As of Wednesday, September 3, 2025, 4:08 pm, Five Guys Burbank is PERMANENTLY closed. I even asked the gentleman last week, on the scaffolding if they closed, as he was taking the Five Guys sign off.

I haven't been to this place in the last 3 years and took pictures of the menu prices to see how much the prices are now. The place was clean, I'll do a more thorough review when I come back to eat lunch here.

The food is good, the service was good but the prices are RIDICULOUS!! $42 dollars for 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks is absurd! Again the food was good but not $21 a meal type of good.

Ordered a grilled cheese with mayo, lettuce and tomato. It was super burnt (inedible), had no lettuce or tomato. I will not be ordering from here again.

Fries good The thing is restaurant was empty not like they were busy. Had to wait til one young lady step over to take our order, never welcomed us. Disappointing

Pleasantly surprised!! One of the best franchise burgers around! Fresh, flavorful, filling, high quality! Very impressive!! I will return!

The patty was tiny, they didn't add bacon as requested, and it was $19 for a burger, mediocre fries, and a runny shake. Never again!!!

The people are super nice, always very polite and working at super speed. Saturday mornings for us are breakfast burritos and I really think there's is the best in Burbank. I like my fillings to be identifiable and not all chopped up. We get the sauce on the side, it's this wonderful jalapeño spice that is so tasty with just the right amount of warmth. We often go up for lunch, with our usual orders, being a #1 special with hamburger, fries, and a drink. And then I get a cheeseburger. The burgers are really good, and I especially love the fries! Recently, I wanted to try something different and tried a gyros sandwich and I think that might be my new favorite. Very fresh, the pita was soft but lightly toasted, the meat is tasty and there is a wonderful tzatziki sauce on it as well. Finally, their chili dogs are delicious! I get mine with chili, cheese, onions, and some mustard. I especially love that you can pick it up and eat it, so it's not all gross where you have to eat it with a fork. Highly recommend!

Larry's Chili Dog has the best breakfast burrito in Burbank and I will die on this hill!…read more I'm usually here first thing in the morning when I go, so it's never been crowded, but I think it gets busier as the morning goes on (and probably on the weekends as well). There's usually enough street parking as well as a few spots behind the store. Their breakfast burrito has eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, cheese, and their amazing green salsa (I always ask for an extra side of it). I love that all of the flavors balance each other out--there's not a single ingredient that overpowers another, or any that there's too much or too little of. There are a couple of tables outside, and sometimes they'll also open up their indoor seats. Service can be busy when they're busy but I've never waited more than 10 minutes to get my food.

We almost left to find the other Burbank location so we could order beer but Vahan convinced us to stay. We had a delightful conversation with him. They allow you to bring alcohol to have there with your food. Now for the food: amazing! We loved the food! They have a vegetarian option and the buns are so soft! Enough options to please every palate! We will be returning!

A pretty cool Dog Haus!…read more Located across from Warner Bros Studios on Olive Avenue and the corner of Kenwood Street this cool modern meets rustic New American style eatery is one of the best in the collection with a wide range of hot dogs and burgers in various forms, including sliders. They have loads of vegetarian options and just about any of them can be made vegan. Their default bread/buns are the King Hawaiian rolls which are vegetarian, made with rich sugar, butter and eggs. I don't eat at D.H. locations often so I sometimes forget O.o Came in with my boyfriend before a screening at Warner Bros ironically enough and we had a nice pre-movie meal. Their Beyond Brat and SoCal Veggie (hold the aioli for me) are my go-tos for sure, but definitely thinking about an Haus Burger next time as they have impossible. From classic dogs, burgers, tenders, wings, nuggets and sandwiches to plant-based and easily modifiable options D.H. has a good variety. All items are individual so if you want more of a meal you'll have to purchase more. What I didn't know is that the Burbank location actually is priced more reasonable than their neighboring locations in North Hollywood, Northridge, Dog Haus Biergarten in the more northern part of Burbank on the cusp of Sun Valley and Larchmont/Hollywood. I would assume being a chain all the prices are relatively the same, but they actually have the best deals by a couple dollars to cents. I haven't had their impossible nuggets or tenders at this location but will absolutely be tending to those for next time. Everything is well made, the service is excellent, and the entire layout feels inviting. They have gender neutral restrooms, all very clean. Indoor or outdoor seating available. Canned or bottles beverages to grab, not to mention classic fountain style soda/soft drink/tea/lemonade dispenser. You can enjoy music and the latest on goings on their flat screen in the main dining area. There's free Wi-Fi, beer & wine available + their pup friendly, which is always a win in my book. It's somewhat limited seating, but a variety of it from higher tables to lower sit down style. Definitely a fan of this fast casual style chain and location, but do wish they have some dairy and egg free bread/roll nom-options. They have no gluten free bun options as well, so maybe a vegan friendly gluten free option would be the way to go in the future ;) You can get a lettuce wrapped burger, sandwich, sausage or dog and I highly recommend it for their burgers, pretty interesting with their links. Additional they serve breakfast in the forms of burritos, so it might be possible to do it this way as well (with a tortilla). Parking lot is easy, though not very big, and even when full there's street/residential parking close by. We got one of the very first spots, which is a swell way to get off to a great start at this German inspired all American Haus of eats.

I was given a brief explanation of the type of chili Chili John's serves, and the reason a "base" was needed which in my case I chose spaghetti and beans; others might chose one or the other, nothing or something else completely. The menu also explains the process. I was allowed to try a sample spoon of the spicy chili to see if I wanted a full serving of that or mild. I ended up deciding on medium, which, somehow logically was simply a half mild / half spicy serving . It was fine by me and I thought it was delicious. The ambiance is as to be expected for an establishment that's been around almost a 100 years. It adds to the character, as some might say, including me. I happened to be visiting during Chili John's 80yr anniversary month. Maybe some anniversary specials would have been good. Overall I would consider returning, not only to try a burger and other menu items, but also for a slice of homemade pies they offer.

After speaking with my grandparents when trying to figure out where to get food what they shared has left a bad taste in my mouth: My grandparents had an uncomfortable experience here a while back. My grandmother, who needs assistance walking, was going next door to get her haircut like she regularly does. Since they couldn't find parking nearby, my grandfather temporarily parked in the handicap spot behind chili Johns so he could help her safely into the salon before moving the car. Instead of simply just asking him to move it, the manager followed them into the salon and waited there, watching them until my grandfather came back outside to move the car. We completely understand enforcing parking rules, but the way the situation was handled felt excessive and unnecessarily uncomfortable for two elderly people who were just trying to safely get to an appointment.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. The restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were clean as well. Our food came out fairly quickly. We ordered beef burgers, a fried chicken sandwich with avocado, loaded fries, regular fries, drinks, and a shake. The beef burgers had great flavor and were definitely the highlight of the meal. My chicken sandwich was good, but it didn't have that "wow" factor that would make me want to order it again. The loaded fries were tasty too. Our total came to $81 for three burgers, three orders of fries, two drinks, and a shake. Since everything is à la carte, it felt a little pricey for what we received. Overall, I'm glad we tried it. It wasn't bad at all, but it also wasn't a place that left me thinking, "I can't wait to come back." If you're in the area and want to check it out, it's worth trying at least once.
