THE MOST TERRIBLE INTERACTION even before doing the paperwork. Go look at the bad reviews she's…read moregotten and how she has responded to them. LOL it's COMEDY. I never write reviews but I was so upset, you will know how frustrating the interaction was if you see the length of this review. First of all I want to be transparent that I have scheduled her before and presented a no show due to an emergency. Another time I moved my time bc of a error on my classpass account. So I was very excited to come in today. I got here at 8:57am and called Nicole to ask the letter of her suite in the plaza. She said she wasn't even here at 8:57am. OKAY, I get it bc I was a no show before, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. I also work in clientele business, fitness and wellness business. I would NEVER give my potential clients attitude. So when I ask her her suite letter she says "it's Q," I wanted to make sure and asked her again and she got very snappy with me and repeated herself. I was doubtful of her tone but everyone has a bad day so I wanted to see how the massage goes! I scheduled for 90min! I got to the front of her door and knocked (since she seemed snappy already on the phone, I didn't wanna just walk in). I knocked, she said she didn't hear the knock, and I believe her. I waited outside bc I heard some noises so I figured she was setting things up since she probably just got there. I waited outside for another 5-10min and she saw me outside and opened the door. The first thing she said was "yknow you can just walk in, you don't have to wait outside." Again with an attitude. I was baffled lol, I wanted to relax and this is the greeting I get? When I was just trying to be considerate? Bc again, I work in this business as well. I tried to be understanding, but that is not how I would treat my potential clients or even just normal person that you first meet. Again I apologized to her that I have missed a session before, bc I know that is also frustrating but WOW how she snapped was really not nice. I did pretend to start recording on my phone, and as soon as she saw that, her tone changed and started to apologize to me and told me I won't be charged for this session. I walked out of my car very upset, but I wanted to make sure I do my part of making sure she was paid for my previous no show. So I went back in and asked her to make sure she was paid for that time. She said okay, she had to call around to make sure of that and she didn't even greet me out or anything. I normally don't write reviews, especially this long and detailed. But I was so frustrated and angry, that's how I walked out of the business.

I've never had an appointment canceled or had difficulty booking an appointment. She listens to what is hurting you and finds a way to help you feel better. She is always willing to adjust pressure. The aromatherapy aspect of it is really nice.

When I finally got in for an appt weeks later Cecilia told me she is now mobile after Dec 1st and won't honor 55 min so I'd have to pay difference for atleast 90 min. In a desperate attempt to sleep, after the past week of not sleeping and in pain- it was 8:50 and I…read morestarted seeing if I could find a massage place open and available. My regular place closed at 9. I ended up finding Joy Massage - and Bella, she's a gorgeous little firecracker. I only had 45 min, so I did that for full body. I've seen the wooden poles on ceilings many times over the years in my massage escapades, but no one ever used them. Until Bella! She's like a little massage ninja. She's tiny, so she used her whole body to work for her... her feet, knees, elbows and forearms. It works for her! Another plus - most places will pump 1-2 pumps of oil, and add minimal as they go. I'm like do they need to save that badly?! She didn't! Liberally oils, and even her hands were great! She kept saying your back is tight, so it's hard work now, but if you come back more it'll loosen and it'll be more relaxing. For a Friday night 10pm last min appt, Bella was an angel, she was sweet, kind (none of us like customers walking in at closing), and did an amazing job. Even sitting in my car writing the review, she came out to make sure I was ok! I'll definitely come back! Place was nice and clean, quiet, I liked the music - that was new, but most of all great service. Thanks Bella

Just a bad experience. Wouldn't do what I came in asking for (combo massage--1 of 4 options on the…read moremenu if services). Trying to upsell me stating it would be "better". I advised over and over again I only wanted the combo massage, I did not want more time on full body, I did not want all the massage oils. I came in just for the combo massage. I even offered to pay the extra that they were trying to upsell me for just to get the thing that I was asking for. They stated OK will do combo massage but then did not do what I asked for. Then after I gave cash and money for a tip, I asked for some change back and she said there is no change I asked for five of my dollars back that would have gone towards a $15 tip which was more than 20% on a service that I did not even want that was a charge for and she said I could not have it back. So not only was I up charged, but they also took my money for a tip would not return it, and on top of it all I did not even get what I asked for. All the while they are just trying to tell you what you want and what you will be better and not listen to a thing and then to take your money at the end and act like they have no ability to give it back. Even if they would have given me my five dollars back it would have been a 20% tip on what the services should have cost. I guess to each their own if they have to act this way to make money, but now I will not be back. I have been to this place a number of times, and have always been courteous, and been a good tipper, I have no idea why they would have acted this way today but now I will not be back. I hope that extra $25 they squeezed out of me today is everything that they need it to be because I will no longer spend money at this establishment.
