones throw in any direction from the front door of this chain read more

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The "Owner", or so he says he is, is extremely rude and condescending. Don't bother walking in to try and order food an hour before close because you will get treated with utter disdain. Ive had several poor experiences here, but today I walked in there and got nothing but rude attitude and treated with total disrespect. It would be one thing if they had real, great fresh food, but the food is mediocre at best. You're way better off going to any of the other 100's of sub shops in the area. If you're determined to get a chicken philly, there are 2 other places called, "Charlie's Philly Steaks". They have really, really good chicken Philly's, and the service is much better. I will definitely not be ordering from Jersey Mike's again and I live right around the corner. read more

Food is great, employees are also great, only thing is it takes really long because the line is always long. The quality takes time I get it but the online orders mixed with the in person orders makes it a mess. Definitely give this place a try but try not to go at lunch rush read more

Vibes were high. Staff was super nice! Sandwich was made with perfection and HITTTTT the spot. All around great experience

For the second time In a row, our order (placed through Jersey Mike's app and delivered by DoorDash) was incomplete. So, after delivery fees and tips and paying for food we didn't get we basically paid over $40.00 for 2 small subs that we did get. Didn't have an opportunity to check because it was delivered contactless. Called the delivery driver but she couldn't understand English. Called the store and they said they couldn't refund an online order. She said we could drive to the store (5 miles away) at rush hour and she'd 'see what she could do'. DoorDash says the problem is with Jersey Mike's, JM says the problem is with the online app. The online app doesn't have a way to refund. Only says "Leave a comment". Well we did that and nothing. Poof! Bye bye $40.00 GFYS Jersey Mike's. read more

We have tried this place twice now. The first time we ordered the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak regular and a chipotle cheese steak regular. Both were great but smaller than expected since it was described to be enough for 2 people, in which it wasn't. The second time we ordered the same sandwiches but were disappointed when we saw the bacon ranch chicken cheese steak sub didn't have the lettuce and tomatoes it was supposed to have. However, the chipotle cheese steak was more saucy the second time. Mixed feelings, probably will try this place again and will give an update. read more

Numerous opportunities for this Jersey Mike's location to perform, and each of my last 4 visits have been more disappointing than the last. There will not be a visit number 5. They are constantly underestimating to go order timing (by 15-20 min!), in-person orders are written down and not made in front of you, and as a result, the sandwiches have always been made without care to the order specs (ie, wrong toppings, wrong cuts of meat, etc). I'm a huge Jersey Mike's fan, but I'm sad to say this location does not live up to the brand standard. read more

Food is great. Customer service is an absolute joke. You can't even call to place an order that make you go right to the website so if you have a coupon it's useless because when you go there to pick up food they look at you like you have three heads. Horrible customer service. A smile and thank you go a long way. You won't get one here. read more

I was here at 7 pm on April 3 and the people working were so nice and playing great music. The food was incredible too. This is a really good location and the student meal deal is great for college students. 10/10 read more

There was a time when I held Jersey mikes above the rest such as the "eat fresh" place but that has now changed since for some odd reason the swampscott store has hired people that have NO business being there since they are clueless at best and that is being nice... you pay 16 bucks for a steak and cheese sub with mayo and get no mayo and the little if any cheese what so ever then try and contact them this has happened 2 times in a row and will not happen again and we have spent a lot of money at this location that has come to an end and if we do want a sub from now on we will go to the eat fresh place at least there you KNOW it will be bad and you won't be surprised the people that work there have proven this location doesn't not care about what they preach which is top notch customer service because it does not exist there so we are done and i would imagine the owner of this franchise is not in business to loose money but guess what, because of this staff they just have grats on that read more

I walked in straight to register there was a guy ahead of me picking up his food so I stand at the register for like 3 minutes no acknowledgement from Mikes staff at all then another guy walks in straight to the deli not even in the store a minute he's asked "how can I help you" from staff. So now I speak up and say you don't see me here as same as the guy who was waiting for his pick up even spoke up. So I told the kid no worries so then now all of the kids must've got a wind of it and made me the nastiest steak and cheese ever. There's a first and last time for everything!!! I'm new to the neighborhood and I won't even think about recommending this place to my friends!!! This place is also very expensive!!! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Effing disgusting!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Swampscott, Massachusetts

If you need to grab something quick and tasty I highly recommend Jersey Mike's. They have excellent subs with great service. I highly recommend the Italian sub, it's my favorite. read more

