Her arms were felt scratchy against my skin, and she kept using her elbows, which hurt. Even after I told her it was uncomfortable, she didn't adjust. Swedish massages are supposed to be soft and relaxing, but this was anything but. She finished early, leaving the room at 11:21, so I didn't even get the full 30 mins I paid for. I got dressed and when she never returned so I went to the front desk at 11:27, only to see her kneeling on the floor casually chatting with the receptionist. I've always booked online and had decent experiences here, but this walk-in appointment was a complete disappointment. There was zero relaxation; I left feeling more tense and irritated than when I arrived. It's definitely not worth the $50 (with tip), and I won't be coming back.

It seems like it has many caveats from places that accept it. You can only use it for full-peice services, and you can't book a package of services or seasonal specials. May took me to get my feet washed and then I got to relax on a comfortable cushioned bed in a quiet room. Jasmine was my massage therapist and she did the most amazing work! First, she worked on my knots on my upper body and I got the most divine massage on my legs that I fell asleep!! And I rarely nap! Finally, she did some Thai stretching for my body.
