One of the smaller locations that I have seen. As usual, I got my fill of their complimentary peanuts. I ordered a hog dog for the very first time. It was ok IMHO, nothing extraordinary. I'm going to stick to getting their hamburgers in the future. One note is that they were very generous with the fries!

Following my first (and what had previously been my only) trip to Five Guys years ago, I'd long wondered if I should go back and give them a second chance. My experience was disappointing, but considering how so many people seem to like them, I've always figured I should go back just to see if my opinion would be any different after all of this time. And I have to say - it has. Though it's still not as glowing as how others seem to feel, it's safe to say my most recent meal was far more successful! If you've never been, Five Guys is like a cross between Shake Shack and In N Out. Like the former, the burgers here are a step above your traditional fast food joint, but the style of their food is more classic, like the latter. The menu is also a little more varied, as they offer burgers in both regular and "little" sizes, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes. Remembering my friend's advice in the past that Five Guys' "little" portions are actually regular sized at most other places, I opted to get the LITTLE BACON CHEESEBURGER ($9.29) and LITTLE FRIES ($4.39), so as not to entirely destroy my waistline. Compared to my first meal at Five Guys (in Sunnyvale, if that matters), my burger here was far more enjoyable. Whereas my first one was incredibly greasy (even on the outside of the foil...), this one wasn't nearly as bad. The patty was fairly juicy, the veggies were crisp and refreshing, the bacon was actually decently crispy, and the buns didn't get soggy just a few bites in again. That being said, the fries were just awful. The portion was generous, but how much of a plus is that when they are so mealy and limp? Sure, it's not easy to get fresh fries super crispy, especially when they are cut slightly thicker like these, but I ended up tossing about half of the order (though, to be fair, I wasn't planning on finishing it regardless). Beyond the food, possibly the biggest thing Five Guys has going for them is their late night hours. Given how most places around here close relatively early, the fact that they're open until 10pm is almost a godsend, as there aren't a ton of options in Burlingame or nearby Millbrae. Otherwise, despite how much more successful this meal went, I don't know if I have a compelling reason to come back. The burger makes a return viable, as it's a pretty solid value for the money, but it's not particularly unique either. Plus, the fries are just so bad!

I had five guys burgers in the past and they are pretty good. The cool thing about it they don't charge toppings and you get to customize which ones you want on your burger and believe on the hot dogs as well. I usually get the little burger cause the big burger is huge and get fries on the side. Everything is cooked fresh and fries are used in peanut oil. Plus, you get complimentary peanuts while waiting for your order to be ready. It's a cool vibe almost like In N Out but franchised.

It seems that it's been forever since I had eaten at a Five Guys burger shop. I had not eaten the whole day and it was nearly 6 PM and I was overdue for a nice meal. I was just walking through the neighborhood and saw the Five Guys and thought: "it's time"! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with all the ingredients I wanted and a small order of fries. The restaurant wasn't busy and my burger and fries were delivered quickly and, as always, or perfectly cooked and delicious. It reminded me to not wait so long between visits to a Five Guys!

Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food burger joints for the toppings if nothing else! The selection is huge and you can pick as many as you'd like, but some of the standouts for me include the grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, jalapeños, hot sauce, and A1 sauce. The Little Hamburger comes with a single patty (which is plenty), along with a selection of toppings, all on a soft bun that can get gooey with all the juicy fillings. And the restaurant also offered unlimited shell-on peanuts, which made for a nice earthy snack to go along with the burgers, fries, and shakes!

