Got a text an hour and a half before that my appointment was canceled. I called them to find out that she canceled my appointment when another client called in for a spot. She claimed that if you don't go into the automated square booking app text and confirm, they cancel. I booked a lot of services and work in the industry and have never heard this before but have had service providers call personally to confirm an appointment which is total fine and NOT what she did. I will be finding a therapist that can keep appointments booked with reasonable notice.