Staff are abrupt- Went into store and asked "are you picking up? " - I wasn't so told to come to counter. Stood there for 4-6 minutes and no one acknowledged me. When I finally ordered my food, and then waited for another 20 min ( only person in store ) I got to register.Large sub is $17? More bread than filling!!! not a as dreary experience Food tastes good but D'Angelos has same subs WAY cheaper! read more

I work right next to there and honestly the manager is super cool and I'm just really grateful that we have this sandwich shop next to my store because it gives me phenomenal lunches. Also Maddie is a fantastic chef, the sandwich she made me was great. read more

I order from this restaurant a lot and 99% of the time the food is great. And that's the foolish you can send today was an exception and I'm not pleased. The issue today shows that they have very little training and very little common sense. I ordered a tuna salad sub. Normally when you order a tuna salad sub you get tuna mixed with some mayonnaise on a sub roll. For some reason they didn't do that today. Today, they gave me tuna mixed with some mayo and then slathered mayonnaise all over the sub roll and then put the tuna salad onto the mayonnaise laden sub roll. It was disgusting. If this had been a simple mistake of missing toppings or something like that I can understand because that happens sometimes. But come on guys, nobody puts that much mayonnaise on anything. Whoever made that sandwich should have known better. read more

Just went to jersey Mikes for a quick lunch and the customer service was fantastic. Yummy sandwich too!

I was always tempted by the commercials to try this chain and today was the day. I was pleasantly greeted as I walked in and proceeded to order a turkey sub. The roll was cut in half and the turkey slices were razor thin but generous in amount. I added fixings and spicy mustard and was happy with the results. The price seemed fair and given it's in Vinnin Square, there is plenty of parking. read more

Just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time at lunch yesterday. The location is clean, service was very prompt and the servers are friendly. The regular size size Italian sub is $8.95, so it is more expensive than some other shops, but I think it is worth it. The sub tasted great. The meat and cheese are sliced to order. The bread is fresh and delicious! I will definitely come back. Much better than the competition. read more

This chain is slightly more expensive than subway and tastes slightly more fresh. The biggest comparison is in the bread. While Subway has Italian herb bread, JMS has rosemary parmesan bread that is more fresh and flavorful. When I order from here, I have found many sandwiches come with oil and vinegar, which are very messy. I remove these dressings and add just mayo. read more

Pretty sure I just had the most amazing experience ever at a Jersey Mike's location (and can shamelessly admit I have been to QUITE a few since they first opened). The cashiers at this location were charismatic, knowledgeable and overall gave me a pleasant experience. Counters and prep area were well cleaned, when I asked for one of my sandwiches to be prepared "Mike's Way", the young woman making the sandwich was thoughtful enough to put the oil and vinegar on the side-- SO SMART because I hate when I wait too long and have a soggy sammy. My whole day was made by this experience. Shoutout everyone on shift this afternoon!! read more

Okay, glad this is here. The good... They cut the meats to order, paper thin, which makes for an outstanding sandwich. Also, the role is exceptional. Very good food, above most sub shops and puts poor Subway to shame. The not-as-good... its great food, but it's not cheap. I got a medium Italian sub combo (chips and large drink) for around $13 or so. Probably would have been a couple bucks cheaper at Subway, but definitely not as good. read more

I tried JERSEY MIKES SUBS in Swampscott MA because I had a buy-one-get-one coupon. I ordered a #26 Chicken and Bacon sub for my wife and a #56 Big Kahuna Philly Steak and Cheese sub for moi. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Service was fast and I was on my way in about ten minutes. My wife reported her sandwich was very tasty but "a little too salty". Mine was fine but I would expect no less from a restaurant that has its' origins in South Jersey. My comments are: 1: These sandwiches ae definitely not for anyone in a low sodium/low fat diet. 2: The way they name the sandwiches is very misleading for a first time customer; a "Regular" is in fact half a full sub roll and a "Giant" is the whole bun. Mine with tax would have been $19.00 but since I had a coupon it was only $$4.75 each which was reasonable. Summary: Pleasant clean atmosphere, friendly staff. Good hot tasty food, not diet conscious served quickly but on the expensive side. read more

The best freshest cold cut subs around. They cut the meat right in front of you, then add fresh vegetables of your choice. If you're just kind of hungry they have a mini sub. The large is very large. They also make hot subs which are ok, not great. read more