My first time trying five guys and wow first off the price is a lot compared to other burger places. My boyfriend and I both got "little" cheeseburgers. I would say they were the size of regular burgers. We also got a large Cajun fries but we were not expecting it to come in a cup so it was a lot of fries and there was even some in the bag! Yeah

What a waste of food

Ordered a just simple, nothing special hamburger. What did I get ? A double patty burger with all the trims, sounds good, right ? Hell No !. I was 6 feet away from the counter/kitchen and when I opened it , what did I get ?... A soggy bread , falling apart in 4,479 small pieces !. Read above again.... 6 feet away from the counter. Then various delivery guys starting picking up the same burgers.... I said to myself ' if my is steamy soggy, falling apart , picked up only 30 seconds after it was made , imagine how those burgers are going to arrived?Damn !. Five Guys, 5-Guys, come up with something better. Would I come back ? Not anytime soon .

This place has really fallen off. Stale bun, dry burger and by far the worst fries I've ever had from a Five Guys.

Good burger with good selection of toppings. Love the free peanuts! Another option to consider if not in the mood for In and Out burger.

What you'd expect at Five Guys. Friendly staff and yummy burgers at a decent price, but a little on the slow side.

A small but mighty Chick-fil-A!…read more I come here about once a week and am very glad that there is one closer to me than having to drive to Redwood City or Daly City. Because it is located next to the Millbrae BART station, the area is more dense. I am used to that having been to non drive thru's in Manhattan and DTLA. All the employees and management are friendly and professional. It's nice that they are trying to build 'community' by having bingo events where you get some prizes. I have ordered on the app and at the counter and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. It's all you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. My favorites are the chicken strips and the waffle fries and for breakfast I love the mini hash browns with a chicken biscuit sandwich. It's always clean and bright inside. Just be aware if you are driving there is no drive thru like I mention above. You can find parking in the garage. One of my favorite Chick-fil-A's and I can attest, I've been to many across the country.

I used the grand opening promotion which was a free sandwich to try out the breakfast chicken sandwich. I also tried the curbside pick-up because the parking lot requires you to walk around the building to actually get to the entrance. With curbside, the employees can use the back entrance to get you the order. The sandwich itself was as expected - satisfying. The employees are very nice as usual, and I'm happy to have a quality staple open nearby.

Add all those tourists and transit people you also have people from the whole peninsula, you can understand how crowded it gets here. The parking lot is probably the worst part of the experience here because it's always congested so I do not recommend coming here is you are short of time. It shares the parking lot with the carwash and several other restaurants so you'll likely be stuck here for a long while regardless whether you are going through drive thru or parking. The food is standard in n out which means something if you either are local or tourist. In n out intentionally goes old school so there is no app no order ahead and everything is pretty much all hand made including fries. If you never had their fries you may be surprised at the difference in texture but you'll like it the more you try. The burger is fresh and my only complaint is that I don't like their buns especially if you do grilled onions or animal style because the buns get soggy and breaks apart. That's one part shake shack had the upper hand.

Ordered the Double-Double animal style, and yeah... it lives up to the hype. The patties taste fresh, not frozen, and you can tell they're made to order. The melted cheese, grilled onions, pickles, that sauce -- it's messy but balanced. Nothing feels overdone. It's just a really well-built burger. Fries get mixed opinions, but straight out of the fryer they're solid. Light, a little crispy, not overly greasy. Add a bit of salt and they're gone fast. Shake was thick, classic, no shortcuts there either. What stands out most is how consistent everything feels. The menu is simple, but that's the point -- they focus on doing a few things really well instead of trying to do everything. Service is quick, staff actually seem organized, and the place stays clean even when it's busy. It's one of those spots where you don't feel like you overpaid or got rushed through a line. You just get good food, made right, every time. Came in expecting fast food, left feeling like it's in its own category. Easy 5 stars -- and yeah, I'd go back without thinking twice.

The gal who worked the register was super nice. When I got home, I was disappointed that in my salad instead of guacamole I had half an avocado and it was hard. I took a picture of it. Also in their lettuce I had the bottom of Romaine the part you wouldn't eat unless you want to break a tooth. The taste was good, but that just disappointed me. Also when I was ordering the salad I kept saying more lettuce more lettuce, more lettuce. I just think if you get a salad, it shouldn't just be one handful of lettuce.
