I've been shopping here for months, but after today, I won't be coming back. On my way into the store, I found a really cute table near the front and placed it in my cart. About 10 minutes later, while I was still shopping, three employees approached me, surrounded my cart, and one of them removed the table without any explanation. Confused, I asked what was going on, and that's when they told me the item had already been sold. The issue is, there was no "sold" sign on the table, and it was sitting in the front area mixed in with other furniture that appeared available. As a customer, there was no way to know it wasn't for sale. I honestly got the vibe an employee wanted it. I asked to speak with a manager and explained how uncomfortable the situation felt. Not only was an item taken directly from my cart, but the way it was handled--being approached by multiple employees and not given an explanation upfront--was frustrating and unprofessional. I also questioned how something could be considered "sold" while it was still out on the floor with no indication. I was told it had already been purchased by someone else, and they took it away. What made the situation worse was that there was no apology--just a repeated explanation of what happened on their end (understaffing) which only added to my frustration. They had no employees to help the customer however, 3 employees were able to surround me in the aisle? I've never had an experience like this at a thrift store--or any store. Typically, items are either clearly marked as sold with a tag or removed from the sales floor. This situation felt disorganized and poorly handled. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores in the area, but based on this experience, I won't be returning. read more

This place is incredibly organized for sure and pretty clean. The major issue was the pricing and it felt a bit inconsistent. There were some button shirts that were about $9 each which is a bit pricey for me. Yet on the other end, there were t shirts that were about $2. You've really got to check your options read more

I've never been to a Thrift Giant before but had some time to kill so we decided to check it out... I was pretty sure it wasn't my kind of store because it's mostly clothing and I'm a weird size but I actually ended with a couple cargo shorts (still had the tags on them) and several nice button down shirts for under $20! The staff wasn't super friendly (they were pretty busy) but the whole place was fairly clean and very well organized with clothes actually sorted by size! If I lived closer this would probably be my main place for clothes! read more

I really have liked this location but lately the prices are insane. I found a pair of Ugg rain boots that were marked $75.87. I looked them up and they are $51 at Zappos. It's like you don't want to sell anything. Pricing on shoes are regularly $30 or more. I could buy new for that. I'm not sure when they decided to try and overcharge so much, but it will absolutely keep me from shopping this location. Bummer. read more

This store has started playing tricks. Yesterday was a half-price day, and I went to your store to buy some items. Most of them were discounted, but five pieces of clothing were not, and I was charged full price plus tax. I called to ask if there was a mistake during checkout. The store manager said those items were not included in the sale and that they had made an announcement. I didn't see any announcement, at least not on the website. If I had known those items were full price, I would have reconsidered buying them. I feel like I was overcharged by dozens of dollars. However, the store manager said they couldn't offer a refund. This is unfair. I won't be coming back here again. read more

Clean and organized. Huge selection of a variety of stuff. Definitely something for everyone. They have many name brand purses and jerseys. Unfortunately I had found two wall paintings that I liked and they were unable to sell to me because the price tag was not on the items (it's their policy). Went in to get some kids clothes. They have their fitting rooms shut down in late 2022 for Covid which is just BS. Well the 6 pairs of pants we bought were one size too small and they will not accept returns or exchanges. They will not make an exception. This company truly sucks. read more

Terrible customer service. They starting speaking in spanish in front of me and about me when I'm literally bilingual so I understood it. My friend and I were at the same register to save time and we both had coupons on each of our phones but when I handed them my phone to use my seperate coupon on my separate transaction, they were being super rude and unhelpful about it saying I couldn't... Said I already used it when it showed I hadn't, said my friend's phone was mine??? even though we showed them it wasn't, then finally settled on "we just can't" even though my friend just used hers before... Great selection at this location but items were a bit overpriced for mall brands. Lots of new with tags clothes but again overpriced. The store looks relatively new and was very clean with plenty of room to navigate your cart. They just need to work on their pricing structure as these are items were donated. I left empty handed and went down the road road to 1/2 of 1/2 name brand clothing where the sales are excellent also on new with tags item. I won't visit this store again. read more

Find a lot of great deals here-3 mos ago bought an almost brand new expresso 7 ft long dining room table that still had the Pier One Imports sticker on it for $64. Last month, was needing some "quick fix" items for home office. Table+chair, rug, (no stains) drapes & shelf for $61 bucks. Rug was room sized, no stains, beautiful pattern for $14 w/ that day's discount & the drapes looked brand-new-Pottery Barn label for $6. The guys there are always willing to help me load stuff or loan me a tool if I have to take something apart to fit in the backseat. read more

I didn't buy anything! Most of the prices are the same as brand new. The Dollar Store and Walmart are actually cheaper than some of their stuff! Like purses, non leather, costs $24. in this Thrift store. At Walmart, you can get them half that amount. There are a few deals, but nothing I wanted. I won't be back. read more

Not nice was rude and I went to buy a used sofa and was going to pay for it but I didn't have a truck to get it to my place and I was going to be out of town until the 31st cuz of Christmas. So the manager said even if you pay for it and don't come back in 48 hours to get it it would be resold even if you already paid for it. read more
