She continued talking about a customer that had just left even though there were other customers in the store. On top of that, the service itself wasn't great--there was little effort to be helpful or friendly. It's hard to enjoy a shopping experience when you feel judged or talked about behind your back. The only positive is that the store smelled amazing. I understand every business can have off moments, but speaking poorly about customers within earshot is not acceptable. Extremely Disappointed - Never Received My Order and No Help from Customer Service…read more I've been a loyal Old Navy customer for years, but this experience has completely ruined my trust in the brand. I placed an order that included multiple items under one invoice. The order was split into different shipments, and one of the packages never arrived. I contacted Old Navy several times to report the missing item. After wasting a lot of time explaining the situation, they told me to dispute the charge with my credit card instead of helping me directly. I did exactly that, but after months of waiting, the dispute was closed based on a so-called "proof of delivery" that only said "LSR Front Door" - with no signature, no photo, no confirmation that it was actually delivered to me. That is not proof of delivery. To make things worse, I tried to reopen the dispute by sending a fax - the number didn't work. I mailed a letter and got no response. Then I got charged again! All of this over a product I NEVER RECEIVED. It's been incredibly frustrating. I've spent so much time chasing down something that should've been resolved immediately. If I had actually received my package, I wouldn't be fighting like this. I'm just asking for what's fair: a refund for something I paid for and didn't receive. Old Navy completely failed me as a customer. I expected better.

She showed me around the store and told me the story behind the business and the venders she supports. She also shared the range of price points on items in her store. The clothing range from $30-70. There were only a few pieces over $100. They also carry jewelry ranging from $16-$80 dollars. I know what you might be thinking kind of pricey, but the brands of jewelry they carry are empowering others. The brands restore power and offer outreach to women who have experienced challenges. IE: Addiction, homelessness or have been victims of human trafficking.
