The building has a strong automotive history from being a Ford Dealership, a Service Garage, and an Auto Parts store, and today operates as a vendor mall. They have what looked like to be at least 20 or so vendors operating booths in this store. Each carries different things from, clothes, to books, toys, decor, purses/bags, cards, yard art, cooking utensils, and more. The selection is largely geared towards tourists, but locals will find items here as well. It appeared all items were new, so don't mistake this for like an antique mall or craft/artist mall. They items in here are pretty much more widely available, which takes some uniqueness away from the place. Pricing varied but they had items that matched almost all price points. Overall this place is worth a visit and with the variety of items, most can find something here either for themselves or for a gift. It is an easy visit right on Main street and only has two aisles so it won't take a long time to see everything they are offering.

About 10 minutes later, while I was still shopping, three employees approached me, surrounded my cart, and one of them removed the table without any explanation. Confused, I asked what was going on, and that's when they told me the item had already been sold. The issue is, there was no "sold" sign on the table, and it was sitting in the front area mixed in with other furniture that appeared available. As a customer, there was no way to know it wasn't for sale. I honestly got the vibe an employee wanted it. I asked to speak with a manager and explained how uncomfortable the situation felt. Not only was an item taken directly from my cart, but the way it was handled--being approached by multiple employees and not given an explanation upfront--was frustrating and unprofessional. I also questioned how something could be considered "sold" while it was still out on the floor with no indication. I was told it had already been purchased by someone else, and they took it away. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology--just a repeated explanation of what happened on their end (understaffing) which only added to my frustration. They had no employees to help the customer however, 3 employees were able to surround me in the aisle? I've never had an experience like this at a thrift store--or any store. Typically, items are either clearly marked as sold with a tag or removed from the sales floor. This situation felt disorganized and poorly handled. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores in the area, but based on this experience, I won't be returning.

When we walked in, the gentleman sitting behind the desk didn't acknowledge us at all. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We decided to browse anyway and actually found a couple of pieces we were interested in. After looking around, we walked back up to the front hoping to ask a few questions about the items. The same employee was still sitting at the desk and again made no effort to acknowledge us or ask if we needed help. At that point we decided to leave. Customer service matters, especially when you're shopping for furniture where purchases can be significant. A simple "hello" or "let me know if you have any questions" would have made a big difference and very likely resulted in a sale. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that the owner or manager sees it and addresses it with their team. We were genuinely interested in purchasing a couple of pieces, but the lack of basic customer service made us feel unwelcome. We would be open to giving the store another chance in the future if this is not the standard experience for customers. However, after reading some previous post, I worry that this might be a standard.
