Wow! Best burgers served consistently. Always fresh, high quality ingredients, and delicious! Fast, friendly service and comfy burger joint vibe. Beef and potatoes fresh cooked daily. Expansive list of additions to your burger to make it a truly personal and delectable dining experience. Bravo 5 Guys!!

The food was fresh, hot, and timely. This location looks to get a lot of traffic because they were dropping fries left and right - super excited to get fresh food! The burger was juicy with all the right amount of toppings. Not to much of one or the other - just a good balance. Don't come here looking for McDonald's pricing or type of burgers. This isn't that type of place. One thing to not, if you are allergic to peanuts - DO NOT ENTER! They have peanuts and I believe the fries are cooked in peanuts. If you do not have this as an issue, then I believe you should give them a try. They are simple - not a lot things on the menu - burger or hot dog? Simple toppings and some fries. Want a drink? Grab one...bottle water is offered as well.

I love it here. They may be priced high but it's worth it. Made right there for you. While you wait, Get some peanut to eat for free. Milkshakes are really good also. Crazy how many toppings you can add on. Next time try the cooked onions. Wow. Go here people and eat

It doesn't get much better than Five Guys. So fortunate to have one so close to home. Their burgers are well known for their juiciness and flavors, and they truly do not disappoint. Their natural cut French fries are top notch and also very addictive so be careful. If you have been eating good all week and you need a light at the end of the tunnel for a well-deserved cheat meal, then look no further than Five Guys. I've had many a burger from many a place over the years, but hands down Five Guys is my fave hamburger go to spot and #1 in my book.

I rolled in and ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, and let me tell you, this bowl had personality. The sauce had a little zip -- not the kind that makes you question your life choices, but the kind that taps you on the shoulder and says, "Hey buddy, wake up, we're doing this." The noodles were spot‑on: not mushy, not stiff, just that perfect "I know what I'm doing" texture. The chicken was so tender it practically apologized for being delicious, and the tofu? Locked in the flavor like it had signed a lease. Every bite felt intentional -- like someone in the kitchen actually cares, which is refreshing in a world where some places treat seasoning like a suggestion. Service was friendly, the vibe was relaxed, and the food came out like it had somewhere important to be -- my table. Scratch Kitchen gets a solid 5‑Star Green P -- pull over, park it, and enjoy the ride.

We grabbed a table out on the patio, which honestly ended up being one of the highlights of the night. Every so often, a freight train would roll by in the distance, giving the whole evening this oddly charming small-town-industrial backdrop that somehow worked perfectly with a cold local beer in hand. Speaking of beer -- I started with the SOUTHERN BASIL SAISON from Fullsteam, and wow. Saison lovers, do not skip this one. Crisp, refreshing, slightly peppery, with just enough basil on the finish to make it feel unique without overpowering the style. Then came the appetizers, and this is where things escalated quickly. First up: the Pork Belly Bites. Crispy pork belly tossed with Brussels sprouts in a Thai chili-hoisin glaze, topped with scallion slaw and sesame seeds. This dish was absolutely unreal. Sweet, savory, crispy, sticky, spicy -- every bite hit. Honestly, the ratio of pork belly to everything else was wildly generous, and the bowl disappeared embarrassingly fast at our table. Mandatory order. Then the Scratch Fries arrived, and suddenly we understood why people probably split meals here. Hand-cut fries loaded with shaved ribeye, Worcestershire cheese sauce, spicy bib sauce, candied bacon, ranch, and scallions... basically chaos in the best possible way. The portion was massive, decadent, and fully committed to excess. I genuinely don't know how anyone transitions from these appetizers to an actual entrée without needing a nap afterward. Scratch Kitchen & Taproom somehow manages to feel like a neighborhood hangout for beer nerds and a destination for seriously good comfort food. Great patio, killer local taps, huge portions, and appetizers that completely stole the show..

Pretty neat rendition of a traditional product. I had a Heat wave burger, which I thought was going to be really spicy, but was pretty medium, for me... Nice looking spot on the inside, with either ample table or bar seating, so take your pick. This is the spot where they just announced that the theater will be closing, and demolished forever... in Park West, and I did notice a lot of closed businesses, but that I think is a separate issue relating to the ridiculous rents that they are asking for in Wake as a whole.

The Cary location vibe is elegant without being intimidating and less cramped than the Chicago restaurant. The service was impeccable. Our server, Reid provided helpful recommendations and gave us feedback on our choices. His knowledge of the menu was clearly thorough. We tried the "knuckle sandwich", the roadside smash, and the rigatoni and meatballs - all of which were outstanding. At Reid's suggestion we paired the burger and lobster sandwich with the crispy jalapeños side - so good. We rounded out the meal with a hazy ipa and a cider, both local and delicious. All in all, a fantastic dinner.

The staff is consistently friendly, the food is always great, and the space is clean, lively, and welcoming. It works just as well for families and date nights as it does for friend gatherings or corporate dinners, whether it's a large group or just a few of us out for an offsite meal. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The appetizers are all solid, and I'm fairly certain I've taken down an entire guacamole plate on my own before. The Caesar salad is a favorite, and I usually choose between one of their steaks, which has never disappointed. We've also dined with people who have dietary restrictions including gluten-free and vegetarian needs, and the kitchen has always been accommodating. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and parking has always been easy and convenient, which is a big plus when you're coming in with a group. One small, constructive note from earlier visits is that a couple of servers were newer and less comfortable with wine recommendations. This is completely understandable and didn't detract from the experience, but having a quick backup or simple pairing guidance could make business dinners even smoother. On our most recent visit, I arrived late and the group had already ordered wine, and the selections were excellent. The food was outstanding, the service was seamless, and everything came together beautifully. Overall, Doc B's continues to be a reliable, enjoyable spot with great food, a welcoming vibe, and strong service. I always look forward to coming back when I'm in town, and if you're ever on the fence, don't hesitate. It's absolutely worth the visit.
