**For Online Ordering Curbside Pick-Up**…read more You can easily filter products online & pick-up outside the store for contactless pick-up. My only complaint: there were no updated store hours anywhere & with three toddlers, trips can be a lot of work to get all loaded into the car. I really love the curbside option! Updated Hours: M-Saturday 11am-7pm I'm unsure on Sunday's hours.

Although I was impressed by the selection, I couldn't find anything that really caught my eye. My wife, on the other hand, had much better luck and found a couple of skirts she liked. So while the trip wasn't entirely successful from my perspective, it definitely worked out for half of the family! The store is clean, neatly organized, and easy to shop in. Just remember that it's an outlet location, so you won't necessarily find the latest Old Navy styles. Still, there was plenty to choose from, at prices lower than a regular Old Navy store, especially in the men's department. One of the associates I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She pointed me to the right rack where I could find the items I wanted to look at.

Anthropologie has landed in Sonoma County!…read more It's located in the newly revamped and expanded Montgomery Village shopping center, conveniently near parking and the new Mendocino Farms. It's a colorful, clean, and inviting store...a little smaller than the Corte Madera location, but well-stocked with a variety of clothing, shoes, home decor, and gifty goodies. Local winery, Bricoleur, was doing a pop-up pouring event when I visited. So fun to sip and shop. I'll definitely stop in again soon.

The store gets just a passing grade for hitting the requisite See's customer service & quality…read moreexpectations. I came in during the See's annual discount celebration for the company's namesake, Mary See. 20% off a custom selection box. Great deal. Weird greeting upon entry from one of the women associates started the visit off awkwardly. Undertone of irritation & what felt like insincere friendliness, opening with a curt "How can I help you" barely inside the door. Tone with this was everything. Idk, maybe the employee was having a bad day, wanting to get off duty...who knows? Or maybe the greeter didn't think I matched a profile of a typical See's customer? Hmm. I was surprised to read a few similar reviews of the store in this regard and wondered if customers were all referring to the same employee? Service was rendered however, including the customary offering of free samples before & after the sale. Store is located in a busy & tight-quartered strip mall next to a Starbuck's & adjacent to a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. Lot is not the super easiest to navigate into and out of by car with all the competing customers from other businesses. I probably wouldn't have any qualms on returning to this store if & when in the area again. But might try to get help from a different associate.

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 26/100…read more I felt like I walked in a kid's store in a regular mall. Maybe even a little better - this store was extremely organized - much better than those regular mall stores. Not one clutter can be seen in my immediate vicinity. I have a 3-year-old niece I will be seeing for the first time in 2 years, so I thought I'd get her something cute. They had plenty of bargain racks and I was delighted to find an outfit and dresses for her. Their selections are pretty dang good at those discounted prices! So, I had a pretty good idea how much whatever I got would cost based on the discount signs. But surprise! They all turned out to be cheaper after all my items got rung up, so I ended up getting even more! I didn't really notice any staff members other than the cashier who rang me up, so I can't really comment on customer service. It wasn't hard trying to find what I liked for that kid. As previously mentioned, everything was in order, so shopping here was at an ease. I was in and outta there in a little over 5 minutes. That's how it should be done!

Unfortunately, my recent interaction with an employee, RW, was extremely disappointing. I found their demeanor to be rude, condescending, and unnecessarily confrontational throughout the checkout process. I left feeling as though I had been treated disrespectfully and, frankly, bullied despite having done nothing to warrant that kind of interaction. It is unfortunate that one employee's conduct has overshadowed what has otherwise been my appreciation for Copperfield's. I truly enjoy the bookstore and the books they carry, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope management takes customer interactions like this seriously, as no customer should leave a business feeling belittled or unwelcome.
